Excellent, good breakfast and beautiful environment.

Excellent stay. Couldnt fault it

Very Nice Hotel with wonderful surroundings! The only thing we didnt like was that The bathroom had no door. So when my friend took a shower I had to leave If I didnt want to see her naked.
1.5
Nice enough hotel however not amazing. On check in the man checking us in did the bare minimum meaning we had to go back a few times for things such as card to be able to get towels for the pool which we should have been informed of on check in.
The room was clean but there was a strong smell of sewage from the walk in shower. The hotel and facilities in general were very clean.
The main issue was the staff in the serving area, as a whole they were slow and unhelpful. Often if we were standing at the bar they would walk past, see us and make no attempt to come and serve us (bar was empty and they were just stood in the back). Tables were often left uncleared with glasses/plates there for hours.
For breakfast, again there was an issue with tables not being cleared or cleaned. We often had to clear the tables ourselves to be able to sit down and eat. There was more staff available but this didn’t change they obviously didn’t want to be there and did the bare minimum.

Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. All in all a very relaxing experience
2.0
The beds v uncomfortable. Air con not working properly. Front desk staff good. Room service and bar incompetent staff. Room looking tired. Only shampoo and body wash - no moisturiser or body lotion for 170Euro p/n. Swimming pool pleasant but unnecessary rules re towels.
1.5
Pros:
- great surrounding with palm trees all around the hotel
- food from the restaurant is top notch
Cons:
- lots of mosquitoes
- our bathroom had a terrible smell and we could not changed room as the hotel was full. Quite disappointing for the price (300eur+ a night)

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Elche, absolutely zero complaints or recommendations as my wife & I had 4 perfect nights stay. Would definitely recommend Elche between August 10-15th, local city festival time which made the stay even better.

Hotel is in a lovely location, been a few times now with family. Pool is lovely, relaxed and quiet. Room is very clean and tidy, only downside is the bathroom is dated, but very clean. Would definitely book a more up to date room for our next visit

The breakfast was terrible a 2 star experience

Hotel grounds were beautiful and staff were excellent, but the room was pretty dated with peeling on the wall and a leak in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have drinking water facilities too.
2.5
The stay was wonderful. The only challenge is thqt Hotels.com lists for room types is not accurate. The Hotels.com web page has a "junior suite" option that I booked but the hotel has both "junior suit" and a junior suite residence" room types. We were originally assigned to a "residence" but only because of an excellent staff was the correction made.
2.5
Beautiful set up in the palm trees with a great pool area, very peaceful, relaxing environment. The rooms are ok, need a little updating… on-site secure parking fee for the day.

Lovely oasis in heart of city

Excellent and helpful staff; restaurant was fab as well as swimming pool.

What an amazing place! Loved it!

Everything was absolutely marvellous in this gorgeous one storey hotel. Only issue was restaurant in evening. Slow service and sat there for 10 mins with no menus, had to ask twice. Staff a bit chatty amongst themselves. Shame. Otherwise this would be 5 stars across the board.

We’ve booked the junior suite for families. It was a mistake - the rooms were very outdated and run down despite commanding a premium pricing. Hotel also did not inform us of the fact that there is a refurbishment going on, so the pool area was not relaxing at all. Also, very strange for a 4* hotel to be asking a deposit for pool towels (perhaps something acceptable at a camp site).
On the positive - hotel is set in a wonderful palm forest and the restaurant is very nice.

It was great stay thanks

Great bones. Upon entering seems like a 5 star resort but then declines.
The bad: - cold, heating radiators not functioning. Was able to get them to override the air-conditioning setting to get some very minimal warmth
- various rules about using the tepid hottub, sauna, and gym. Some staff want money for you to use, others a reservation. Its a shame as they look beautiful, are constantly being maintained but few use them due to the hassle and cost. Best they be removed from the list of amenities
- minor power and water outages due to construction throughout the grounds
The good:
- stunning grounds filled with tropical plants
- good breakfast buffet
- nice rooms
The good: - absolutely beautiful grounds

Amazing palm tree setting, perfect for a pre or post flight stop over

Feels like a tropical paradise in the middle of the city. Absolutely stunning

the hotel and the garden, pool and rooms are all very nice.
It is also very calm even if there are very big parties taking
place.
The restaurant is also serving very good food.

Superb facilities, friendly service and spotless everywhere. Room was a great size, had everything we needed for a few days!

Beautiful colonial style cabins in the heart of the botanic gardens, full of plants and wildlife. Clean, quiet rooms and good choice of breakfast on the terrace.

What a little gem - ideal location, walking distance to old town and so peaceful amongst the botanical garden. A very relaxing stay - spotless and comfortable - highly recommend.

Check-in started with scanning passports, and then he asked me if the credit card info was ok. I didn’t recognize it so I thought it was at home. Then I paid 134€ which I thought was strange for three nights but there wasn’t mention half board which I booked. He insisted it wasn’t in the reservation and asked me to call hotels.com. Went to the room, could not find any number on their home page, and went back to the car to pick up a paper reservation of my booking and back to check-in. The man had left for the day. Showed my reservation of three nights with half board and still they said I only booked one night!! OK I’m happy will not stay more in this hotel. Got back to my room looked on my receipt - found it wasn’t in my name!! Back to reception and yes the man could not read my name from the passport vs. a Polish name. Been in over 100 countries and thousands of hotels and such negligence never happened. Got an upgrade to a Junior suite without asking. Pool area closed with large white covers, nothing mentioned on the time of reservation that this would happened, quite important one should think. And a suite without coffee and tea facilities!! But with a fridge and safe. Food and service in the Restaurang Leopoldo was very good. Breakfast options was okay but the room sterile. WiFi okay. Beautiful Palmgarden. Safe parking for 13€/day.

This is not a traditional hotel with hallways and elevators, instead the rooms are located in separate bungalows that are spread around a beautiful garden with trees, singing birds and an occasional curious cat. The restaurant and lobby are located in a separate building so it’s a short walk to and from dinner, pool or sauna to your room which is quite relaxing. The staff is very attentive and does everything humanly possible to help with whatever question you may have, from local shopping, sites or arranging dry cleaning on short notice. Food is excellent, everything is made in house and absolutely delicious. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back the first chance we get.

The venue is awesome, in the middle of jungle like garden. Quite beautiful. The room was super big but unfortunately too cold for the time (end of november). I imagine is perfect for summer. The breakfast was really good. We really liked the place.
1.5
Stayed in one of the garden apartments. Excellent accommodation. Lovely pool area with bar. Dined one evening in the restaurant - great staff, great food. Also used the spa / jacuzzi (need to book for an hour's session).
5.0
An absolutely stunning setting, so tranquil.
Very friendly, helpful staff - they were even prepared to let me practise my poor Spanish!
A full-length mirror in the room would be helpful, but other than that the rooms are excellent. Spotlessly clean & very spacious.
2.0
Overall it wasca great stay, the only down side was the garden room was rather tired and in need of some TLC
4.0
Lovely pool, with a good-priced bar, and very friendly pool attendent. The hotel environment was good, with the different garden buildings. It's also very close to all of the great shops and restaurants in Elche.
We stayed in the cheaper garden rooms that did feel a little basic, although were very clean and tidy, with nice products provided.
A tea/coffee machine would have been nice, and parking is a little expensive.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic..an oasis in the middle of a town. The hotel is spotless, grounds and pool area stunning, accommodation gorgeous and food/drinks delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are lovely..professional and friendly. The hotel is approximately 15 mins drive from Alicante airport.

Unique boutique hotel nestled in the palm plantations of Elche, a very relaxing setting to enjoy the peace and quiet...

I was given an upgrade which was fantastic - but there was no hot water in the room. Lovely pool area and friendly staff.
2.5
Great stay! There was an issue with our original room, but they courteously moved us to the best room in the hotel at no extra cost of course.
2.5
This hotel was absolutely beautiful and serene! Very attentive staff. We didn't get to use the pool because it was April, but it looked clean and inviting. The food in the restaurant was amazing! It is within walking distance of the city center. We stayed there for 5 nights and were pleased with everything.

Nice bungalows and breakfast.
