Over all was good. rooms could use a little updating. Never saw employees, only front desk. She was polite but not real friendly. The price was very good. Close to main street. I do stay there every time I go to Gatlinburge.

I will never stay there again. The room had not been vacuumed, there were fingernail clippings on the floor and other debris. Roaches were on the hallway trash can. I bought bug spray and came back and sprayed them and my whole room. You can view us on camera the first night spraying the trash can. The only things clean were the sheets and towels. The comforter had blood stains on it. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I wish I had just forfeited my payment and went to another hotel. If it wasn’t so busy there I would have! I would not stay there again if they gave me a free stay!

We stayed here 2 different times during this trip. Very conveniently located in the middle of Gatlinburg. The breakfast offering could use some improvement, but, was O.K. we didn't have a microwave or coffee marker in our room, that was kind of Odd for a hotel in the 21st century ! Overall a Great Value for you Buck, will definitely stay here again in the future.....P.S. we even had a visiting Bear in the parking lot below our room at 10:00 pm, Pretty Cool...... Don

The hotel is so close to the strip park and walk, parking is tight but free, breakfast just skip it and go out its little Debbie snacks and bread and cereal. The floor was dirty i used a wash cloth and washed it real quick, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great, i would definitely stay here again

A bit dated. Fairly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was mostly snacks. Staff was unfriendly.

Was here for Favored Women’s Conference. Even though the reviews for this hotel was not to good I thought would give try because 3 of ladies with me needed to be close to convention center. This hotel needs a MAJOR makeover. Nasty, smelly, things breaking and while drying hair loose power to your room.

Hotel was great. It wasn’t above average but it was where we needed it and it worked. Could be bigger but beware of bears

The stay was great for the price! It does need updated and dusting and the sheets had holes in them. The bed was comfortable otherwise.

Is it the nicest and biggest? No. Is it a perfect place to lay your head after a day of walking around Gatlinburg? Yes. Location and price is perfect! Will definitely stay here again.

Bed had white sheets, bathroom had white towels. Shower had nice hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Overall the building needs updating. Front end staff needs hospitality training.

Had a great time and the location couldn’t have been better to the convention center.

Great location! Renovations need to happen asap. The paint is chipped all over the place and there’s mold inside the plastic knobs in the bathrooms. Beds are clean and comfy. Over all, if you’re looking for a place to sleep that’s off the strip, but close enough to the action, this is it.

Perfect place for what we were looking for!!

Definitely not the cleanest/fanciest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. There was a weird smell as soon as you walked through the door to enter the hotel. Our room also smelled kind of funky, and the carpets felt sticky, well worn. With all that being said, staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was super close to all the shops making the walk much easier. I think this hotel is just very busy and staff/management can’t keep up with the traffic that comes through.

Accommodations met all of our needs. Plenty of room. Booked a two bed room. Only single bed rooms available so we were given two adjoined rooms. Great area and location. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the main strip in town.

The location to Gatlinburg was great. The hotel and room was not like the pictures posted. The room are aged and in need of some TLC. The bed how ever, was comfortable.

Cheap hotel, stairs falling apart. Unfortunately, they cannot control rude quests yelling in the hallways & rooms until 6am and leaving their trash all over the stairwells and parking garage.

It’s been horrible. First room bathroom was so nasty. Second room not much better.
The whole 3rd floor where they put us was dirty with all the doors to the rooms open was like this the whole night / day.
Mirrors dirty in our room , bath I don’t even want to shower will do that when I get home. They were cleaning the rooms starting at 7am waking us up. The staff acts like they don’t want to be here and we’re an inconvenience being here. I’m praying we’re not sick after this. Never have I just wanted to leave and go home and came close to doing so in the middle of the night cause I’m so grossed out

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy mold, mouse droppings, bugs, cigarette smell, and rude service. Within minutes of checking in, my husband and I returned to our vehicle and booked a different hotel. Of course, when we went back inside to report the issues, the front desk lady was rude and unable to reach the manager. I'm sure we won't see any of our money back, but I'm not surprised as the only thing this hotel has going for itself is location and obviously fake photos online. Do yourself a favor and stay clear! Enjoy your vacation elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience.
The bedding and sheets in the room appeared to have not been washed from the previous guest, and I also discovered a stain on the throw pillow.
To make matters worse, I found a vape in the bed, which was extremely unpleasant.
This experience was truly upsetting, especially because I had recommended your hotel to other guests and speakers attending the Bigfoot yearly conference.
I believe that such oversights are a failure on the part of the hotel and its staff.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for my stay. I certainly did not have a restful night, and the unsanitary conditions were completely unacceptable.
I hope that the hotel will take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future and ensure that other guests do not have to go through a similar experience.
In addition, after going to dinner, I returned to my room to find my closet open and my things moved.
