Clean hotel and staff was friendly and helpful. Bare minimum breakfast and wouldn’t allow us to eat before 6 even though we left for work before then
3.7
Very dated towels stiff like sand paper
Continental breakfast no so good .
3.7
It was OK. This seems to be an older hotel. It could use some repairs and updates.
3.7
Easy check in. Nice clean room, friendly employees.
3.7
A little noisy with air traffic and other guests.
3.7
There was no internet, no TV, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was awful and there was to be no smoking but the entire floor smelled like weed and smoke.
3.7
The room smelt like mildew, hair was on both beds also the sheets had stains on them. There was hair on the bathroom walls and tub and a roach in the tub. We had no Wi-Fi so there was no tv. The continental breakfast was nonexistent and the room looked nothing like it was advertised and the chair in room 234 is filty! I didn't want to sit in it!

Walking in it felt like a cheap motel and personnel were not friendly. They still have their covid-19 plexiglass up which made the hotel look less than inviting. There was a list of people they would no longer allow to book rooms within my sight and a list of people who have criminally trespassed on the property. I did not feel safe here, I asked to get moved to the second floor and the staff refused to move me even though I had not been into the room other than to inspect it. There are only two floors and the first floor has sliding locking windows. Upon returning to my hotel after getting some dinner, there were two people hanging around outside my window smoking which just made the whole experience more miserable. Definitely better hotels in the area.

I asked for sheets to put on the sleeper sofa. The desk attendant couldn't find them. He gave me sheets that were huge. No blanket ir other cover for the bed. Yes, i asked. He was about to offer nothing, but i said give me what you have. The sheets for the sleeper sofa ahould have been in the room.
I also asked for face towels. He gave me hand towels. I corrected him and informed him that they were hand towels.
Other than that, the stay was ok.

The day shift was nice but the lady on duty at 12:30am check in keep insisting that we take a room on the 2nd floor. The building had no elevator. Im disabled & have to use a walker & cannot do stairs d/t to needing bilateral knee replacement. My sister is disabled and cannot do stairs d/t lower back injury & surgery. It took one hour before the lady would give us the 1st floor room we requested when the reservation was made. I will not be staying at this lo ation again!

It did smell like mildew, that's my only complaint, everything else was fine

1st room AC was broken. Was given a key to a different room on the second floor. AC was non existent on the second floor. AC in second room was not working. Finally 3rd room had working AC. It’s July in Savanna GA. How there was no AC on the 2nd floor (hallway) and multiple rooms with no working AC and them expecting people to stay in those hot boxes is beyond me. The woman at the counter was wonderful helping us and I know it’s not something she could have fixed or done much except find us a room we could actually stay in.

Close to the exit of the 95
3.7
Bedsheets were too worn out
3.7
Tv in analog freed and picture does not fill screen. Pleasant staff. Room clean but starting to show it's age with chipping paint in bathroom and minimal usb connections
3.7
Not a welcoming atmosphere by old protocols Covid decoration with no sanitation. AC issues room smelled mildew.
3.7
The stay was pretty good. Everything was fine besides a slight smell when first getting into the room. But all in all decent stay for the type of hotel it was. And it has a lot of restaurants and gas stations right next to it that makes it also a great stay! And the place has a pool!
3.7
Seemed a bit rundown. AC didnt work well.
3.7
You get what you pay for. The Microtel was our cheapest option. Room was nice and clean but there were several electrical issues and the towels were not very nice. TV picture quality left a lot to be desired.
3.7
Its was cool, beds were comfortable. Its rear that i fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The room was quiet, staff was excellent. The guy even hold of on cleaning/packing up the breakfast items area so that i can have some. I arrived late. I would stay again.

The pool fir my kids was awesome

There was no elevator, which was not expected when our room was on the 2nd floor. "Do not Disturb" signs were not provided during our 3 night stay. One morning an employee was continuously knocking on the room door at 8:30am , while I'm in the shower and my wife is yelling to him that we're fine and don't need anything. I had to get out of the shower to speak face to face with the man only to have him quickly walk away. Towels were replaced in the room without permission. I shouldn't have to worry my valuables are at risk from employees after locking my hotel door behind me.
3.7
Carpet inside of the room was dirty. Leaving our feet black at the bottom. But other than that it was a nice stay
3.7
Convenient and clean
3.7
Wet/humid room, sheets felt wet and the room smelled musty. No blinds on window, so it's either black out curtains or looking straight at an RV lot at eye level. The hanging desk was coming off the wall and didn't look secure. Chair had numerous white stains on it. There was some greasy substance all over bed stand.
3.7
Rooms are clean and comfortable. Area is nice and quiet. Breakfast could be better but grateful they offer Breakfast. Will be back
3.7
Room had a roach in the bathroom and rusty on ceiling fixtures. Random stains on things throughout the room. I needed somewhere and quick and convenient to stay last min but didn’t need it that bad.
3.7
Clean, beds slept well water pressure was good.
3.7
Good nights sleep
3.7
Stayed here on our way to driving from NY to Florida. It is fine for an overnight stay, but it is an old hotel with very dated carpets and furniture. The staff however is very friendly.
3.7
Great staff, great location, clean facilities
3.7
It was okay being that we stayed one night.was an older hotel because it didn’t have ANY ELEVATORS!!..was upset cause I didn’t have sheets for the pullout bed and called downstairs and the lady said”yes,we have some but come and get them”!!..I was really mad!
3.7
Comfy bed
3.7
Good place
3.7
Service was great. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. No. Meat, we had to carrie our bag to the 2ed floor. The front desks men did it all for us. So very kind.our stay was great.
3.7
This place was a Dump in my opinion! I checked and and checked right back out. No elevator, pool is Tiny and Nasty, I didn’t even want to take my shoes off in this place.
Don’t waste your money on this dump!
3.7
It was clean, there was nothing wrong with it - it was just what it is advertised as “micro”. Fine for one night when you are on the road traveling from one place to another.
