What I love about this place was it was very cozy and everything was centralized around Telluride. The room was very big and clean. I would recommend this place for anybody comes to Telluride..

Beautiful hotel with spacious bedrooms right next to the gondola station! Nice tasty breakfast and hottub on the second floor!

1ST thing we went to do was open some windows and found the window sills full of dead flys, spiders and moths and spider webs. Outside patio area was very dirty. Disappointed no refrigerator or microwave, even the cheapest hotels have those. Needed an additional roll of toilet paper, found three housekeeping personal, took 5 min to get the message across, first they brough us a plunger, did'nt speak english.. Breakfast was very sparse, have had better in a super 8. Also the 20 dollar a day parking charge was a surprise. Realize this is an elite area, would expect more in this price range.

Very nice place to stay as you are close to everything. Wasn't happy about having to pay for parking considering what it cost to stay there. Breakfast very limited.

Friendly staff. Great recommendations for restaurants. Our room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. This is the perfect location to walk, take the gondola, restaurants in Telluride.

Loved the private outdoor courtyard and so did our dog! Wish there was coffee/tea available in-room. Breakfast was excellent!! Lovely stay!!

First of all, we were able to check in early, with no problem. All the staff were kind, friendly, and welcoming! I loved the generous space and amenities in our individual unit. There was a huge bathroom with both bath tub and shower! We even had a fireplace which we never turned on being it was August. There were dishes/silverware, glasses and wine glasses which was a nice surprise, along with a mini refrigerator. Every morning they serve a nice light breakfast between 7:30-9:30, with good coffee and teas. The hot tub is nice with a good view. The location is next to the main gondola which is fantastic!! My regret is having only stayed two nights!! …. Four to five days would have been better!

The proximity to downtown Telluride was terrific and the underground parking was a far better benefit than we knew as parking in Telluride is really difficult. The service, location right next to the gondola and ability to walk all around Telluride from this location also a plus. The bed was not great, no coffee pot or mini-fridge in the room which was surprising for the rate.

Located next to the free Gondola. Easy walking around Telluride. Close proximity to several waterfall trails.

This hotel doesn’t deserve $400/night!
The room doesn’t have fridge, no tea/coffee maker.
The underground parking is scary, very crowded and we’ve been charged extra for parking.
Very bad room view.

Loved the very large bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is amazing! The room was stunning! We had a deluxe king. It was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was divine. We had a large deck off the side of the room that had multiple seating options and overlooked the river. The location is super convenient and walkable to all of Telluride's attractions and dining options. The Bear Creek Trail is maybe 150 yards from the front door which my husband and I did while we were there and it was incredible. The staff was great. The breakfast was pretty standard but good. The granola especially was a treat. My only complaint is the parking. Having to pay another $20 a night to park on site is a bit ridiculous. The hotel does it because they know parking elsewhere is a nightmare, especially on a busy weekend. It was definitely convenient and safe but charging customers who are already paying a lot to stay there seemed excessive.

We encountered a few issues with our stay. 1) The desk attendant was very rude. 2) There was no coffee maker in the room. 3) No refrigerator in the room. Very important is you need to refrigerate medicine etc. 4) Parking was very limited and the charge is $30? Really. 5) No safety handles in the bath/shower and very high sides to step in and out. Very hazardous! 5) Without any of these amenities, why are we being charged a "per person" resort fee? Thought that is why we pay a room rate.
Would I stay there again. NO

An exceptional place! Staff was so friendly and accommodating, clean everything - room, lobby, eating area - breakfast was great, and the location is wonderful!
Walking distance to everything and anything you could think of and steps away from the gondola.

The room is huge and comfortable. The bed was very soft, and the pillows were great. The view from our balcony was in the heart of town was cute right next to the gondola, which was free and a great ride.

It was a great location for walking around town and taking the Gondola. Price was too high for what you get. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great with good variety of options. We Would have enjoyed it more on a second level with balcony. The main floor patio was really no patio at all. Just grass looking at a chair lift.

Your package offers breakfast which is fine but drinking tea or coffee from paper cup is a no no. For a four star hotel that’s not acceptable. We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was always the same.
Reception staff could be more friendly and when an issue occurred it wasn’t well handled.
We were given a two bed room. When asked your staff if they had a similar room but a double bed, the answer without even checking the system said “ we’re full” nothing more nothing less. A second issue occurred. We were in room 210 right opposite your laundry and storage room and each morning we were faced with dirty sheets, towels and more outside the door. As your staff could not speak English, went to your reception desk and a lady in charge said “so what would like me do, they have to put these dirty linen somewhere” to which I said “sorry that’s not acceptable” she said I’ll see what I could do. Nothing changed but all dirty linen were now placed in a sort of huge trolly, but trolly still stayed in front of suite 210 until I further complained and eventually moved. Terrible PR by your company. We paid big money expecting a 4 star quality!

The location of this condo is fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, and we could park our car in the garage. Thankfully we didn’t have the skybox on our SUV or it wouldn’t have fit.
