The 1st room that was provided smelled of animal urine. The 2nd room was ok. I recommend if you are pet friendly, utilize a cleaner to remove the smell from the carpets, etc.

Overnight stay and was able to check in at noon. Hotel location is great if you are flying out of Oakland or even SFO. Uber to places to eat and Jack London Square.

The stay was fine. Just overnight to catch an early morning flight. The only thing that bothered me was I selected pay at property and my credit card was ran the day before. I've used hotels.com for years and that has never happened when I select pay at property.

Went to Yoshis for the weekend and choose this hotel for our stay. What a great choice - the staff was super friendly and the shuttle driver was very helpful. The room as well as the hotel was neat and clean. The free breakfast was simple and tasty. I will return.

My family of four stayed there for four nights, breakfast was great, I asked for housekeeping on Sunday very early they said no because I have to give them a 24 hour notice, so I asked for Monday to get it clean we left, came back and no housekeeping, they apologized and offered me another room very nice of them, but I didn’t take it, it was late night we were tired and we were not feeling like moving everything so I just asked for clean towels.

Some of the public areas looked kind of grimy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise, I Was woken up at least five or six times people in the hallway

Hotel was nice but my toilet was clogged before I even used it and didn’t flush. Also for airport shuttle you have to call hotel. I ended up paying for cab.

The hotel is directly next to Waste Management. The chain link fenced in parking inside of the hotel’s “secure” parking is only for employees. The hotel smells awful, mold in the shower, bugs on the floor and someone else’s leftover animal crackers under a chair in our room. Horrible location, horrible customer service (don’t interrupt their tv watching) and disgusting property.

I did not like the $10 fee for a shuttle. I suppose the driver gets it all—- not. $10 for a 5 minute ride is ridiculous. May never use this place again

Breakfast was fine. Staff rather slow and why they needed us to sign and initial a long list of things we couldn’t do at the hotel made you feel like it was a prison.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe with the location. The girl at the front desk when we checked in was a little cold, not very good customer service. Unfortunately, though that is common these days. There’s a $20 per night parking fee that is not disclosed when I booked the hotel. I think that’s ridiculous and a rip off, but again that seems to be the norm these days. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, the first day was better with two choices of proteins, the second day. It was just biscuits and gravy, and some sort of egg omelette that was OK.

This was our 2nd stay here at this hotel. We selected this hotel initially because we had a very early morning flight out of Oakland. This hotel is also right next to Park & Fly Airport Parking and Air Park - so this made it easy to park my car and walk back to hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and the beds were comfortable. They do provide a shuttle service to airport for a $5 per person charge. Worked for us. They also provide a Grab -n - Go breakfast, cereals, muffin, yogurt, fruit and coffee. I know they have a Hot Breakfast also but both times we left to early to try it. Overall nice convenient friendly hotel!!!

Overall clean hotel, very conveniently located to the airport, offers airport shuttle. Downsides were having to pay $20/day for parking on site, spa/jacuzzi was not open.

I had a short but pleasant and comfortable stay. The 4 a.m. airport shuttle was greatly appreciated. There was a rather large stain on the carpeting that looked like a guest spilled nail polish.
