Rooms on west side are very close to interstate and you will have excessive road noise all hours of the day.

The room was comfortable and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The amenities have downgraded from what they used to be. No salad bar in the evening. The breakfast was mediocre. Portions were small and the host was bothered to serve us. Just not the stay we were used to at Oxford Suites.
4.0
Great location but the freeway noise is so loud (all night long) that it is impossible to sleep. Also, the television in our room was not working

The stay was fine. We, however, bought some popcorn from their shop that had expired in January 2024 and noticed it after eating some.
I felt sick much of the night.
5.0
It was a bit dated but rooms were clean, the bar was open, and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

Friendly front desk at check in. Charging extra for early check in even if a room is ready is an irritating policy. They offer 2 free drinks and a snack in the Bistro for happy hour. That is nice at the end of long day of travel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to the freeway and stores.

I am not sure what the "city view" is like but I will never recommend a room on the other side, the freeway is right outside the window. We did not sleep all night long. The rooms are nice and clean, the bed is comfortable but unless you can sleep with earplugs you will not get any sleep.

Best place to stay. Staff friendly and wonderful environment.

I booked a standard King Suite, but we were given a City Side Deluxe Suite with a kitchenette. It was really nice. We always stay here on our way to and from the coast every year.

Clean, comfortable, nice pool, good breakfast!

We stayed at this hotel because of the advertising saying the hotel had it's own restaurant and bar and had a daily guest cocktail party from 4-7pm. When we arrived both the restaurant (which was really just a one person griddle with no table service) AND the bar were closed. The facilities appeared to have been closed awhile, chairs up on tables, no lighting, etc. Check in person apologized and said the management had OK'd a $5 credit for the inconvenience. Five lousy dollars when all their advertising claims of service were false? Our room even had drink circles on the furniture that hadn't even been noticed or cleaned up. Avoid this place if you can, they appear to be on the brink of being out of business.

Facility was generally ok, but food in the restaurant was bad.

Best bed in two weeks on the road!

Hotel was nice, although was unable to get WiFi in my room. Even when I asked at front desk it was just said that normally it works & that they did recall someone previously having a hard time with WiFi. Unfortunately is caused me to loose work ability.

Super clean. Comfortable beds. Free shuttle to and from the casino. Staff was super helpful!

Even though this is considered on the pricier side, so what’s around the area this has been our go to every time. Always clean, pool area and workout room is nice. You get complementary breakfast and one drink per guest at the night time bar. Pretty neat if you ask me.

Room was filthy. They switched us to another room. It was filthy too. Housekeeping supervisor went to clean new room for us. All he did was take long hairs off the shower wall. Didn’t clean. Left the hairs on the toilet seat.

Liked evening reception, on-site restaurant, and breakfast. After traveling all day, it was nice not to have to leave hotel.

Nice and clean close to a couple of stores and food. No bathroom fan to save you from your husband's smelly butt... plan on taking a walk

Nice room, just a little dark.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the cool pool, just right hot tub and complimentary drink. The breakfast variety, servings and set up were inadequate. The nightly rate was high for what we experienced.

Enjoyed the stay and the service provided.
Stayed a number of times; each time has had good service.

Good enough for a quick one night stay. breakfast approach is inefficient as they serve each person one at a time.

Western decor and atmosphere with comfortable and spacious rooms. The evening cocktail hour was a plus.

Great are around the hotel to walk dogs. Older hotel with a western flair, perfect if your staying for Pendleton Round Up…one elevator was broken while I was there. Bathroom appeared to have been flooded & needs paint. Carpet was frayed & needs cleaning. Staff were super friendly & helpful.

For the price we paid for the room we were disappointed. Our room was to the back of the property facing the freeway which we were told was because we booked through Expedia. The road noise was extremely loud. The pillows were odd, small square shaped and one had a stain on it. The breakfast was actually great with real scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fresh fruit, cottage cheese and cereal. My husband went to turn on the TV in the breakfast room to watch the news but we were told we were not allowed because it was too controversial. We overheard other people in the room saying they didn’t like that and we thought it wasn’t great. The staff was all very nice and friendly and when we had an issue with the room they were happy to help. We didn’t get a good nights rest because of the noise which is why we stayed at this hotel so that was a bummer.
