Great location, price, and water pressure!

People in room above were noisy but calmed down later in the evening. Did not expect to hear our neighbours as assumed sound proof between rooms especially above. Another surprise was single ply toilet paper. Never encountered this before in a hotel with above average reputation. The morning breakfast buffet was exceptional! Hot and cold selections. Coffee/tea bar layout was very much appreciated.

I was double billed for the room and it has taken one month and several twenty minute long calls and my money still hasn't been refunded. Hotels.com will not help me at all. And the hotel keeps telling me that they will refund me my money, but they never follow through.

I typically have good luck with Hyatt Place so I booked this hotel for a recent 4th of July trip with my family. We were given a room that was in need of serious upkeep. The pullout mattress looked like it had blood stains and the springs were popping through in some places. Carpet was extremely grimy with dirt ground in. The cloth sides of the bed frames and the couch itself were also filthy. We thought about getting another room but were told this was the only available room that could sleep 5. Also, when we checked in there barely any towels and bedding for the pullout was missing. It took quite awhile to get all of that-it seemed like the place was understaffed. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was ok. But that didn't make up for the condition of the room and hotel in general.

Everything was great, the only thing was that breakfast was very crowded, and as there was a lot of people it got very messy. Other than that our stay was great. The manager was extremely nice. We had a late flight and were able to keep out suitcases for a couple of hours. Will definitely be staying in the future with you again.

Dirty stinks

One bed and pull out bed had blood on sheets. Housekeeping came through around 7am and was knocking on doors, vacuuming hall, and you could hear going from room to room. Room was nice. Beds are comfy. If they would change sheets and let people sleep past 8am it would’ve received and excellent review. Quick overnight stay so I didn’t complain.

Dining area is very small and is part of reception area, very small.

Good quality for price paid. I never had an “incidental s” amount held on a room but as long as it is returned I’m fine with it. The pool was rather murky so we didn’t swim. We did mention it at check out and, while polite, the desk clerk didn’t seem concerned.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was really nice, spacious, and very clean. If you like a firm mattress, you will enjoy the bed. I prefer my mattress soft. The location is perfect and you have shopping areas and restaurants all around.

We've stayed at this location many times over the years, and find the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. First time staying in a double+double bed room instead of king+sofa room with 2 kids. The smaller bed took getting used to, but there was more room overall, which was nice. I like the extra living area (sofa, desk, fridge, bar sink), which makes extended stays more comfortable. The bathrooms are pretty tight, though. A new trend in many similar hotels is to no longer have small soap/shampoo in the rooms, but rather having large refillable body wash + shampoo. This is fine except we run out frequently and the hotel does not seem equipped to refill them quickly. We were able to get some soap bars from the front desk, but this is an extra trouble. The breakfast at Hyatt Place is generally better than most of its peers, but the breakfast area is woefully inadequately sized for the number of travellers at the hotel. Certain foods (hash browns) run out, and there are long lines (waffle maker!). Navigating the area is elbow-to-elbow, and there are barely enough seats. It seems more crowded than I remember in previous years. Over the past ~15 years, the hotel is starting to show some wear (carpets, cabinets, etc). While I would previously rate 5 stars, the wear and reduction in service brings down to 4. A large sign at the desk states housekeeping is only on request. Sign of the times, I suppose. All staff was friendly though, so it's till a nice visit.

Great experience. Rooms could use a little updating. But this is our go-to hotel. It’s in a great area with plenty shopping and food.

Over all the stay was good, my bed was a little uncomfortable the floors need a deep cleaning. Hopefully next time I visit hopefully your eating will be a little wider it’s a tight squeeze trying to get breakfast, you all have a lot of guest that stay there.

Great clean great pool and breakfast

room design.....breakfast poor....making you pay in advance for all nights and in addition charging 50.00 a night for incidentals during the period of stay. This impacted on my credit card balance and created problems. They do hold your card until checkout but require that you pay upfront for the duration of your stay plus 50.00 per night incidentals. The incidentals are returned to your card 3 to 5 business days after you check out. That is bad business!

The customer service was top-notch, with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Avani in particular was extremely helpful. Thank you for the great service. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider getting a quieter air conditioner to ensure customers can sleep or rest more comfortably.
