I booked a king bed but was given 2 queens.

needed a last minute stop. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. The manager was great, coming down and correcting a TV router issue to get my TV back working

The only negative was the slow draining shower. You were standing in a couple inches of water by the time you got out.

This wasn’t good. Stained bedding, floors. No sink stopper, missing light bulb. Shower in disrepair. Not again!!!

Part of a longer road trip. Hotel is dated and needs updated. Staff was very friendly. Looked to be clean

I was happy to find a place who's listing illustrated a robust Continental breakfast, spacious rooms with small couches, and that pet friendly. Only two dogs and I needed a rest day after backpacking in the bighorns.
The front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was okay, it's a dated facility but with modern updates, clean and spacious. Spacious. But there was no mini couch in the room, which required watching TV from the bed. That never works well for my back. But if I can sit in a comfortable chair or couch to watch TV, so much the better. It turned out not to be that big of a deal, because the TV only receives one channel. That's fine if what you want to watch is Green acres, the Beverly hillbillies, and the Andy Griffith show. The lady in the room next to me brought her Amazon fire stick so she didn't have that problem.
After coming off of a multi-day backpacking trip, and seeing such a beautiful deep tub, I was eager to take a bath. But the tub drain didn't close, so I went to the front desk mentioned the issue with the TV and the plug drain. They gave me a separate rubber plug for the tub. It was too small, and I didn't feel like going back a third time to ask for a different plug, or to tell them that the air conditioning did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a fire alarm. Slept well, until a very aggressive maintenance person. Did five different door knocks before 9:30. In the morning. Checkout was 11. I won't return.

Here’s my review of the Buffalo hotel:
We didn’t even stay the night…barely felt comfortable sitting on the bed, let alone sleeping in it! Carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in recent memory, and in general, everything was dingy and in poor repair. Surrounding area even looked scetchy and abandoned. Before we had decided to run, we grabbed dinner at the restaurant next door, as we were tired and hungry from driving all day. I’ve never had guacamole that looked like split pea soup before… ugh! Another mistake, but solidified our decision to head on down the road!! We booked this on Hotels.com, and I would suggest they do their due diligence when featuring properties on their site. This one was advertised as being frequently booked. I think what they meant, is that’s what people do when they check in…. “Book”!

The wonderful people who checked me in were very friendly and courteous. After that, there wasn’t much. The fridge had leftover food in it and there was an undergarment in a drawer. I can live with that, as the price was very affordable and we were only spending one night. The night was awful. I felt like I was sleeping on bricks covered by cardboard. The comforter sounded like paper and was just as thin, so every time my husband or son moved, I heard a sound I can only equate to paper blowing in the wind. My husband later explained he thought the comforter was made of plastic. The toilet looked like a potty training chair for a child. I am not a big woman, but it was difficult even for me to sit and stand on/from the toilet. I didn’t expect much for the price, but I expected better. My stepson had a very enjoyable continental breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t get enough sleep to wake up before they stopped offering.

This hotel seems to be an older building made over by a nice Indian couple. As such, it was dated. Bed was comfortable and extra blankets were stored in the room. Breakfast was mostly bread varieties and juice. Cleanliness was good.

Bed was horrible! It literally sagged to the floor! Bed frame was too big for boxspring, causing it to sag! Pet food under the table against the wall! Not very clean!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Seems like it was a mattress that has not been replaced in a long time. The vanity sink was cracked and caulked.

Rooms need a good cleaning behind furniture and on top. Security Locks were broken. They need also to get rid of the big wall mirror behind toilet. It's super creepy. We covered it with plastic bags so we could feel safe in the bathroom showering and using the toilet. Sinks were outside the toilet/shower area with a big mirror there too.

The pictures on this hotel web site falsely advertised what they offer. The pool was full of green algae, hot tub empty. The washers and dryers broke. The vending machines almost empty. Breakfast in the morning was horrid.

We had a wonderful stay here. We have a large family and I asked the guy at the front desk if he could please make sure to put our 2 rooms close together, he said “of course, you are my guest” with a smile. The staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I loved the big soft fluffy comforters. Nice pool. We walked to a Mexican restaurant next door and had a great meal. Very convenient. Breakfast was pretty average, but in a clean dining area and it was accommodating for families. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Took 20 minutes to find a front desk manager to check us in to our room. Manager proceeded to lecture us for not communicating that our daughter was in a wheelchair. Room was dirty. No hot breakfast.

Pool closed; otherwise everything was in good condition, clean and a good value.

The staff are nice. Property was well maintained, rooms were clean, and the pool was a lifesaver. Only complaint is the line for the waffle machine, honestly.

Manager was a great guy. His name is Sunny.

This hotel was by far the best place that we visited during our vacation.

Few items available for breakfast. Pool on property appeared to be in disrepair. Rest of property appeared to be in various stages of renovation.

The bed was comfortable but it's pretty run down. Muffins and waffles for breakfast which was nice.

This is our second stay at a Quality Inn on a 5-day cross-country roadtrip. The first was underwhelming, but adequate with some bright spots (pool, free hot breakfast). This stay has been abysmal - only bright spot is the staff who are friendly and appear to be doing the best they can in a bad situation. Pool - green water/“closed permanently” said the front desk. No signage save the street sign. Security locks at three of the four outside doors I used were disabled/broken - one with multiple layers of duct tape. Locks on many of the hotel room inner doors appear to have been forced (broken locks, padlocks on doors, multiple empty screw holes, door repairs) - my door was missing the security bar (appeared to have been ripped from the wall). They appear to have had some issues with security as evidenced by two plugin style security cameras (one step above a baby monitor) roughly mounted in the hallway. There was a gaping hole in the wall in the hallway, roughly the size of a doorway, with multiple dangling electrical wires across the opening. Room was adequately clean - faint smell of smoke, but not horrible. Breakfast was meager - coffee, cereal, stack of white bread, couple of jugs of juice and milk - definitely no redemption here (Closer to what I expected at the first stay). In my opinion, stay anywhere else - this place looks like it’s just waiting for a problem - the security issues need to be addressed.

We stayed here in route to Kalispell MT. The man checking us in was friendly and efficient. Very nice for a late night check in. The remote for the tv needed new batteries.

The pool was closed and no mention of that til we arrived. Kids were very disappointed.
Location is good for access to restaurants and travel.
I've been to better, I've been to worse.

When we tried checking in, couldn’t understand them, 3 times they screwed up on the room we were supposed to go to! They weren’t any help at all!

Nice spot but definitely run down. Beds were not soft comfy but the pillows were fluffy. The free breakfast was meh. But the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful.
3.0 / 5.0
What I didn’t like about the property was that the WiFi did not work at all and the pool was very dirty and not cleaned. What I liked about the hotel was that the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a Mexican Restaurant right next to the hotel, gas stations, and stores were just down the street from the hotel.
4.0 / 5.0
Very easy to get to, clean and bed was adequately comfortable.
