We did not reserve a handicapped room and ended up receiving one. Also, the pillows were super small so I suggest bringing your own pillows. With that being said, the bed was rather comfortable.

They only clean rooms every other day. Not an issue for me usually but some might care. The property is well maintained and quiet and close to restaurants, shopping and the highway.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly and nice. But the breakfast needs some major work. They ran out of everything and no one was there to re-stock. They had no coffee either. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were all gone but no one was there to put more out. And the milk was gone so you couldn’t have cereal either. This was at 8am so it’s not like it was close to breakfast ending either.

Excellent staff! No eggs for breakfast was disappointing but overall the stay was as expected!

I paid a lot of money to stay here for one night and the tv was tiny. I’m sure they could afford more than a tiny 30 inch tv. Also it was very dim in the room. I put all the lights on and it was still dark in there. The rooms need to be remodeled because it looks dated. The front desk is newer but the rooms need a refresh. It was clean and did not have any musty smells. I would stay there again but the rates are outrageous for the weekend.

Bed was really low to the ground. The bed did not come witha sheet only a comforter and was uncomfortable to sleep in. The pillows were to fluffy

Our room smelled like a wet dog. Not a lot of light in the room. Everything seemed very dark and out dated. The breakfast was the absolute worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. Lots of things empty staff didn’t seem to care enough about their jobs to keep it refilled and cleaned in the breakfast area. No syrup for waffles only offered chocolate syrup.

The breakfast buffet was not being replenished when it ran out of food. It appeared that the front desk personnel was also working the buffet.

Service in general ok. But 2 of our rooms were never cleaned. 337 and 339.

The breakfast was horrible. No coffee. No syrup for the pancakes and very minimal to eat. Room was clean though and easy to get to.

Rooms smelled like body odor. Bedding was gross. Very noisy. Had to leave because it was so gross

Nice rooms for family weekend

Our stay in Muskegon was great.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and everything worked. Breakfast was ok, not better than ok though. There seemed to be better options in the area but this was fine.

This Hampton Inn was conveniently located. Even though it was right next to the highway, the room was quiet. The staff was friendly. Check in and check out was easy. I will say, however, compared to several other Hampton Inns we have stayed at over the past few years, this one is due for some major updates! The bathroom was very nice, but the rest of the room seemed very old and worn out. One queen bed in our room was very comfortable, while the other was terribly uncomfortable. There were no USB ports for device charging near the bed. The only charger was on the desk on the other side of the room. The carpet was older and not very clean. The doors were very old, wooden, and showed water damage and were splintering near the floor. I was not given the option of a mobile key like at many other Hampton's we have stayed recently. The breakfast was terrible. We arrived for breakfast at 8am. They were out of coffee and many of the muffin choices. Cereal choices and yogurt choices were limited as well as the fresh fruit choices. The scrambled eggs were dried out and had no taste. The breakfast tables were not clean and seating was limited.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 families (we had 2 kids with us).. but at the time of check-in at , around 8.45 PM, the hotel staff said they got over booked and have only 2 rooms..there was no coordination between Expedia and Hotel on booking confirmation..nither Expedia nor hotel informed us that they are over booked and they did not have enough rooms for us...we had to search another hotel and have to pay higher rates than what we booked through Expedia...even worse the hotel staff said please dont trust third party like Expedia for hotel bookings..request to hotel and Expedia please dont do such thing with anyone for some extra bucks.. the only nice part that the person at help desk of Hampton Inn proactively enquired in near by hotels and gave us some options.. i see $1 got blocked from my card saved in Expedia not sure what will happne now..will they charge me for the mess they did ??

Was a nice place to stay, lot's of restaurants buy and shopping, people are very friendly and nice, pool was nice, good breakfast..

I checked in, was given a room tnat hadn't been cleaned. They figured it out quickly and gave me another, nicer one. The Monday breakfast wasn't up to Hampton standards. My room wasn't cleaned Monday night, even after i reminded the staff member. I had to ask for towels. Tuesday breakfast once again wasn't Hampton standards, the eggs tasted fake and the potatoes were not good at all. I ended up having Frosted Flakes. The staff was very nice, the service was poor.

Pool and jacuzzi were very dirty and breakfast was canceled on day two of our stay. Room had dog hair shedding and our bath tub was horribly clogged.

The staff at the reception was very nice, but breakfast and cleanliness were a real disappointment. When we came to breakfast, there was no butter and the honey was put out in cardboard boxes. They did not even have any herbal teas for my kids. Lots of water from the pool in the elevators.

Staff was friendly, available and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. Overall, s good experience!

hotel shows its age. Other guests were loud in the hallway late into the evening.

The threw my food away I left on the counter I went to put my belonging in my car called to let them know I was on my way back in and they had already threw my stuff away it was a $30 pizza and I only had 3 slices,

The pillows are only half size of a normal king size pillow in all rooms, which makes no sense. Hallways smelled like chemicals.

Great one night stay. Got to bring the dog too. Staff was very nice.

Paid extra just to have a hot tub. Which didnt even work. We were not conpensated or anything. Plus the faucet was spinning all the way around. Also, it was all chipped up at the bottom.
