The hotel was standard ok for the price. Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to order my food in the restaurant and take it to my room - the table had to be booked outside on the Terrasse which I didn’t want it.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Our flight was delayed and we had a serious problem to check in at another hotel that we had already paid for on this site, and booked this hotel few minutes before arriving, and we were well received. The hotel has large rooms with two separated areas, with good comfort and a good breakfast included.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. very clean. Location is excellent. Close to downtown and all types of public transport. Free WiFi . On the downside after the cleaning service soap, towels were nit deliverd, had to call to get the missing items.

All okay except the fact that their coffee pods were already expired a month back. I asked them to replace that on the very first day but they simply did not do it. I stayed for a week. On the second day they said they'll do it. On the third day when I asked them again, they said 'it's free and we're not forcing you to drink coffee'. What kind of logic is that!! Room, bed, bathroom is good. Breakfast is also good.

Nice Hotel - in Chemnitz city centre (10min). Easy access.for public Transportations and/or Car. The room combatable, however, the bathroom is too tight. There was no Coffee/Tea making facilities, however, nice BF , Free GOOD WiFi - and welcoming Reception Team.

This was my third stay at this hotel because we like the size of the bedroom and the quality of the amenities. Also the choice for breakfast is very good and we were the last couple slowly finishing after service time had passed and we were not rushed by the staff.The roadworks made access to the hotel a little difficult but easy parking inside the hotel grounds is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We will almost certainly stay there again on our trip from Spain to Poland next summer.

Is this a five-star hotel? No. But I had a five-star experience, which is what I'm looking for. Everything was as advertised, the room was large and clean, the bathroom was not-as-large but also clean, the breakfast buffet was surprisingly tasty, parking was easy to get, and everyone of the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful. It was a leisurely 15-minute walk to the center of town for lunch and sightseeing. I travel for a living, and when I return to Chemnitz, I'll stay here.

Overall we were were very happy with our choice of hotel. Good range of food for breakfast. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. However breakfast staff seemed to be stretched when there was a crowd.

The staff was outstanding. The young man who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd recomend the hotel for his hospitality if nothing else. The location is pretty good. 10 minutes walk from the center of town. Breakfast quality was higher than I expcted. In short, I enjoyed my stay thoroghly.

breakfest: 10 choices for tea, 2 choices for juice, what you see for the breakfest pictures online is exactly the same. lots of choices. 2 closets. lots of spaces 10 mins walking to the center of the city. 3 stops from train station. the only things are the bathroom tube is small and the public computer is slow. but you need to bring your cable so that you can enjoy 1 hour free wireless internet for free daily. nothing else i can complain. overall, really good.

This hotel is not a 4-star hotel. It probably would be good 2-star hotel or a 2+, but there was nothing unusually good about it. The rooms are clean, but nothing 4 star at all. I think we were just expecting a little more luxury, a little more comfort.

My fourth stay. Overall, the facility was better than I experience in the States. Very good for small children. Breakfasts were outstanding.
