Lakefront resort with 4 restaurants and 14 outdoor pools
Along with 4 restaurants, this smoke-free resort has a marina and 14 outdoor pools. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a water park (surcharge), 3 bars/lounges, and a fitness center are onsite.
Housekeeping is available on request.

I recently stayed at this resort while hosting company in Orlando, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I was given false information by a resort attendant, which caused me to delay extending my stay until later in the day. As a result, my room was locked—with my dog inside. When I went to the reservations desk to resolve the issue, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and made inappropriate gestures. Hoping to find a resolution, I calmly approached a manager to explain that I was misled by an employee, which was the only reason for the delay in extending my stay. Instead of addressing the issue, the manager involved security and threatened to trespass me if I didn’t leave the property. At no point did I behave inappropriately or escalate the situation. The only issue was that they didn’t want to admit their mistake. I was completely inconvenienced and treated unprofessionally for simply bringing this to their attention. The customer service here is appalling, and the management appears to lack the basic skills needed to handle situations appropriately. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone.

Pools great, room was great except for porch being dirty, staff was great except for a security officer, he was snooty. We had an incident where my wife was coming out to the porch and slid on the sandy floor. She fell and bruised her right knee. The security officer made a report. During the report he made the remark " that it's Florida ". He was rude and my wife said not to come back. When we went to check out I showed them the pictures of the porch and asked if they could give me a discount. They did give us a discount but I don't feel it was enough.

Property I stayed in had a leak from a bad refrigerator/freezer. Caused my food to spoil. Despite me notifying a customer service representative. The gentleman that was sent to evaluate the refrigerator. Kept saying just keep it closed and his language barrier. Prevented us from having proper dialogue. It took me to complain several times. Before they sent someone out to taken a written statement and to evaluate the situation. I should have been offered another unit immediately.

Shady… water park and other amenities not included. Have to pay 25 per person daily for the water park. Resort fee but you have to pay for alol amenities. I booked this place because of the eye catching picture of the small water park for the kids. It seems that in the past it was included and you could access it from many directions but now connections are closed with gates and you have to walk a lot to get to it. For the money, I could have gone to a resort tat includes amenities in the price. All that is included is a regular pool that you can find in any hotel. Other than these issues the rest was ok.

This place is outdated and poorly maintained. Trash on the playground, trash around the pond, mini golf course with rocks and dirt all over it. Our rooms screen door had a broken lock, broken floor tile, no hot water the first morning we were there. We booked a larger room then what we recieved, paid more for it and then were told they didn't care- third party description had nothing to do with them. Thankfully hotels.com made it right. The water park was a joke- the main reason we stayed here. After reading the fine print found out it was not included in your stay. It was ridiculously overcrowded, not enough seating to eat with your family. Attempted to speak to 3 lifeguards who didn't speak English. There are much better options in the area to stay!

The property has great potential, however all of the advertised amenities were not available. The water park, the swan boats, the pool bars were all closed. The wifi was in and out, more out than in. The menu at the pizza restaurant on the location has changed drastically. Only pizza option was large, the selection of wing sauces are wack. However the pizza staff Jasmine, made the ordering experience amazing.

We were looking forward to playing at the water park and after spending what we did including the ridiculous resort fee. We still didn’t get to. Funny how the small print on the card they give you when you arrive says you can’t use the water park. The whole reason we stayed there was for the water park. It was clean, but, the water park really made the vacation a little less fun. We definitely won’t be staying there the next time we come to Florida.

We only stayed one day and we liked it, all the staff were very attentive and professional, it was just not like that with the worker who served breakfast, it seemed that she was bothered by working, without smiling and not very communicative when we asked her to take out what had been finished and then I noticed that when he came, apparently his manager was smiling at him. They should work with her otherwise everything is fine.
