Confusing to find as the address to the hotel on paperwork does not work with GPS. (It takes you a route blocked by bollards.) The hotel is beautiful with lovely staff. Room was very nice and the bathroom had the most wonderful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and parking was convenient.

This property is in the middle of old town, so the parking situation was sort of interesting. We were there on a Sunday, so the parking was free. We also had to park a block away and walk to the property to have them push a button to have a bollard in the center of the street drop down so we could drive to the property to unload our luggage. Then we were able to move our car where we left our car next to the building. Like I said, interesting. All else was good, except walking back to the property in the rain, but that wasn't their fault. Nice place.

Great hotel, that's very well placed for the historic centre of Bourges. If you want to park, you may need to book a (payable) place in their car park, or take your chance in the road or elsewhere.

Fantastic, beautiful hotel in a lovely city. Staff very friendly and room and bathroom extremely comfortable. The night walk in Bourges to see the illuminations is well worth the time.

We had a fantastic two night stay. The hotel was in a perfect location and close to everything. The nighttime city artistic light show was beautiful. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very nice hotel, nicest Best Western i have ever been to. Very clean, large bathroom. Staff is very friendly. Location is in the middle of eeverything. Sunday is a sleepy lttle town, shops are closed, but still was able to see sites i was looking forward to.

Very cheerful, friendly and helpful staff but some things would have made our experience better: 1. Instructions on how to navigate the residents’-access-only area which is protected by rising bollards. In the end we parked outside this area, walked to the hotel and then we were told the address to put in our Satnav and to drive there until we met a blocking bollard, call the hotel, and they then remotely lowered it so we could drive to the door. Avenue 95e-de-ligne is the secret address, which is not the hotel’s address. 2. We had booked overnight parking in the hotel garage but when we got there we were told that we would have to vacate it between 6 and 7 am which is absurd for a holiday stay. The very helpful night porter told us to leave the car on the pavement outside the hotel and he would keep a eye on it and it would be fine there until 9am when parking charges started. 3. Big comfortable bed but hard pillows stuffed with what felt like a solid lump of foam. 4. Reasonable breakfast buffet but everything freezing cold - croissants etc not very nice because of that but would have been fine if warm.

Had a fantastic 2 nt stay in this hotel! Everything was perfect from the reception-really helpful, secure parking-which we had pre-booked, room-booked the larger room which was lovely! Great shower and amenities-kettle, coffee maker,fridge, ac, nicely refurbished room! From the hotel you walk into the heart of Bourges, which is beautiful! So glad we booked for 2 nights!

The hotel couldn't have been kinder with helping me with our reservation and a broken foot. Lovely staff as always. Great hotel and perfectly located close to the town centre of Bourges. One small point - we have stayed here many times before and loved it. This time the carpet in our room seemed to need a refresh - a few stains on it. But a minor point that doesn't take away from the charm of this hotel.

Very nice small hotell in the centre of town with just short walk to the main street and close to the cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff with ideas of what to do as we where passing through the town. They also have their own garage for parking of your car.

Central location for exploring the old city of Bourges.

We had a large modernised room - it was very comfortable & reasonably quiet. Externally the hotel is not appealing but it’s in a perfect location & the staff were v helpful & the refurbished rooms are excellent.

We arrived late but the concierge welcomed us well and helped get us accommodated in a restaurant down the street. Breakfast was lovely: everything was fresh and parking was just on the street outside. The hotel was in the middle of the old quarter, ideally situated for sightseeing and shopping. A lovely hotel with character.

The location of this hotel was excellent. We had a comfortable king size bed in a very spacious room. The breakfast offered a nice variety of delious foods. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with restaurant recommendaitons and various directions. Lastly, having on-site secure parking was helpful.

A fabulous hotel couldnt fault it. Perfect location. Secure parking at a charge bucket of water and bin for washing the car windows. Good breakfast in a nice dinng room. lovely bedroom with nice modern bathroom with walkin shower. Comfortable bed and good big soft bath towels.Tea making facilities. Staff excellent and spoke very good English. Brilliant would definitely recommend this hotel. Bourges is a lovely area.

Charming, boutique hotel in the middle of Bourges, surrounded by quaint, narrow streets and close to the main ancient sites. The exterior of the hotel is lovely, almost nostalgic, with a little fountain and inside its retains the charm and the staff were lovely. We had breakfast - a really nice continental one. We were driving. Parking up outside to drop baggage and have the comfort of secure parking was great.
