Hotel smells like weed and mold. Filthy and unkept, this place should be shut down.

It was great

We stayed here to see a Cardinal's game that night. It is a safe place in the middle of a lot of dining options and a mall that is just minutes away. The breakfast options are very limited. They consist of waffles, two types of sugary cereal, bread, bagels and a mandarin orange fruit cup. The only spreads were butter and Nutella for the bread and bagels. So we opted to make waffles with butter and syrup. There were two types of juice, coffee and tea to drink.

The room smelled nice. The room its self looks like it have not been clean just the bed was made up nice. Under the night stand was a con of off and a hair tie that was in the room when we entered. The laps had not been dust what looks like never and the ironing board was so dusty underneath. Just a disappointment!! This was our second room because the room we changed from the toilet was having flushing issues. So we asked for another room. So the second was the worst room we have had since staying there.

Good waking able restaurant

This is an inexpensive property and the facilities and services reflect that. Be prepared for mildew and mold, and you have to request room freshening or it doesn't happen. We had some broken equipment in our first room and they were unable to make the $2 repair to we moved rooms - big mistake. Second room was significantly worse but did have a toilet seat. Staff was cordial but not very helpful. I would never consider staying there again.

This place is disgusting. The smell in the room was enough to make feel nauseated. It has been years since any upgrades or fresh paint have been done. The walls have deep gouges from years of chairs and furniture being banged against them. The curtains were disgustingly stained, I used a towel to close them. I was never so happy to get out of a hotel room. It was so gross. Pick somewhere else!! This disgusting place is walking distance to area restaurants, and the mall is down the street. Don't let that fool you, like it did me. It needs a wrecking ball.

The outside of the property smelled like urine and was dirty. The landscaping there was none, the grass was brown, there were no flowers and it was just dirty looking. The rooms did not look like how you advertise them through Expedia. Both my rooms were dirty. I had to ask housekeeping to re-clean they smell awful and they were just dirtiness left on the door handles on the toilet on the floor in the room the couches, the chairs, the hallway smell like smoke and the rooms Had a musty smell to them. The showers were horrible. Ours was clogged and then when we requested a different room, we were told that they didn’t have any other rooms, specially for the handicap room and that we would have to get in contact with Expedia to cancel our appointment our reservation and reschedule. This hotel did not look like anything that you guys advertise and it was a disappointment. It was a horrible experience and I will not ever, ever stay at another super Motel 8 or anything hotel that has a number in it. Expedia, you guys need to do a better account for these hotels that you guys are advertising for. The rooms the hotel and the property is not what you guys are advertising. I want some of my money back because basically this was a horrible experience and this hotel was not what was advertising be and anything that we had to complain about we have to contact you, Expedia, so please reach out to me. I would love to talk to someone so I can give you the counter of everything.

Invasive privacy

Everything was great!! Yes, I would stay again. It was very clean.

This hotel should be a lot less expensive. Worth around 55-65 per night Breakfast is non existent and a joke. Beds were cheap mattress not terrible but not what is standard. All items towels etc were very cheap grade. Ok for a quick one night pass through the area to not spend 150-$200 and more a night but definitely is not 100-125 hotel.

My doir squeaked. The cover on the bed was not clean and smelled. I could not wait to check out. I constantly felt like something was crawling on and biting me.

I stayed there for 2 nights and no one from house keeping cleaned my room or brought towels or anything else. I was also put in a no smoking room that smelled like smoke. The room was nasty and i may have bed bugs from the dirtiness. Ill never stay there again

We needed an inexpensive place to stay over night and this hotel served that need. You get what you pay for so if you are looking for a really nice hotel with an amazing breakfast, pay the price and stay at a Drury. The breakfast here was limited but also served our needs for this stay. The hotel was pretty clean, had soft towels and the staff was friendly and helpful. The mattresses in our room need to be replaced and some simple maintenance would help the appearance of the room we stayed in. Overall, it was “ok” but we most likely will not stay there again.

Nice staff

This was quite possibly the most disgusting place we've ever stayed and on top of it had to pay extra for our cats who are cleaner than the room or building. The walls had holes and scrap marks, the carpeting had holes in it, the room was filthy, and there weren't any tissues. And the mattress was indented so bad we couldn't even sleep. This property should not be on Expedia, I expected better that it would have been vetted.

To spend a night, the hotel is alright. The property is kind of old, the staff was nice. The room was comfortable, though some utilities did not work.

I had blood on sheets , desk guy checked it he did act like he cared. Conventional breakfast was not stick Cold cofffee in carafes and another carafe was empty

I usually stay at this hotel because it is close to where I need to go and it is affordable. The quality keeps going down year after year. There always seems to be something wrong in the room. The bathroom fan did not work. Many outlets did not work. The lighting is dim especially in the bathroom. The beds had huge divots, sunken areas in them. The breakfast this time did not even have apples or bananas like usual. I had a follow up stay booked there but cancelled it and stayed elsewhere.

Not bad for a one night stay. Felt safe and it was pretty clean.

The house keeping was questionable. I've booked this property at least five times because of the proximity to Saint Louis. I should've inspected the room but trust was important. Loose hair all over the bathroom floor but didn't notice until late night. 2nd night, noticed loose items under nightstand. Usually leave a tip but didn't because of aforementioned. Have traveled over 40 years and have always left a tip

You do not have enough space for me to input, just how much, I was dissatisfied with this property! Checked in on May 2, Checked Out May 3! My sister slept in chair & I unfortunately slept in bed, & received bed bug bites! I see a partial refund was submitted, but I WANT A FULL REFUND!
