I often stay at this hotel annually when passing through the area and it was about the same as last year's visit. Check in was quick, staff was somewhat friendly, and there was a woman sitting in the lobby, who seemed to work there, who later was roaming the halls and helped me find the ice machine. I quickly got my room keys and ordered food at the Mehfil Cafe next door, a relatively new Indian restaurant. The food there was excellent, I don't usually get Indian food, they recommended the Chicken Tikki Masala, and I got that, Naan bread, and chicken tenders, and it was all delicious and a good value! I highly recommend if you are staying here and the kitchen is open until 11pm! Back to the hotel, I had room 118, as others comment there is a slant to the floors, and my room had some slants near the bathroom door, as I almost rolled my ankle stepping out of the bathroom on one occasion. Otherwise the room was clean, AC worked well, as did fridge, and bed was comfortable, although the headboard was noisy any time I would move. The jetted tub was relaxing, but I had to refill it as it was dirty the first time I filled it and began running it, so that was gross, and some of the jets were broken. The toilet seat was loose as well. Some of the tiles on the wall are coming loose. Breakfast was horrendous, eggs were not edible, gross sausage links, didn't make a waffle, and had cereal and yogurt, with a stop at Dunkin later on. Not sure how they can make the food that bad...

People running the place were helpful. The place had a run down look to it. The plumbing exposed under the bathroom sink was unconventional, to say the least. It looked like they cheaped out in favor of an unlicensed plumber. Overall, the place smelled bad.

The ftont desk clerk was very helpful. Nice Indian restaurant and bar right next door.

When you first walk in, it was dingy

This day was amazing. Service was excellent nice and clean. The staff were very helpful. I have no complaints.

There was nothing I liked. Room had terrible smell. Half and half coffee creamer was expired and became bad but still served to the guests. Luggage cart had deflated wheel tires.

Our check-in person was very knowledgeable an courteous My room was clean, but I saw and killed a roach and the phone was useless. Every time I dialed a hotel department or contact all it did was ring.

Hotel was in a good location, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was at a slant toward the hallway. Door in bathroom did not close due to rubbing on tile. Coachroach on the last day showed up in my bathroom. Back doors 2 and 3 often didn’t work due to loose security cables according to front desk. They did try to repair them, but said if customers closed door hard they would fall offline. Breakfast was okay, but eggs and sausage were weird consistency and texture. Room was clean. Maid service was on it! Rate was affordable. Just needs some TLC for the building to make it more appealing to stay at.

This hotel was just okay. The Front Desk Clerk was pleasant. The room felt…damp. Like the entire carpet in my room felt damp underfoot, not in a “just shampooed the carpet” way. I suppose that could have been the case, but the whole room just had a dampness to it. It had recently rained a lot, so maybe the occupants before me had come in soaked and dripped their wet raincoats, etc. There was an old worn cupboard instead of a closet. A container of lotion left under the bedside table (ew). The breakfast was typical: nothing there I wanted to ingest. Why is hotel breakfast coffee so very bad?

Service and friendliness of staff was excellent. My expectations of the BW were lower. Property was clean, however I recently stayed at another BW that was renovated and more modern and I thought this would be too. It served its purpose; a clean, welcoming place with personable staff to rest our bodies on our journey.

Check-in was efficient. When we realized that there wasn't an elevator to the second floor, desk clerk Mohan quickly volunteered to carry our luggage up the stairs. He immediately took the our heavy suitcase (we had 2 backpacks and another carry-on bag) and brought it into our room. We offered a cash tip for his service and he adamantly refused to take it. We had other interactions with Mohan and he was always efficient, helpful and courteous every time.

Clean but needs updating

Second time at this property, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Internet was very poor, and room wasn’t as cleanly as the first time. Staff members tried to reset internet service but it didn’t work. Ended up having to leave property to a nearby restaurant to use their WiFi services.

More like a motel, property is outdated and gross. The staff was pleasant. Overpriced for the quality.

A/C in room was unable to direct towards beds.

There was a nice breakfast bar, it just needed some fruits. The walls of the room needs a like bit more up keeping. It was nice and quiet and safe. I had a good night rest.

The property is rubbed down and not worth the price you pay. There is an awful stench in the corridors and front desk. I would not recommend it for the price they charge

The reservation worked just fine and check-in was easy… No issues.

Great service! The only thing was the cafeteria was very small. We felt rushed to eat. But overall great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Wonderful and very pleasant environment, comfortable and cozy room, delicious breakfast, and coffee was always fresh and ready to pour yourself a cup. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it.
