Lovely hotel, really good food, comfortable rooms, good drinks, beautiful views and close to the airport. The perfect 3 night stay

Fantastic staff, easy access to a small beach area, no issue with sun loungers around the pools, lots to choose from although unfortunately the pools were very cold this time of year. The family suite had great sized rooms/bathrooms & very comfortable.

Food at the buffet 10/10, never had good buffet food before but this was unreal! Beautiful resort, lovely beach and lots to do

A beautiful resort with stunning views of the bay.
It is spotlessly clean , food is amazing with lots of delicious options from the buffet and very high quality. Lovely atmosphere and most of all every single member of staff was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble .
I would definitely return to Dreams if I visit Corfu in the future . Thank you for a wonderful week !

We enjoyed our stay at Dreams Corfu, but sadly felt it fell a little short of our expectations for true 5 star hospitality. The property itself was very nice - rooms were comfortable, peaceful and spacious. Check in process was swift and efficient. Staff were for the most part attentive and professional, although we did witness some meltdowns in the main buffet restaurant, probably due to how overwhelmingly busy this was. I would definitely recommend the Preferred Club if this is an option. The main pools were better when travelling with little ones due to shallow areas but sadly lacking in beds. These would all be taken unless you got there by 9/9.30. Thankfully there was more availability with the preferred club pool. Drinks were great, food was hit and miss. The buffet was nice but a bit repetitive. A la Carte restaurants we didn’t feel were truly a la Carte. The Italian did nice pizzas but the pasta could be bland, and service could be slow. Wasps a bit of an issue around food. Kids club/ entertainment great, couldn’t fault this. We also loved the pier down by the beach. Would highly recommend the boat trip into Corfu old town. The area directly around the hotel is a little run down, but there was a shop with everything you may need in the resort which was a nice touch. You can also ask for a shower room and use of the facilities after check out should you require - again, a lovely touch. Overall, we enjoyed our trip but some improvements could be made.

Amazing!

Excellent food and rooms. Garden areas lack wow factor. Air conditioning in main restaurant is non existent and not pleasant temperature to eat in. Seems to be working ok at buffet area but in 38 degrees we struggled. Needs to be addressed. Service for drinks poor in main restaurant.

Absolutely beautiful resort will definitely be staying again.

This is a very lovely resort. staff are very nice and friendly.
We wanted to have a birthday dinner but there was no space within the resort to accommodate us due to timing. They got a place for us outside and sorted everything out. Very wonderful place to visit.
The only issue which isn’t much but still an observation, the cleaner is very lazy. She would come in, clean at the barest, leave behind used cups and cutleries and would as few things as possible

Purpose of trip was to create a family holiday without telling our grandchildren we would be there. The look on their faces we will treasure forever, with the setting and service absolutely fabulous.

Great hotel and great stay. Always able to find spots at pool and beach. Food was pretty good. Free drinks were incredible, huge selection! Staff is very helpful and attentive! Pool is a bit cold but other than that, highly recommend. Nightly entertainment was also great!

Weather was perfect, food was amazing they accommodate for all diets I am gluten free and they had a gluten free. We was upgraded to a slightly bigger double room with inland view along with a chocolate cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We was in room 622 ideal location to the side of the resort as your near the car park, outdoor gym area, bar/restaurant and a short walk to the beach, we used the side exit door to leave and enter the building then having to use the lifts and walk long corridors. There wasn't many staff to begin with considering the season just started for guest a couple of days before. As it was getting busier more staff were seen and became available to come around to ask if you want a drink etc as before we had too chase them or go to the bar. The whole resort was serene. The spa was very small part of the resort more like a hut and it was a let down, for me it was very pricey and there was a cost to use their hot tub only. The beach is the best area to relax compared to the infinity pool. The lagoon was relaxing which was at the front of the resort. The app is easy to use and reserve a’la carte restaurant. Not all restaurants were open I guessed this was due to it being the start of season.

Our welcome to the property was great. A cold towel and a cold drink and asked if we wanted to be taken to lunch.
Lunch and breakfasts were great. Dinners and the restaurants were ok. The service at the restaurants wasnt great, you were either rushed or forgotten about, the food choices werent that good at the evening restaurants.
The property was very clean and on the whole the staff were very friendly.
Pools were nice and quiet private beach.
Overall very good value for money.
The surrounding town of the property wasnt very nice at all though.

the hotel is OK. the location is OK. nothing great here, the food was not great, and the staff was average. The problem with this sort of hotel is that you have lots of people hanging around looking for cheap food and cheap drinks. The food was not good, and their COVID protection are weak. I would stay somewhere else.

DO NOT BOOK this property, Its not 4 star. Service and majority of staffs are so Rude and terrible and they just dont care.
During my 5 days stay me and my family experienced 3 very bad experience and others were not great but you can ignore. We also made complain to assistant manager. Service, cleanliness and food all are so poor quality.

The catering staff were very good and were very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day.The gardens and grounds maintenance should be kept in better condition for a hotel of this price. It has an overall feel of a very tired hotel and lacks some investment.

A very good 4* hotel trying very hard to be a 5*. Great location, fantastically friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and adequate. Overall the property just needs a little refreshing in parts

It was ace! Perfect. We enjoyed just everything. The personal, the room (we took sea view bungalow) the location is superb. We even needed gluten free food and it was great. The little problem was with wifi in distend rooms from the main building.

liked the fact that I could have total relaxation. beautiful grounds.
didn't like the fact that the hotel is tired. lacked good entertainment. drinks appear watered down significantly. Vodka did not taste like vodka!!!
Not a 4* hotel as is advertised, in my opinion.

Very helpful staff. We couldn’t extend our room but we were offered another to shower.
Modern and well maintained bathrooms.
Food was good quality and variety.
Would definitely go back if we were staying in this area again and highly recommend.
Lovely view from the balcony.

Just returned from 12 nights at the Louis Corcyra hotel. We had a fantastic, relaxing break. The food and drink was brilliant quality and plenty of it.
The highlight was the entertainment team who had a great day skill of encouraging you to get invoked in activities, but never under any pressure.
The hotel is clean, however it is tired is places with need for investment in modernisation and redecoration.
The pools are very pleasant, but the beach is not quite as we expected and is more of a man made area next to the sea.
8.0
Friendly, helpful staff. Good food & the hotel is not overly large. First impressions weren't brilliant as Gouvia itself is a little 'tired' & the first thing you see when entering the hotel is a football court that's clearly not been used in a while, however we were very pleased with hotel & staff all together
6.0
The property is beautiful and a wonderful location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint (all three rooms and all in our part agreed...). The bed mattress was hard...like sleeping on a concrete slab.
10.0
A great location, with a sheltered beach and calm shallow waters, boat tours to Corfu old town and to the north and easy access to public bus services, route 7 to Corfu town and to the north. Excellent facilities and food and extremely friendly staff, make staying within the resort easy, but there are options to walk locally in Gouvia.

A week long stay on an all inclusive basis. Accommodation food and entertainment were all great. Impossible to fault anything

Louis Corcyra Hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with the Mountains of Mainland Greece and Albania in the distance, beautiful Greenery all around and a Superb team of people that make you feel so very special with a smile on their face every single day. We stayed with friends and had a fantastic time, the food was good and plentiful, the drinks were in abundance and you could take part in the events as little or as much as you like. The Animation team was fantastic, and really made you feel like you have known them for years, the Team Leader Jacob should never go anywhere else, a real Star. This really was above expectations and I am sure that anyone that stays here will really enjoy it.A short bus trip from Corfu Town, make Gouvia a beautiful and quite area to be in, looking forward to visiting again next year..... For Longer. The only thing that let it down was the Internet was at times intermittent.
8.0
Really great site, massive, with lots of food sites, drinks access bars, giant pool beautifully designed, fun animation team, lovely clean beach with lots of shady permanent umbrellas, safe waters. The food was excellent, varied menus daily, plentiful fresh fruits and salads, drinks on 'tap' for All Inclusives, very good bar staff. I did have to move rooms due to sun-sensitivity issues, as some blocks do have rooms with full sun virtually all day (no shade), making the balconies no-go areas until after dark. The only mild criticism of the rooms, (nothing they can do about sun, so once moved I was happy) - I would suggest a relatively cheap 'upgrade' to better miniature toiletries rather than than the cheapo hand wash! The hotel could be moved to the 'next level' with this simple move! lThe room I was changed to in a different block, that block was excellent, lovely spacious rooms. I would say generally mostly the experience was very much 4 star, very attentive staff and always smiling despite working in intense heat! Thanks to Viktoria, reception lady, for taking care of my room change needs and following up. Loved Jacob, animation team leader - when does this guy sleep?! The whole animation team lovely, as was all entrtainment laid on nightly. Reception head barman excellent, as was the pool bar head man. Would recommend this hotel, though if you are sun-sensitive, be good to advise hotel in advance to put you in a block without full sunlight. Many thanks Corcyra.
