Modern but small rooms; friendly staff; warm rooms due to weather. Relaxing bar area; decent breakfast.

We had another very comfortable overnight stay in Saarlouis, in the care of the Victors Hotel staff. Good value and an excellent breakfast too. It's 4-5k from the autobahn and a three-minute walk to the railway station.

Hotel lobby and bar area is really good, lovely and clean with good service, breakfast area is very clean and tidy, breakfast is to a good standard but not much choice in the cooked section.
Rooms are outdated, they need refurbishment from the orange walls, duvet was not correct size for the bed. The duvet was smaller than the bedsize which would be a problem if there was two people in there!

Bit of an odd setup. The suites are in the old people's home across the street, not the hotel itself. You have to ring a door bell each time to get in, which gets quite tiring after a week or two.
Other than that: the rooms themselves are very nice. Roomy, large, clean, comfortable. I'd recommend them!

4/5 of the staff was nice (the lady at the counter when we check out didn't even say hello to us) but the positive experience stopped there.
The hotel is much too expensive for what it offers. It's directly on a busy road (noisy from 7 AM to 11 PM).
The room is tiny. It does not have a kettle or a fridge. The shower is either burn yourself setting or freeze setting with barely anything in between.
I would not recommend this and I'm not going to stay there again.

Stayed here with my 5 year old. Room was odd and cramped. Maybe too small for 2 adults. Toilet behind the bathroom door in a corner and was very low, not the best shower water pressure. No lotion, only shampoo/body soap combo. Too much furniture in the room making it feel smaller and cramped. Lamp shade stained. Bed was pretty firm. I was uncomfortable, but kiddo slept well. On the positive side, it was clean and quiet, nice staff, good breakfast, easy access to station, short drive into city center, and secure parking only €8. Despite some of the negatives, I would try a stay here again. It was fair for the price of €98. Have eaten at The Grill on other occasions and it’s delicious.

Hotel is close to main road and onöy 15 minutes from Ford Sarlouis plant.
Parking in garage in basement, nice lobby and good restaurant (grill-steak-house).
Hotel is not new but room was in good condition, clean and bed comfortable.
Service was good, both in loby and restaurant.
Good brekfast with lots of variety.

Is renovated hotel, good service, semi friendly staff

Unfortunatelly there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a problem if you stay in during hot season.
Guest parking is available for a surcharge.
For the rest everything is fine.

The food was incredible, we had breakfast and dinner and both were fantastic and very reasonable. The service was great, and they allowed early check in which was brilliant. The rooms werent quite as modern as I thought they would be given how chic the reception and restaurant were, they were very clean though. There was also no kettle which was my only criticism. The hotel was an easy 15 minute walk to the centre.

Ok place to stay. Room was good sized. Typical European style beds a little hard but OK. Not very memorable

Extremely good value for my wife & I, including a very good breakfast & parking under the hotel. Would recommend it to anybody as long as you are not looking for 4+ star standards.
