It was not a good choice, surroundings not pretty, staff not nice nor welcoming, room was not properly cleaned, so nothing that would make us come back.

Pro tip: use the service elevators on the way down. They’re located in the stairway entrance, go to floor “0” then turn right to hallway. Going up the main elevators are fine, but going down you’ll wait forever. This just saved you 30-45 minutes each day. You’re welcome.

The rooms were very old.

It was overall a nice and pleasant stay. Fantastic roof terrace with ocean and mountain view, bar open in the evening.
We spend quite some time in the bars, friendly and service minded bartenders.
Some places look a bit worn down, but price taken into consideration, it's okay and fair. But if your looking for top dollar, first class and spotless, this may not be it.
Limited parking space.
We didn't speak italian, so communication was often a challenge.
But we enjoyed our vacation a lot.

AC in room did not work! Expensive bar! No breakfast included! Uncomfortable bed and old bathroom
3.0
Location was excellent! The room was old and uncomfortable. The bar was extremely overpriced! A double espresso for 4 euro that is more expensive than Starbucks! Gin and tonic for 16 Euro! At most bars in Palermo you pay less than half these prices! They definitely take advantage of the convenience factor!

Small room with no frills, but perfect for a one-night stay. Accommodating and friendly staff, good price and the hotel was in fine condition.

The hotel is in a run down area.
The reception staff served us like we were at a train station ticket counter. The restaurant staff was inattentive and the food beyond criticism. It may help forcing their chef at gunpoint to eat it himself. The only bright spot was the room, which was spacious and functional.

Don’t! Poorly situated near a fruit and veg wholesale market. Bus link to city centre infrequent and unreliable, last bus 21:25. Hotel staff unfriendly and surly. Accommodation Spartan and dated. Breakfast awful, limited and poor quality. Hotel overrun by unruly adolescent fellow guests.

The hotel's glory years are behind it. It needs a really good refurbishment. Unpleasant service except one lady in the receptuon area and cleaning staff on the sixth floor. We had unworking shower on 9th floor but after conversation with reception the room has been changed for 6th floor. Poor breakfast. Small selection. Dirty tablecloths and sticky appliances. Very slow service. Not very interested in guests and what is going on in the room. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Good, solid hotel. A bit worn Down. All facilities were fine. Good internet!
Good value for money. A bit far from center and close neighborhood not to exciting
Friendly staff
4.0
Staff were mostly pleasant although not hugely helpful.
The bar and reception area are nice.
The room was clean and the hairdryer in the bathroom was good.
Pictures of a standard room on Expedia are actually of a superior room (we were told when we shared them with reception staff) so the rooms are dated with few amenities - certainly no kettle for example. We were told we could have hot water for drinks whenever but this actually meant at breakfast service when the urn was either tepid or empty.
The hotel is a long way from the sights of Palermo and the 107 bus unreliable. It's a long walk through a run down neighbourhood (don't do it alone) or a 20 euro taxi ride from the centre.
Don't stay here unless you have your own transport. Splash out on something nicer nearer the centre.

excellent hotel, good location close to everything, very willing and friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast, excellent wifi. I recommend! Thank you all!

The hotel was in a decent location but everything else was a bit disappointing. There was a hair on the toliet lid when we arrived and the air didn't work. Lucky for us we were only staying for 2 nightes before moving to the next location because the bed was as hard as a rock and I am not exaggerating... The price was nice but it was rated as a 4 star and I would say 2 star at best...

The outer design of the building is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very helpful, polite, and able to make communication easy (as I do not speak Italian very well). I highly recommend.

I it’s very close to the port and you can book a parking place too

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are not. Hard beds, old moldy tiled bathrooms. No shower just a tub. We had mosquito bites all over us in one day.

A long walk from city center.

The only good thing was check in process, easy and quick.
Other than this everything was bad weak poor dirty.
Was not enough space for car parking, we had to park outside across the street and during the parking some kind of mafia person asked us to pay him he said because he was going to protect our car. Room was dirty. Bathroom and furniture was very very old was dead actually. There was rust in bathtub. Window was not sliding it was broken. Breakfast service style was from 80s whole set up was terrible, full of industrial cheap cheap products on buffet, not enough cutlery, coffee was burnt when I added milk it turned into grey color. Housekeeping never tidied up our room during our stay. I had a coffee at lobby bar, they could not charge to my room, I had to pay separately, I had to go my room and bring the credit card for paying.

Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The bathroom had black hairs everywhere and the tub was very dirty. The bed was rock solid. TV was broken. Bugs in room.

A good hotel and service. A bit if a walk from the centre but manageable- just, as it was unseasonably hot.
Local area is run down - but so is most of Palermo.

The cleaning changed the label on the door for please clean into do not disturb. So they do not gave to clean it. They went through our room .breakfast is very simple. Staff does her best
In this city there are no really better hotels than this one.

More like a 2.5 or 3 star hotel, nice terrace on roof, close to bud station stops, not so close to train stations, kind of dirty area is around it. Not close to to walk downtown
2.0
Terrible terrible terrible! The rooms are filthy, even after we asked to have them cleaned again. The carpet was suppossed to be red but it’s so dirty is gray. Underneath the bed hasn’t been vacumed for what seemed like months. Closets and tables were filthy and we had to cleaned them before using them. The security safe, tv, mini fridge and even the room fron door lock didn’t work!! One staff member was rude upon checkin, the woman screemed at my senior mother. On top of all this the area around the hotel is the most dirty, ugly and unsafe place I’ve ever seen. This is not worth staying in to safe a few dollars. The only acceptable thing about this place was the restaurant, breakfast was good enough.

Don't get lured in by the "pretty" pictures posted on Expedia. It is COMPLETELY a bait and switch. The room we got looked NOTHING like the photos shown on the site. The room looked worse than Motel 6 or any of those cheap hotel chains in the USA.
Where do I even start? When I first stepped into the room, I was greeted by the smell of raw sewage and I discovered it was coming from the bathroom. It made me want to gag and puke. The sink, toilet, and tub had old stains on them, the carpet was old and musty, and the walls had black smudges everywhere.
When I went to the front desk to complain about the smell, they were unapologetic and acted like they couldn't care less and said they would send someone to look at it "tomorrow." I'm sorry, but you want me to sleep in room that smells like rancid sewage?
Also the room key card they gave me didn't work. I had to go up and downstairs about 10 times to ask for a new card. How lame, especially given they only had two tiny slow elevators.
Such a shame that I booked 5 whole nights here. I had to open the window to help with the sewage smell, and then mosquitoes came in and bit me a million times. Someone eventually did come in and spray some air freshener which sort of helped cover the smell.
The worst was that the front desk concierge was completely unapologetic and acted annoyed whenever I asked them something. They really need to learn some customer service because I'd give them a big fat F.

Awful, paying about €70-90 a night is a joke. I have lived in hostels with better accommodations than this. The room looks like a retirement home in combination with the disabled toilet (lol). At least the AC is working in some capacity.
1. The hotel is located in an area that looks like a dump. Trash everywhere and smells like a dump as well.
2. The rooms looks like something from the 90’s
3. Far away from the centre of Palermo
4. Don’t waste your money on this “4-star” hotel. It’s better spent elsewhere.

It was to far out to walk to the city , room was basic , corridors carpet was worn and decor dated, it was not for us we didn’t stay checked out and found nice hotel in the city

Definitely not a 4 ⭐️ hotel and it’s the long long way from being a palace.
Staff is unfriendly and not helpful.
Gives you the feeling that your travelled back to the1980.
Rooms are dirty bathrooms are horrendous.
Cleaning ladies were nice.

Very fancy hotel for it’s modest price, a little away for the city centre.

Everything about this hotel is negative except size of the rooms. Rooms are very rundown. And dirty!!! Hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. Walls are paper thin. Staff are just to give bare minimum. Locations is not in a good neighborhood. Northing around it. One of the worst places I've stayed at in my life. And I do travel 2-3 times a year!!!
