As always good stay good people. Maintenance worker should be fired 2 days the desk had to unlock my door. Just batteries to replace. But big THANK YOU to your worker Bean she went above n beyond and fixed my lock. Thanks Bean. Owe ya a drink.

It was comfortable and quiet. But not very clean. We checked in got to our room there were some sort of pills on the floor in our room, then we moved an end table to get to the sink and it was filthy all around that area and shards of glass on floor in bedroom as we had a suite so the bedroom was separate from the living room are

While the hotel was clean and had a nice pool area and a continental breakfast im giving it a 2 star overall. Our key cards did not work half the time and we had no heat in our room for a 3 day stay. We were not offered any kind of refund or a change of rooms. They staff overall were all very nice except for one of front desk ladies. Absolutely loved the breakfast attendant! He was great at his job! He made sure we had whatever we needed and was very personable. I give him 5 stars!

The stay was horrible for the price of the room, room was freezing no heat working, the water was cold taking a shower no hot water Customer service was terrible. I will never stay there again.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the start, the room had a bad odor, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. After the housekeeping service, we did not receive clean towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, the maintenance of the hotel is poor, and it does not meet the standards one would expect. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed in a King room and it was large but very dirty. There were beer cans left behind furniture from previous guests and a ton of spiders near the window and bed. The air conditioning unit was old and rattled all night, which made sleeping difficult. Overall would not recommend.

Staff was unfriendly, unwilling to help call the front desk to ask for an additional pillow told we don’t have anymore tonight very rude very unaccommodating. The building was extremely warm and not clean. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property.

They gave us the wrong room when we checked in. About three hours later another family entered the room. When we went to get it sorted it out, they treated us like we were squatters and had been trying to stay in the room for free. We literally just went to the room that they gave us keys for (it was a suite versus the regular room I had booked. I’ve been upgraded without them mentioning it before so I thought nothing of it). They followed us up to the room to make sure we left and made us feel like we had done something wrong. It made us very uncomfortable over something that was their mistake. We didn’t want anything, it was an honest mixup. But they should not have treated us like we were at fault for the mixup

Staff very friendly. Had trouble with room keys for all three days there. Had to have them code them between 3-4 times every day so we could get into room. First thing in room found out toilet was clogged and they gave us a plunger...wasn't too impressed with lack of having someone come fix it. For the most part was ok stay.

First room was smoky and had an odd odor so we switched rooms. Hallway smelled of vomit for at least the first night, and had a cheesy puff ground into the carpet throughout our stay. Both hot tubs were closed for cleaning for the first night and only one open on the second, and even then I don't think the filter was doing the job as there were lots of floaters by the time we got back to the hotel. The main pool was ice cold, so I'm assuming they either have a bad heater or they keep it low on purpose. Staff was nice though. Probably won't ever stay there again

Toilet didn’t work properly, had to get a plunger. Door was very hard to open and key never seemed to work right. Continental staff was rude and complaining over and over again to patrons about a job he had to do. No stationary in room. Never got extra towels for second day. Will stay elsewhere next time

Check into our room and when we walked in there was a huge fan right in front of the door and then we went into the other part of the room and there was another fan. When i went down to the front desk they said they would have someone come and get them no one ever showed up. When we went down for breakfast the guy who was making eggs and sausage was very rude and was yelling at my daughter saying i am trying to get stuff together just freaking wait and my daughter then went to get some waffles and the mixture was gone so she went to tell the guy and he says well i am busy so we left and went to McDonald's next door it pretty bad when we paid 200.00 dollars for the night and our room was horrible and had 2 huge fans in there and could not even get breakfast the next morning and my daughter was there for softball tournment but the guy at breakfast really mad her feel bad I will never go back there or recommend this hotel to anyone. These pictures were after we moved them out of the way so we could get in our room.

Older property that shows it's age. The rooms were large and our room had a sitting area that was a separate room and you could close off from the bedroom (not sure if all rooms were suites like this). The interior courtyard has a pool, hot tub and tons of seating - it would be great if you were traveling with children and staying a bit. Not a walkable area - close to highways. A bit pricey for the value.

What a horrible motel. I spent last night in Fargo and had such a wonderful experience there. This place was the exact opposite. The young lady who checked me in was rude and condescending. She refused to provide me with receive and would not credit points to my rewards account as she said that I booked with Expedia, which is the same thing I did in Fargo and they provided me with a receipt and awarded points for my visit. I am visually impaired and the room was so dark I had to do my work the restroom as that is the only part of my room I can adequately see in. They put a water restrictor on the bathroom faucet that is not correctly applied and as a result water splashes up everywhere making a huge mess all over the countertop and soaked my shirt. I will NEVER stay at this dump again. Oh, as for the thermostat in my room, it is programmed in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit and does not allow a guest to change it.

First off at check inn the host was very unprofessional and on the phone with a personal phone call. The room stunk and the beds were hard as rocks the AC unit was loud and the bathroom door didn’t fit you had to pull it tight to close it not enough towels the pool was ice cold too. The TV the volume was stuck on loud couldn’t adjust it. Not happy with this place
