No air condition in the room, but outside it´s on the weekend nights very noisy, so you can´t really open a window to the front.

Plenty of parking space at E 5, not too bad. Modern hotel in good shape.A 20 min walk to the city centre, but the harbour area was close.
Cleaning was not good, dust here and dust there.
In standar room you have no fridge, no coffee/tea possibilites, and no ventilation. That means you have to open the window facing tha main street, with lots of traffic noise.
Decent breakfast.
I would rate it at 3,5 but landed on a 3.

Too much traffic

Very noisy. A lot of people running around in the corridors nighttime. When trying to get some rest after breakfast a cykling team parks their monstrous bus with an extremely noisy generator just outside the window even if it was a lot of parkings spaces further away from the hotel facade. Management could have arranged that. Very expensive compared with the quality.

Booked double room, was given twin. Finally changed to double.
Another room's toilet waste bubbled up into my bathroom through the shower drain...awful.
Changed rooms AGAIN, that trim had a bathroom that had not been cleaned, ugh...
Awfull beds, 2 small single duvets for a large double bed, like all German hotels, bloody awful.

Quite basic and functional rooms. Ok but wouldn’t rush back.

Decent hotel close to many things in Munster. Parking only 4€ a day, not as good as free but not too bad either. 10 minutes from the train station by foot.
Room a little dated, including carpet and kind of ugly furniture. But the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Overall not a bad value. Friendly English speaking staff.

Excellent staff but no A/C in rooms. The temperature was in the upper 30s, so two very uncomfortable nights. No modern hotel should be without A/C in this day and age.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent reception staff and very clean rooms. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but there is no A/C in the rooms and, with temperatures in the mid-30s at the moment (36 yesterday), it was impossible to feel comfortable. In fact, it was difficult to breathe and sleep. This can be very distressing. We always carry a fan with us, but even this wasn't enough. For many people, the extreme heat in the rooms must be a health hazard. The fact that the prices at this modern hotel are quite high means it is unacceptable in this day and age that there are no A/Cs or air-cooling systems in the rooms. Not even fans. After the severe heat wave across Europe last year, with temperatures in the 40s, the hotel has had enough time to install a cooling system.

The hotel was nice but the bed was hard as a rock. No ac hot and noisy.

There was a problem with my reservation that the staff worked out and gave me a room at 5 am. They were very accommodating

Always good to be back to this convenient and clean hotel with great breakfast options.

For a Solo trip, the hotel was good. This is my second time at the hotel in a city I know very well. It is no the most centrally located hotel in the city but if you're driving it is ok. Also, it is adjacent to the convention center which makes it ideal for business during the varied conventions. I never saw the breakfast or meal offerings so I am unable to comment on those. Parking is secure and free (at least on both of my trips). There is a movie theater, night club, and gym next door for those interested. the second time being there and I

The rooms are noisy and very hot. So hot in fact that even in winter the windows can be opened. However as soon as the windows are open the noise from the road and nearby railway line are hard to ignore

We stayed in summer, and the external temperature was about 35°C. In the room the temperature was intollerabile.
I suppose a **** hotel should provide a decent comfort with air conditioning in the rooms.
Except for this the room was spacious and clean.

Nice hotel about a 10-minute walk from the train station. About a 30-minute walk to the Old Town. Not much to do around the hotel that I found most of the attractions are a 20-30 min walk.
No outlets near the bed, all are located on the wall by the desk, approx 10 ft away.
Card keys kept stopped working. Didn't work when first checked in and the 3rd day. 2nd day door was left open by the cleaning staff.
Many small problems, but would stay again when the need arises.

We needed hot water but they wanted to charge 5 euro per time for that, which was quite unpleasant.

Hotel room was clean and conveniently close to the convention center. Bathroom super. Hotel restaurant rather limited menu and opening times, but there are a plethora of nice restaurants nearby in the Hafen. Internet included with hotel room but excrusiatingly limited to 250 MB every 24 h. If you want more data this costs extra. This is abnormal for a business hotel. It is still not clear, four weeks after my stay, whether or not I have really paid for my room. Both the hotel and Expedia say I should get a bill from each other and I am running around in circles to get a bill that I need for reimbursement for my business trip.

Pleasant hotel but pillows not great! Modern hotel with good parking for €4 per day. Excellent buffet breakfast.

The room was advertsised as a double room, however when we checked in the double bed was two single beds pushed together. This was a problem in that one bed was about an inch higher than the other, so was not acceptable. The hotel checked us into another room, however the double bed was again 2 single beds pushed together. The eceptionist told us that this was the only option, because the hotel "only had single beds" throughout the whole venue. Very strange, and not very acceptable!
The hotel itself was neat and clean. Not in a very good locaton though.
The staff struggled with English, which made our stay challenging however one of the receptionists was ok with it, so she interoreted for us when she was on shift.
Overall, our stay re was ok, but I would recommend it only for people who need to stay in that area for business. It isn't really a 'holiday' hotel.

Clean Hotel, very functional. Good for 1 to 2 night stay, any longer and there would not be enough to do

Although we had to meet peo[ple in various parts of the city it was easy by booking taxis through the hotel. Thet were always prompt and efficient. Loced the decor and would search the chain again

This hotel was about 10-15 min walk from the centre of city, easy main lit route. Rooms satisfactory and clean, with good shower. Mini bar and TV but no facilities for making hot drinks. Water dispenser in lobby was not replaced all weekend. Hot drinks we purchased from the bar not very pleasant. We therefore did not risk breakfast. It was adequate for sleeping in on a flight inclusive package but wouldn't rush back. Taxi from airport quite expensive. Excellent 35minute bus service from main train station to the airport for 5 euros 60c (2008. Good left luggage service in train station.

This hotel is approximately 15minutes walk to the centre of town, in the middle of a new development of offices, near a cinema and club (not noisy on a saturday night). Does exactly what it says on the packet.

Comfortable hotel a short walk from the central area of the town. Room facilities very good and not very expensive. Hotel situated on a busy road very close to a cinema and health club. Unfortunatley, the food in the hotel was expensive but there are numerous hotels and resturants just across the road beside the old quay.
4.0 / 10.0
Although a good choice was available the breakfast was very expensive which added greatly to the cost of the holiday.
