The suites were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The fully-equipped kitchen was particularly useful, allowing me to prepare my own meals when I wanted to. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a cozy, home-like feel.The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The front desk team was knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for dining and activities.The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the overall stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day. The evening social receptions were a pleasant surprise, providing an opportunity to unwind and socialize with other guests.The location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated in the Arbor Lakes area, it is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The nearby Shoppes at Arbor Lakes offered a great selection of stores and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to major highways made it easy to get around and explore the greater Minneapolis area.The hotel features excellent facilities, including a fitness center and an indoor pool. Both were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and stay active during my stay. The on-site laundry facilities were also very convenient, especially for longer stays.

We stayed for 2 nights, the check in was easy, breakfast buffet had many choices,staff was pleasant. Entering the room was a pleasant surprise as it was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping walked into our room while I (female) was half naked. They then proceeded to try to come in 2 more times before checkout. We felt uncomfortable and rushed so we ended up just checking out early.

Easy with the kids,great breakfast and the kids loved the pool.

I payed more when selecting room for handicap accessible but there is no grab bar to get off the toilet and expected a roll in shower or shower bench. Shower gel container empty. Need direction signs to get to elevator when in wheelchair. Otherwise room was excellent

Very nice, clean, well maintained, hotel. Amazing staff, great breakfast, clean pool area, very clean heated pool and whirlpool. The only negative would be the lack of signs telling you where everything is located.

The property is under construction. They never communicated or notified us. They said it's only the entry area but it's in other areas throughout the hotel. The construction mess is also throughout the hotel.

When I booked the place , I had no idea that they were redoing the whole place . This place is like a maze , it’s so hard and so confusing to find your room the elevator , The pool , the way out . The lobby, I’ve never seen such a place so misconfigued in my life . The rooms are nice , The kitchen area is nice , This place would be better made into permenate places to stay, For just a night or two , it’s to much work to find your room , or anything else like I said . It was also very high priced I felt

It was unfortunate that Expedia wasnt able to share that the hotel was getting a remodel. Made access to the pool/hot tub a little concerning. We also had 5 in our room so we planned on using the pull out bed, but linens for the bed were limited. It was late so we didnt go ask, but one of the guests was very uncomfortable all night. We also had to ask for more towels as only 3 wete stocked for 5 visitors.
