Spent 4 nights here during the Thanksgiving holiday with our great dane. Lots of families were there as well. It was a clean & comfortable room. A little noisy in the hallways but that is to be expected when the hotel is pretty full. Good hot breakfast served every morning. The only negative comment i have is the fitness center was pretty useless. None of the cardio equipment was usable. There was a small selection of free weights.

The room was nice. Upon checkin, I tried to use the men’s bathroom in the lobby and the toilet was covered in feces.

Overall pleasant stay; desk clerk provided excellent restaurant recommendation.
Bathroom exhaust fan did not work and leaking shower head connection needs repair; hotel in otherwise nice condition.

Room was fine but the pool was closed for most of our stay and the “fitness center “ was a joke. Not a single one of the machines worked. Staff was friendly.

I stayed in room 227 it was horrible the plumbing is really bad toilet ran all 3 days I was there I called front desk to tell them nobody came dirty towels was left in room no towels front desk did bring towels it was really bad 3 days for me sorry no relaxation

Great place. Clean and excellent location! Was worried about parking my motorcycle out in the open before I got there. Once I arrived I felt it would be ok. Area felt safer than a lot of places I’ve stayed in the past

Car broke down so we had to extend our stay. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was fine and bed was good, bathroom was kind of tight though. Cleaning staff did well, every other day we got tidied up. Pool was out of order a couple days and the fitness equipment was all out of order the whole time- that was our only big disappointment. Breakfast was good.

The only equipment that worked in the fitness center were the barbells. Could not get the treadmill, elliptical or the exercise bikes to start.

The reviews on Expedia said this place was “wonderful”. I got in late, midnight, first thing is the cheap air freshener smell in the lobby. Lobby and halls old n dirty. The room smelled like the air freshener add dirty animals, spilled food, years of poor maintenance and disrepair. There were stains all over the floor and couch. Just gross.i think the linens were clean. I called to change rooms but they wouldn’t pick up. I slept. Cancelled the next two nights and moved to the hotel Nextdoor.

Room smelt of cigarettes smoke. Door keys sometimes worked. Elevator not working again. And hasn’t on multiple stays. Although the pool area was closed, they could’ve made it look presentable by setting up the chairs and the umbrellas that were all blown over. Front entrance doors were filthy and needed to be cleaned, trash cans full. Property Manager sees all this things and does nothing. Easy fix, be a manager.

Vending and ice machines were down on my floor,pool not open, the parking lot on side of building was littered with paper. We had to keep getting the key card rekeyed. Pain in the rear. When you have your hand full and your card don't work. Good selection at breakfast and rooms were clean

We've been staying here for years when visiting family in the area. It's always been a good experience, though how long it's been since the last remodel is becoming apparent. The last couple times we've stayed, spanning over a year the elevator has been out of service, though I can't say if that was just bad luck or a continuous outage. We'll probably try one of the nearby competitors next visit to see how they compare and hope for a refresh here.

The staff was very friendly and honest. The place was clean. The elevator was out of service, so she put me on the first floor, albeit in a handicapped room. That shower was tough to use and not flood the room. I suggest a better, pivoting holder, so that the water did not spray directly downward, forcing it under the curtain onto the bathroom floor. Ther IS a floor drain, but that is no comfort to a flooded bathroom floor.

The elevator was out and we were notified at check in. Since they were full, it's a good thing no one in my family is disabled because I'm not sure there would have been an accommodation for us.

Such a cozy spot, I could absolutely tell that the management here care about ensuring those staying are comfortable and well taken care of. All I can ask for in a hotel!

Desk staff lied and said they had no rooms to check in early when 3 people without reservations checked in 5 hours early.
