Our girlfriends overnight getaway was really nice from the free valet, registration and pleasant man that helped us with the suitcases to our beautiful and clean room!
The pool was super nice but water could by warmer but great Bloody Maria made up for it!!
Will definitely come back with my husband next fall!!

Amazing stay and absolutely love the pool !

Beautiful property, great room-spacious. Loved Guy Fieri restaurant, and the buffet. Casino nice, however ended up having to pay for drinks?? Website indicates drunks are free. We spent a good deal of money gambling. Casino drink issue only concern.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very accommodating. If you are a gambler, Mount Airy doesn't pay out as much as other casinos I have played at.

This resort has everything! A casino, a Guy Fieri’s restaurant, luxury rooms. I’ve enjoyed every stay I’ve ever had here

The hotel was beautiful and the golf course was amazing. The hotel room was a disappointment. When watching tv the voices did not match the acting, very annoying. At midnight the phone lit up casting a green light in the room. The worst problem was the air conditioning. When the air came on so much dust blew out it covered the night stand. You could smell how dusty it was. The heavy dust caused me to have an asthma attack while sleeping. We were so dissapointed because the hotel and the area are beautiful. We planned on hosting a family reunion/golf outing but we cant subject the family to those conditions.

Overall, our stay was good. Was not aware of the resort fee until we checked out. Hotel.com did not informed us that the resort would charge us $37.00 per day extra.

No notification of room availability! Each time we went to inquire at front desk, we were told we’d get notified via text. Apparently the room was available at 11:45am! Finally got room at 4:30pm. Additionally, at 4pm there was a mile long caravan of cars and only 1 attendant! Finally, the smoke around casino area is horrible!

This was a perfect adult Tri-state getaway. Classy and plenty of options. Slightly pricey but the experience makes up for it minus the cigarette smoke from the casino floor. That was our only negative. Everything from pool, 24 hour eating option, fine dining option, spa with world class massages(thank you ladies), and room arrival customizations like ballons and champagne upon arrival. We will be back.

The indoor pool was beautiful, drinks by the pool didn’t seem like they had any alcohol in them, the casino was nice but they should try and have some nightly entertainment/singers, etc.
The casino, rooms And grounds were immaculate. Staff was friendly.
Would go back to see another show so Caroline Ray tickets are reasonable

I felt like I was being ripped off. I got hit with an extra 75.00 in hidden fees at check in. Then hit for two items from the mini bar on my final bill that I didn’t use. I’ll never go back.

We booked one night for a long overdue getaway without kids. The hotel was lovely, clean, and inviting. We had a great rest!

First time visiting. Staff was excellent. Room was clean...just a little worn. After i figured out where i was going the hotel/casino was easy to get around.
Just wish the casino was non-smoking.

I really like this facility! It’s my second time staying with them. The only thing is that this time around I noticed that my room was not properly cleaned from the previous checkout. Overall lots of fun at the casino and a lot of food options in and out of the hotel.

I came with my Dad and my brother. They shared a room and I had the Lakeview King Suite. Our purpose for travel was the Sunset Hill Shooting Range and Mount Airy happens to be 10 minutes from there. We had great meals from Guy Fieri's and Bistecca Il Mulino. I had room service at 3am and it was also delicious. Loved the suite so that my family could have a comfortable hkme base without having to sit on the casino floor all night long. We did gamble. I was unlucky but my Dad did well! I will absolutely stay here again and check out the spa the next time.

Loved staying here, however accommodations do not include and in room fridge or an option to have a microwave brought up so if you’re dining at their restaurants don’t have extra food left over.
Also it was Labor Day weekend and they were severely understaffed so much so that I tried from 1230 am to get room service and they cldnt provide until almost 3 am and we had to pick it up ourselves from the restaurant (guy fieries). They only offered a $30 credit when they shldve paid the entire bill that was disappointing!

Property condition is great. Main issue we had is food availability at night. The only food they have available is in one restaurant. We stopped to get nachos to take to the room because it was late. They said they could not serve nachos to go, you had to eat them there. We ended up getting something from room service that comes from the same restaurant, only to find out they were having trouble with the NFL game playing in the room. Main purpose of the trip was to watch the game in the room with snacks.

Great place with nice golf course. Don’t gamble but like to drink in Casino. The one thing I don’t like is smoking in the Casino!

Everything was neat and clean. Food was great and rooms were quite

Probably not coming back. Pool searing extremely uncomfortable and the casino now raised black Jack to $25/a hand. Slots although not a good bet to start with have become literally boring the pay so badly even on “big jackpots”.

Hotel, amenities and staff are wonderful
Pool was amazing
Food options were great
Only thing missing was a lounge/club for music and dancing

The pool was the best part of this stay. Easily the most beautiful pool I’ve ever swam in. Indoor/outdoor pool with a nearby bar. Casino was fun and enjoyable. All staff were kind and friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the thermostat easy to adjust and digital/modern. Free valet parking at main hotel entrance but you can also enter on the casino side. The food was hit or miss. We ate at Guy Fieri’s twice and I enjoyed that. The buffet was pretty good. The cafe was good once but not great the second time. Overall an amazing stay.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool was amazing. Buffet great, Italian restaurant excellent, Guy’s was poor/slow service. The Casino allows indoor smoking and it was terrible for non smokers. Airflow was poor and the place was thick with cig smoke. Sore throat and coughing as a result. Took the fun out of it. Need better filtration system.
