Staff was lovely and the propery was clean and well-furnished. However, they have changed to a "select" hotel. No coffee or breakfast (and no coffee in room), no ice machines, and only vending machines instead of the pantry most extended stay hotels offer. The WORST is that they no longer provide any kitchen utensils, dishes, or tools. You have to purchase them. And if you want clean towels in less than 7 days, you have to pay to exchange them!

Customer service was 5 stars . They took there time but was so helpful and respectful and tired to answer all my questions. I have only 2 complaints the 3 floor had an awful smell. The water pressure was not good but the ladies up front gave me the reason why due to a busted pipe. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

This was my second stay in the past 2 months and it won’t be the last! Very convenient and quiet area!

Very nice area, quiet, very convenient to all types of stores. Our room (2 bedroom) had way more space than we anticipated! They only had muffins and granola bars for breakfast and also no ice machine. Overall very nice and I’d recommend it!

When I first arrived I discovered there was no bathroom in the lobby. Once in the room it smelled clean but in the morning there were several roaches in the bathroom. I made the mistake of leaving my luggage on the floor so hopefully I did not take any roaches home with me. Both front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was also no ice maker in the hotel. There were ice trays in the freezer which I filled up at 9:00pm when I arrived and they were almost frozen when I left at 9 am. They provided instant oatmeal, muffins, coffee and tea for breakfast.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. However the ac unit did not work well at all. After night 2 of sweating and being unable to sleep i went to the front desk at 2am aaking to switch rooms. I was told to come back after 7am! I explained i am a travel OR nurse there for assignment and had to be at work at 0630 sp 7am wasnt an option. She stated she didnt know how to switch my room and id have to call the manager. The # on the managers card was the # to the front desk.....i was told the maintenance man looked at the unit and adjusted the intetnal thermometer. It cooled off maybe a couple degrees that day. Finally on my last day i was offered to switch rooms after calling the desk 3 times. Amanda at the front desk was amazing. Room 420 needs to have the ac unit replaced.

Destiny was our check in hostess and she was very pleasant and helpful. 👍 The hotel however, was sketchy at best. We rented a king suite and we ended up being in the basement which was the first floor. The room was spacious and comfortable but the breakfast was non existent. (No hot breakfast just a packaged muffin and a small granola bar. No coffee.🙁

This place was awful. The suite was filthy dirty- the floor hadn’t been mopped- maybe ever. My kids’ socks were black after walking around the room for just a few minutes. The door to the bedroom was off of the hinges so it didn’t close. No batteries in any of the remotes. No overhead lights or lamps in the living space so you couldn’t sit there after dark. The knob on the faucet fell off. The entire hotel smelled of weed. The staff person who checked us in was pleasant but she shared that there is no breakfast and that they falsely advertise. Even the hotel TV ad boasts a free breakfast just like home- that’s only if you eat a Nutrigrain bar and instant grits. We tried to get a cart to check out this morning and there were no staff members in sight. Most of the time they just put a sign up on the counter that they were out and the phone was off the hook. No one arrived until 6:30 today for check out and then they couldn’t print a receipt. I shared all of these complaints with the staff person and didn’t even get an “I’m sorry.” Do NOT choose this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint was I had to kill few bugs.

The staff was not accustomed to working with a business traveler. This hotel largely caters to unhoused families. The police were in the lobby on a call when I arrived. They assured me that it was safe to check in. My week's stay was not terrible, but the staff was rather curt with their communications and seemed more accustomed to shutting noisy people down than to being helpful and providing the little courtesies that make business travel more agreeable. When I asked to speak with a manager, I just got the run around. An Expedia rep called and asked for a manager and also got run around. The "grab and go" breakfast was packaged muffins, cheap granola bars, or instant oatmeal and coffee. That was all. No fruit, no bagels, no juice, no water, no anything else. There were lots of families with lots of kids and lots of dogs and lots of noise.

I did not get a chance to stay here as my reservation was canceled , the lobby was closed ,no one was there to speak with me left out in the cold with four young children try to find another room on a holiday weekend which took hours to find another one as hotels.com would not help locate another one.

The hallway smelled like weed and I had a headache. The people upstairs had children the were jumping. The people in the next room were loud until 4 in the morning and I could not sleep. Checked out at 6 am and complained to the front desk. I will not stay here again.

Beds were comfortable and while you can see some use in the appliances and tub they were clean and the room is spacious i would definitely stay again the front desk clerks were so sweet and friendly i really enjoyed my first night so we stayed a 2nd night come visit they're great here

Most hotels in the area are good and have good stuff, but this one is probably the worst. After time consuming check in, we entered the room where found dead ants in the bed. While in the kitchen area, I saw a cockroach scatter from the microwave. The bathroom was cramped. When checking for more possible bugs, can tell the place was not dusted in awhile.

No idea under construction. Hotel is dirty. To expensive. Disappointed

Lobby smelled of sewage, lobby elevator was severely damaged interior, dogs barking on all floors, security checkin was strenuous, many families congregating in the hallways, lights in room flickered, ceiling above shower leaked spectacularly, thought there were 2 showerheads, volume was loud,
Rooms were not clean, used towels in the bathrooms, and smelled strongly of aerosol spray.

The night staff was really nice and helpful. But I have never been called on my checkout morning an hour before checkout to tell me when checkout was. Just found that rude.

This hotel is a bit off the interstate, but not to far. The staff (concierge) was kind, courteous and helpful. She is the only reason this review is not completely unfavorable. An id had to be left in order to use the luggage trolley. We booked a very large suite with two bed rooms, and a full kitchen, but there were no utensils, pots, pans or coffee pot in the room. All of these had to be requested and an id left with the desk. Then we would have had to cart them to our room and back. It was far to inconvenient and we couldn’t even eat our restaurant leftovers or make coffee, not that was complimentary coffee in the room. There were dirty towels hanging in our bathroom and the beds we hard and lumpy. The floors were filthy leaving our feet black.
To top it off these was no hot breakfast. The only offerings were stale muffins, cereal bars and Luke warm, weak coffee. So, we had the added expense of another meal. We paid a premium price and all we received was a large, dirty room devoid of necessities. We will not book here again.

It was ok, but I think next time I would rather stay in a place that offers a continental breakfast.

This location looks pretty nice from the outside. But that is as far as I got with my "stay" at Extend Stay. Be careful about booking this location through a third party. They may take your money and leave you high and dry, as they did with me.
I had to make a last-minute change from a HORRIBLE hotel across town. No problem, I logged in to my app and found that there was a vacancy at Extended Stay. When I showed up, the doors were locked to the lobby. No worries, it was late when I switched hotels. I called using the hotel-provided phone outside the lobby door. An employee came out the door with his tablet and started to check me in. Instead of smooth, that transaction was miserable. I was told that my reservation did not come through in their system and that there were no vacancies even if I had booked it through Hotels.com. After 15 minutes of trying to get into my room and double checking the system, I ended up having to book another room at another hotel (The third time's the charm - the Residence Inn was an amazing stay with absolutely no problems, FWIW)
When I tried to get my money back they called me a no-show to Hotels.com. I received no refund. I ended up paying for three rooms from three different hotels in Columbia, but only got to use one room.
I am sure that this is a good hotel with good staff, but my experience was absolutely rotten, on top of an earlier rotten experience across town.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but properly needs to be updated. Properly is very dark and "smells". I expected at least a coffee maker in an extended stay. There was no coffee maker or dishes, utensils, etc. Properly seems to cater to month to month rentals where people bring their own supplies and "move in" rather than to travelers.

This property is way overpriced and needs a major facelift.....U couldn't get clean towels until they did laundry then u picked them up at the desk with your room number on a garbage bag at the end of the day, also breakfast was ridiculous a granola bar and coffee nothing else and if u were past 9am u didn't get anything!! There were many cracks in the walls, alot of rust in the bathtub drains just very trashy over all!!!!!

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE LAYOUT OF THE ROOM WAS GREAT AS WELL AND I ENJOYED MY TIME IN THE POOL.
I DIDNT LIKE THE PRICE TO EXTEND FOR ONE MORE NIGHT!

Not a spoon or a pan. Nothing to wipe my hands and no dish soap. Bathroom faucet was broken and there was a huge crack on the wall in the shower. Floor was dirty and lifting. Microwave was taken off the wall.

Check-in was good, friendly staff. Room was like an apartment, plenty of space and had everything you need. My daughter slept on the king bed, I took the sofa couch and we had a great nights sleep. It was clean, quiet, smelled good. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
