It was a wonderful stay! Staff was fantastic and the food was amazing! Our only frustration was people smoking near our open window. We are not used to cigarette smoke.

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in a very comfortable room and with friendly staff. Thank you. Only bemol was the lack of tennis courts as advertised on hotels.com. Local courts are available at 30€/hour.

Spent a weekend at Cazaudehore, visiting family in Le Vesinet. Enjoyed the hotel, even though the room and interior is a bit dated. The big disappointment was the restaurant where we had breakfast. First morning, the power was out. Accidents can happen to anyone, but the important thing is how these are handled and how they treat their guests in those situations.
Here, we came in to a dark restaurant, with one waiter and another guy running around. No one addressed us, explaining the situation or giving any sort of information. After 2-3 minutes, we just sat down at a table and started helping ourselves at the very limited and cold buffet, while the waitor continued to ignore us.
The 2nd day, the power was restored. However the waitor was still running around, now together with several others. The restaurant was 75% full but we were still left standing for 5 minutes, without anyone offerings us a table. After asking twice for a table, the 2nd time pointing to one specific, we were seated. But only to find a buffet where all warm dishes, juice bottles and cold cuts were empty. No one ever came to our table but we ended up walking to the waitors, who were running as headless chickens arond in the restaurant. ordering an omelett, some hot milk for the coffee etc.
All in all, it was totally clear that the restaurant operated without any sort of management. No one showing us to a table, no one coming to take orders, no removing used plates etc.

A lovely place in a great location; the walk through the forest to see views of Paris was really enjoyable. The family room was spacious & comfortable. However, the building could do with some refurbishment & repainting.

Useful stopover after long journey, staff super pleasant, rooms clean but tired. Breakfast OK but expensive, remote location but not far to Saint Germain for meal. No tennis courts on site as described!

I'm surprised this hotel is part of the Relais & Châteaux group.
The service at dinner was very poor, wrong wine, wrong desert, poor selection of cheese.
Lots of errors.
The breakfast selection was also very poor with a real lack of options including butter that was past it use by date.

Great restaurant, low wifi signal in the rooms, but the receptionist changed my room to get better connectivity.
Hotel is isolated in countryside, but very close to the military compound area.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location as I was attending a sports event organised with PSG Fc which is literally over the road. The room was very quiet but I found the one radiator left it a little cold, along with no double glazing. The staff were superb and the food in the restaurant was equally good. There are cheaper hotels in town and this hotel Comes at a price but the location was great for my needs and saved on taxi fares. If your looking for a high end hotel to stay in then I would recommend.

Lovely classic property very well decorated.

Receptionists seemed confused when we checked in. Loud leaky faucet throughout the night. Not a fresh smell in the rooms. Difficulty finding help checking out for a very early depart.

Beautifully situated in the forest -- amazingly quiet given there is major road work being done nearby -- did not hear it.

It was my first time staying in this hotel having passed it many times and hearing how expensive it was I never thought to stay in it, but I eventually did when I saw it was cheaper at this time than other local hotels. I had a great room, very well decorated and a door in my room which lead to an outdoor seating area with a table and chair. The room backed onto the surrounding forest so the environment was very calm and refreshing. The products provided in the bathroom were of high quality to match the decor, l'occitane, and a robe & slippers were provided as well as complimentary water. The mini bar is well stocked but there was no facility to make tea/coffee in my room. There was free wifi which is at times was a bit slow but still adequate. The hotel is not far from the town centre in a taxi but is a bit far on foot (maybe 30 mins) If it is a nice day you could have an enjoyable walk. The restaurant is moderately expensive but the food and service are very good. Breakfast is also very good with a great range of things to eat and exceptional service.

What a find! This is a lovely hotel nestled in woodland close to Paris. There is ample free parking which was exactly what we were looking. The room was beautifully furnished and as an added touch of luxury all the toiletries in the bathroom were from L'Occitane. The staff were all friendly and very helpfully. The crowning glory of this hotel was it's restaurant. It's quite a smart affair but the food was astounding and the service amazing! We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel and had the lovely surprise to be upgraded to a suite which meant our son slept in a separate room and we all got a great nights sleep!!
Great service, beautiful room would definitely recommend and will be returning next time we're in Saint Germain en Laye

Lovely setting in the forest around St. Germain - en -Laye. We dined in the restaurant (closed on Mondays) on arrival. Having been so often disappointed with dining in France I can honestly say that this exceptional meal in such a lovely room completely restored my confidence that, when it comes to eating, the French do it best! The sommelier clearly enjoyed helping with a difficult desert wine match. Our double-aspect room was a good size but otherwise typically French with big soft pillows and very soft mattress and blankets not duvets. The bathroom was big and well stocked although a shower curtain would have been a good idea. Breakfast was delicious with only good quality items and my omelette passed any chef's most stringent tests. Lovely hotel staff and waiters.

We stayed in the hotel for a friend's wedding nearby. The hotel itself is not too far from the station, 5 mins taxi ride. The pain is it is hard to get a taxi around, we ordered a taxi from the hotel to the wedding venue which is about 10 mins by driving, however there is no local taxi available, and the hotel has to order taxi for us from nearby city, so the taxi starting rate was 18 euros. Same for after the wedding, you want a taxi? They can only order it from Paris.....so beware and do order a taxi a day before.
