The hotel is less sound-proof and especially at night, I was bothered by the kite coming from the next room. Some children’s from the guests were running around and making big fuss at night.
4.0
Very good hotel and service, but the rooms are quite small and old
5.0
Divani palace was great. Close to all of the ancient archaeological sites. There were several good restaurants in the area. Away from the acropolis band around the was a fabulous bakery that served food and breakfast. On the same street was another good spot Sfika but our favorite was up towards the acropolis and take a left and it was Fratti. Good atmosphere and gracious hosts!

Excellent service in an excellent location

Great stay.

Great hotel very near to the acropolis. Amazing view from the rooftop terrace/bar and our balcony on 6th floor. Walking distance to restaurants
Lovely pool area too.
Would recommend.

A large hotel, with very personal service. The front desk was so accommodating. We got an upgrade to a fantastic room with two bathrooms. The upstairs bar was lovely for a nightcap with the Acropolis view. Would stay again, if in the mood for a large hotel. Terrific.

Wonderful stay in Athens in a great location and views of Acropolis
5.0
A quality, comfortable, well-managed hotel in an excellent location for a city visit.
There is no outstanding view from any of the rooms, but leave the front entrance and walk 100m to the left and there is the Acropolis in all its glory.
6.0
Rooms are ols and the view on acropole is oversold given the little view we had
8.0
This hotel is really nice but the rooms are a little dated specially the bathrooms. But worth being in the center of the city and close to the acropolis.
10.0
I liked the location of the property.

Room service was poor.
6.0
Great staff, but building needs a lot of maintenance, ac makes noise, toilet doesn't flush, sink doesn't work, water doesn't drain.

The upgrade was silly, and in general it’s not a 5 star hotel
8.0
The hotel is brilliantly located and has everything that is needed but some of the facilities need modernizing / refreshing. In particular, the area used for breakfast (which was pretty good) is dark and depressing as is the bar area.

Some not good in room services

Staff was very helpful, especially Michael and the other doorman. The website is true in its description. Be sure to eat an evening meal on the rooftop for a spectacular view of the Parthenon at night. Thanks, Michael for arranging transportation when needed. Perfect location, beautiful hotel!

Everything was very good, our 1st room was not good, but they charged the room was good.

Staff was amazing! Property itself was very dated. Definitely would not consider this a 5 star property. We didn’t even get turn down service. Again though, staff was the best part of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel! Located in great area near the Plaka! Has a pool!!

Under the impression there was airport transfer but there is not. Clean, close to ruins but pool is smaller than expected and need to walk through lobby to get it. When we went to the bar on top for drinks they put us in the bushes couldn’t see the acropolis and plants got stuck in my hair

This is a great hotel. And nearby everything. I wish I had stayed in Athens a day or two more. Good breakfast and extremely friendly staff and many dining options nearby in a great neighborhood.

We loved everything about this property !! All was perfect and would happily stay there again .

Our room was next to utility room and employees where making terrible noise was not able to rest.

Position is excellent being close to restaurants and sights. Special mention to Alex at Concierge. Great service and recommendations.

Property was very convenient to main tourist attractions, porters were very friendly.
Bar drinks were a little expensive.

We stayed for 4 nights. The location was perfect for us. Facility was very clean. The lobby area must have been updated because the rooms were very outdated compared to the lobby. I will have to say that the noise level from outside and near by rooms were loud and could easily be heard in our room. We were on the 5th floor with balcony. The restaurant was amazing and beautiful! The staff in the hotel I have mixed feelings about. The staff in the restaurant were AMAZING! If you want the view then this would be a great place.

Proximity to the Acropolis
8.0
Not quite what the pictures show. The room was nice but was expecting nicer. I paid for Acropolis view, you had to go out on the balcony and turn around to see it so don’t bother paying extra.

Very mediocre. Don’t know how it’s 5 stars. Good location … everything else was just ok.
10.0
I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. They were available for whatever I needed, and took care of any concerns right away.
I would have liked to see some recycling containers, which would have confirmed eco-friendliness of the property.

The staff was so amazing!!!

Overall great location and excellent breakfast. Thought we can relax with few drinks and relaxed dinner at the rooftop garden after a long day tours and hot summer but the restaurant was more formal and detached from the hotel. The views of Acropolis were great though!
