The staff here are helpful and nice. The pool area is great and the rooms are nice. This hotel is convenient to the airport and walkable to downtown San Jose.

Nice property with garden, pool, restaurant. Very short drive to local dining options and easy freeway access to the airport. Secure free parking just across the street 50 yards. Rooms are quaint with good beds and nice hardwood floors. However, poorly lit rooms are smaller than average, shower water pressure is astonishingly low despite water flow to the faucet - plumbing issue. Bath towels are old. Overall, good hotel, but these small details prevent from taking it up a notch. PS - Is non-refundable, so if your plans change, must be willing to take the hit.

Hotel Autentico was fine, The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was very noisy and I asked to be moved which was taken care of nicely. The hotel is a little dated and I didn’t enjoy my dinner in the restaurant. It was overpriced and not very good. Overall, the hotel was ok for the price.

While the rooms were generally comfortable, my only suggestion would be to add more pillows to enhance the bedroom's coziness. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently situated for exploring the area. However, the true gem of Autentico Hotel is its magical garden/restaurant. This enchanting space provided a serene escape, allowing me to unwind and indulge in the beauty of nature while savoring delectable dishes. Autentico Hotel is a haven for those seeking a perfect blend of comfort, authenticity, and charm. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a memorable and rejuvenating stay.

Property itself if very nice - fresh, light, airy, organized around a charming swimming pool; restaurants pleasant, food quite tasty and reliable. Only drawback - in the middle of a semi deserted area of abandoned apartment buildings, commercial buildings. Safe enough during the day - just slightly depressing and no place to walk

Hotel was nice and definitely offered good value for money. Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent from day to day, but good overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for drinks and transport. The location isn't ideal if you're on foot as the nearby roads are quite busy and don't always have traffic signals to allow for pedestrian crossing. That being said, Ubers were always around and inexpensive to get to the downtown centre. The hotel being slightly outside of downtown made it quiet, which was a plus.

Noisy in our room. Loud music as played around the pool area from mid afternoon until after 10pm could be heard in our room. People sitting around pool area could be heard late into the night. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The only 2 things is that the hotel is closed to the street som the people on the rooms 100 get the noise for the cars and buses And the breakfast es fine for the multiple food, but some like eggs or fried sweet plantain was very fatty But the other, is amazing

The staff here is delightful and so helpful. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom has some issues. Our toilet often doesn’t flush properly, the soap dispenser on the sink doesn’t work at all, and we only receive one hand towel for 2 people!! Someone came to fix the toilet but it just started again. We told the housekeeper about the soap dispenser but it’s still not working. We were surprised to once again find one hand towel!

Attentive staff… no staff shortage! Staff helpful and friendly! Breakfast very good! Noise in halls… doors slamming, kids running and screaming but we know that can’t always be controlled at all times. However, overall a comfortable stay and would stay here again!

Overall it is an okay hotel. A little bit dated. I did not like the bed and the pillows but that is a very personal choice. Staff was helpful and nice. There is a huge supermarket with3 minutes walk. Very convenient. Only was here for 2 nights.

This is really a solid hotel for the price. The staff is what stands out the most...they were great during my stay. Restaurant staff had a super positive attitude and were very friendly. The reception was very friendly and helpful. They are really what made the experience positive. It is a little bit noisy, and you can hear suitcases and luggage being hauled up and down the hallways. Other than that, it was great. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, room was clean, etc. I would easily stay here again.

The hotel contemporary feel was great and my waiter Olman was exceptional in the service he provided to me. The Receptionist Karlin put me the worst room of the hotel room 116 or 119 which was dark and noisey. On my complaining she changed my room. This is the third hotel i stayed in during my stay in San Jose whereupon had the same experience of been given the worst room - is this San Jose hotel policy for single black women to be placed in the worse rooms???

The front desk lady was really nice.. They didn’t have the room i booked for so they upgraded us to the Best room there.. absolutely loved it. Buffet breakfast was great as well.. close to downtown. Taxi and uber are very affordable and available at any time right outside the door. Friendly staffing.. loved the stay. Would definitely stay there again.
