The bed was squeaky, hotel is old needs to be remodeled, elevator was slow! Took way too long to open when it got to your floors kind of scary. Felt like I should be wearing my socks at all times in the room.

THE Breakfast at this hotel was terrible. The attitude of the staff was also very poor especially at the front desk and not helpful at all. They seemed to be very selfish and stingy as well with any request whatsoever .

Upon walking into our room, a cockroach fell from the ceiling in front of me. Then another insect was on the wall and another was flying around. We then moved to another room. No insects in sight, but the toilet was always running even after they fixed it. The room was bedraggled and worn looking.

Elevator stopped working had to take stairs with handicap person. Bed had stains on it . Room keys wouldn’t work . Only reason we came here because we had a power outage during a heat wave . One step away from a highway motel. Never again .

The Elevator and Air Condition were turned off, poor customer service, the rooms smelled like cigarettes and dirty rugs. The rooms and hallways were extremely hot, and stinky I will not recommend to anyone.

This hotel doesn’t even deserve a star. This was below my expectations. The bed very uncomfortable and noisy- you can tell the owners haven’t change their mattress for years. The blankets had stains on them. The bathroom curtains haven’t been washed. Breakfast is included but there is no variety and the people there just take everything to their rooms, leaving other guests with nothing, so there is not even a control over this- so yes a waste of money too and even false advertisement. I wished I had read the reviews before going to this place. I do not recommend it to anyone. I hope the owners take these reviews into consideration and invest in their hotel and stop stealing peoples money.

Sam at the front desk was so nice and pleasant! He made our stay feel very home! Any question i had about the area he helped me and gave me directions plus extra tips on do’s or dont’s! Sam thank u for taking good care of us “Castro” see u next summer!

The beds were clean . The hotel was quiet. The elevators were not working so we had to take stairs. Other than that the stay was very comfortable. We had booked 2 rooms for 7 people. The continental breakfast was included in the price and it was good

Overall, it was a decent basic room for the price. Liked how the front desk person explained the key card (since it didn’t have an arrow). He was pleasant and professional. Check-in was quick. Bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel is not “new”, some nice updates appeared to have been done to the room. Quiet room. Refrigerator wobbled badly with broken front leg/leaked water on floor which I suspect had been previously seen. A/C was Ok. Set at the lowest temp so couldn’t adjust lower.(heat wave at time). Laundry area was temporarily closed on the floor but ice machine was working in same area.

Hotel room was not clean. It was very dusty. There was hardly any breakfast available at 9:30am. Coffee was terrible. For a hotel in this condition it was not worth $150 per. Night Very disappointed. Will not ever stay here again.

It is a very convenient location depending of where you have to be. Needs more cleaning and newer towels. Carpets did not appear very clean. The breakfast menu was below average. There are people who do not eat pork. Having pork and eggs in the same container meant we could not take the eggs. The people on the front desk need to be trained in customer service. When we asked for towels in the morning we were told that we will have to wait and they have a lot of things to take care of before serving us. However in a few minutes later we were provided by towels. Had they spoken attentively to our needs in the first place it would have made a much better interaction.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for two days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was assigned had bugs and an unpleasant odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the receptionist was smoking weed near the main entrance, causing the lobby and elevator to be filled with the strong smell of marijuana. This was not only unprofessional but also extremely off-putting. Overall, my stay at Comfort Suites was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
