Very pleasantly surprised at how updated, cleverly designed out Ki g suite was for comfort and storage, and how fresh and vlean everything was. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small, but heated and clean swimmimg pool. Variety of breakfast choices at the free breakfast buffet. And licated within walking distance of restaurants and stores. I just forgot how nice Holiday Inn and Suites are. Great value.

Great place. The staff at the hotel are amazing, notably Ms. Hassina who was very pleasant and accommodated for my toddler during breakfast. Very close to the airport and right next to freeway.

I reserved the room with the option to pay once I got the property. 4 days before my actual check in date, the property attempted to charge my card. Thankfully I had my card locked so the charge was not approved. On the day of my check in, someone from the front desk called and basically threatened me that if I didn’t pay ahead of time, my reservation would be cancelled. I paid over the phone hours to me arriving. Once I did arrive, I was then advised that there would be a $100 incidentals charge. I was never advised of that prior to booking nor when I spoke to the rep over the phone that took my card payment. I advised the gentleman at the front desk that I was displeased with my overall experience and he pretty much said that I didn’t have to stay there since I was complaining. I’ll never stay there again. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel is average. We arrived around 10:30 and check in wasn't until 3:00. They would let us check in earlier for a fee of $20. We were tired from getting up early and so we paid the fee. It just makes me mad that the room is just sitting there but won't let us in early unless we paid the $20. Why?? It's just sitting there. I won't stay again for that reason. I'm sick and tired of being gouged at every turn!

First was at the State St 84 hotel and they eere amazing. Stored my luggage until checkin. Were going to try to get me am early check in at no cost cause i was from a cruise. Went to this place $20.00 for early check in. When i got my room which was a little early there was a terribe smell in my room. Tried to call the front desk with noanswer. Went down and told them about the smell. They said they would aend someone up. Waited for about 0 minutes but couldnt stay in the room. Told them i would go for a.walk for some fresh air. Came back and they said it was fine now. Went up there and rhey just sprayed some really strong smelling spray over the musty smell. Wrnt down again and had to.wait until someone would ome to.my room. He came and said he would move me ao i had to take my luggage back to the lobby and he said itnwould.be 20.minutes to an hour. I was already supposed to hace channged and left. Finaly got the new room with a strong smell of bleach. When i came.back later the bleach smell was almost.gone. when i went to bed i had an early wakeup so tried to call the front desk with no answer. Funally got through and asked for a wake.up call and they said they did nor offer that service. Even in the 70s i could get a wakeup call. Not a good experience

The highlight of my trip was an employee named Hacina, who works in the dining room. She was exceptional. She went above and beyond everyday to make sure all the guests were comfortable. On her days off she is greatly missed.

Elavators weren’t working and they sssigned us the 5th floor. We asked for a room on lower floor and told them we could not carry our bags up 5 flights of stairs. They called some one to carry our bags. I will ask for our bags to be carried down this morning

I enjoyed my stay with my family. Had an initial issue with trying to obtain an airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel but eventually got everything sorted. Mr Keller even made sure we got checked in early and he was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. 2 queen beds and a sofa, room had a microwave and mini fridge with a sink. The daily breakfast was good, decent options, pancakes instead of waffles. There’s coffee and tea available at all hours in the lobby. There is a really nice gym as well. Pool is a bit small but that didn’t matter much. Maids were nice, provided additional towels and cups when requested, without issue. They did not advise that their airport shuttle only left every hour and therefore we had to Uber to the airport but it’s not super far. Overall I’d stay again.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Not only was I not told about the large deposit for the room, I was also changed more than double my room cost on top of the deposit and room cost “on accident”. The first time I asked about it they told me it was “also a deposit” and then when I had Expedia reach out, they said it was an accidental charge. So I was out a lot of $ between the two charges right before I left for a cruise. No warning or apology and they just charged me. Had I not checked my bank account, I wouldn’t have ever known. Ridiculous

Location is ok. Staff was nice. There is a WAWA convenience store next door. Hotel was ok and would have been better but there were several cockroaches in our room and hairs in the shower and on bathroom floor. My husband told the front desk about bug problem and they said they would put in a ticket for it. We were too tired to switch hotels so just dealt with it. $385 for two nights is too much to spend to spend the night with roaches. Hotel looks good from outside and inside the room but looks were deceiving. Previous reviews said some people saw roaches and I should have listened. :(
