It’s a nice resort, very clean but the room is a bit outdated and very dark. Not much outside light. It does have a kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit which is convenient. The staff is very friendly, however the concierge lady is actually the timeshare salesperson. She will take up at least 20 min of your time at check in and call your room to try and sell the timeshare presentation even if you say you’re not interested. Its location is very quiet and peaceful. About 20 min from downtown Great local shops for shopping arts and crafts.

Weather was amazing. Staff was wonderful unit felt like home away from home. Location a bit far from the city but if you are looking to getaway this is the perfect place.

The hotel wasnt handicap friendly as there was no elevators. The bedroom had stains on the bed. The balcony lights didnt work. There was dead bugs behind the dresser.

The property was specious, but the carpet had a weird smell. We accidentally drop a headphone and I was called to pick it up. There are some small flies around the property and many of them inside the apartment.

It was great, for sure a 10/10 stay. The room had a kitchenette and a washer and dryer and I wasn’t expecting that so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the people were pleasant, 20 minutes to downtown gatlinburg

The grounds were simply stunning. The room was very well appointed, and a good value for the money. Upon check-in, it was clear that the concierge had one mission: set me up for a preview of their membership. She was an excellent sales person and representative, but I really just wanted a room for the night, not a timeshare sales pitch.

This is a great getaway with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. We enjoyed the pool and our 10 minute ride into Gatlinburg. Quiet surroundings and easy access to the Greenbrier entrance of the GSMNP.

Staff was kind and polite, room was clean, area was quiet and beautiful. I know there was at least one other family in a room across from us, but I didn’t hear anyone while in the room. It has more of a residential feel than a hotel feel. The bed was very comfortable and my daughter said the pull out sofa was pretty comfortable. If anything to suggest fixing: door lock at our room did have a slight issue with sticking and it could use some updating.

We came here to relax and were able to do that! We ended up not doing the indoor pool as there were a lot of families in there but enjoyed getting to play pool inside as it was much too rainy and cold for outside activities! Our place had everything we needed for relaxing and it was so quiet too!

Great quick weekend trip for our kids to see some snow. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, but close enough that we could get to and from within about 15 minutes. Clean rooms, nice staff, great amenities for the price! Will definitely be using this resort again.

It was nice because it has a full kitchen, washer and dryer right in the unit. It also had a nice porch off of the bedroom. They do try to get people to attend a meeting to talk about a time share. We did not attend.

Our room was fine but Hilton vacations talked is into a"90" minute talk which lasted over 2 hours and were promised Hilton points. Well we finally had to just leave because we had traveled a long way to attend a football game we didn't want to miss and never received out points!!

Loved the stay. We had two rooms. There were options to cook relax enjoy. The bedroom was cozy and away from the sitting area. Balcony was there as well. Property was large. Nearby from Gatlinburg downtown. Easy access to many facilities and Smoky Mountains.

Liked to stay within green right beside the golf course. Property was nice and clean, well maintained, very quite. Improvment i see to add complete utensils/set in kitchen. Would suugest to upgrade the dishwasher . Very noisy. Overall it was all good and would love to stay again.
