Absolutely garbage “hotel” I paid extra to have the suite so me and my girlfriend would have the jet jacuzzi tub in our room, it was absolutely filthy/stained as was the floor next to the tub, it’s understaffed it took 20 minutes just to find someone to get some fresh towels since they only supplied the room with 2 … not to mention the bed was horribly uncomfortable , the manager told me they would refund my two night stay (which was a lie) only refunded one of the nights. Overall terrible experience/customer service

When we checked in i used the restroom and had no issues when we came back from dinner their was no water, toilet wouldn't flush there was no shower Curtain.. I called to the front desk they said they would call Maintenance. But that never happened the tv didnt work as well i called 3 times that night with nothing. The next morning we were given another room to use to shower and stuff but did not get a discount or anything. Also they do not have a shuttle bus to take you to concerts like it was advertised

It was fine. Went with friends to Riff Fest 2024 for a one night stay. The worst part were the beds, they were EXCRUCIATING to sleep on. I'd have rather slept on the floor. Also there are lots of stray cats around the area, which is fine, they get fed & watered with the pizzeria next door. But we witnessed other concert-goers literally catnap one of them and take it with them when they left. The cat was freaking the F out.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Wont be back and wont ever recommend to anyone, better off sleeping in your car. Huge clumps of hair all over the hallways and dead bugs and garbage everywhere.

Awful! Dirty! Wires hanging, phone unplugged, food wrappers. Half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet. Gross!

I will be contacting Ted roof corporate due to the fact that front desk staff was not helpful, dirty hallways, tv didn’t work and front desk lady sent a “guest” of the hotel to our room to fix, even though she told us she would send a tech, he told us he’s not a tech but a guest that lives there and knows nothing about tvs(could have put us in danger), nightstands sticky and gross, and in one night stand there was a box of condoms and my jelly, fridge was iced over, floor dirty

The room was clean, but extremely outdated. Also, the walls needed redone because they were patched up everywhere. Rusty toilet paper holder in the walls, rusty fixtures.
