The room smelled of chemicals we had to open the windows to air it out. The carpet was soaking wet in several spots. The bathroom sink was cracked in several spots. The extra blanket when we pulled it out of closet was wet and smelled like whatever chemicals they used in room. We didn't ask to move rooms because the hotel was sold out.

Staff was very courteous. Quick to respond to our meeds of extra towels and pillows. Breakfast was delicious. The cook did a wonderful job of having warmers filled ,etc. Clean. Quiet. Near shopping amd restaurants

It was a great place to stay but it was packed and they could not keep up with the continental breakfast. There was no food some of the time and when there was food, the quality was poor!

Room was spacious. Impressed that our suite had two full bathrooms! There was a minor mildew issue in one of the bathrooms, but not too much. The dishwasher doesn't really fit the space it was given, but still seemed to function ok.

Everything thing was exceptional except for the room, It had a order to it bed was horrible shower turn on was messed up the windows were dirty. Not worth the money.

I was dissappointed to not receive a printed receipt upon check out. Reason given because a third party booked the Room. This left me feeling vulnerable which was not acceptable. Other than that, the stay was nice. Room was quiet and clean. Friendly staff.

We had a suite so my child could sleep in a bedroom while the rest of us stayed up a little later. The room was great. The sound-proofing in the walls was excellent. The pool was clean. Not all of the fitness equipment was working in the gym. The breakfast was great and had some different selections each morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to families.

We stayed for a total of 10 nights at the hotel. The first 3 nights were not so good as on our 1st night to check in after all day traveling there was no running water from 11pm to 3am. 2nd day at the complementary breakfast spread from 8am there were no more eggs. 3rd night the bathroom toilet water overflowed while we were showering and ran almost into the bedroom. Besides those first 3 nights. The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The parking lot felt safe and was well lit. The complimentary breakfast for the remaining trip was nice as the food was hot, fresh and sufficient for all guests. The convenience of the laundry room with a washer and several dryers was good. I also appreciated the availability of the computer room with a printer for guest use as I was able to print my prescriptions. Overall it was a good stay but there a few minor tweaks that can be made.

We were there for a family overnight. Hotel was very friendly, comfortable, roomy, pleasant. Breakfast was great. Only negatives, were the couch was well used, needed replaced. Beds were comfortable , so that is more important. Also, the hot tub has been removed from the pool area, which was disappointing. We had a great time though.

Staff was friendly and the property was cleanly. Our 1st night there was no water between 11pm to 3am which was an inconvenience as my family and I had just arrived from the airport after 11pm to begin our vacation. So we definitely wanted to use the restroom and enjoy a hot shower.

Our room was great, only a couple quirks…one TV remote didn’t work, no shampoo in one bathroom and couldn’t open the body gel in the other bathroom. Overall it was very nice, quite and friendly staff

Beautiful Hotel. Recently renovated and it showed as everything was very nice. The 2 room “suite” was beautiful and very very spacious. Perfect for what we wanted. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This was out 3rd year staying at Homewood Suites. The cleaning crew, front desk and breakfast lady were great. The only downside this year was our room was on the side facing the main highway so it got pretty loud while trying to sleep.

Reservation was for two adults and two children. There were only towels for two people. When we went to make the pull out bed there was no sheets. We had to make two trips downstairs to retrieve our supplies. We found a pill and a small bead on floor. None which belong to us. However, the front desk employee was AWESOME! He made our two trips downstairs calm and delightful. HE should get a raise!!!

Loved they had a 2 room suite. We were traveling as extended family for a wedding and wanted to stay together with Grandma, kids, and parents. Parking lot is small around hotel, all the handicap spaces were full as were most the regular ones. Hotel is set off in mall and retail area, so no real view or grounds in a see of asphalt and concrete. Fit the bill for our trip and was clean and comfortable.

The condition of the building is concerning. Updates need to be done to rooms and lobby areas. Our room smelled so bad. It smelled of old cigarettes and funk. It was only in our room where it smelled like that. I think that the room needs everything to be steamed cleaned. It smelled old and disgusting. It was so bad. The staff was friendly and did their best but the hotel needs serious updating.

Did not enjoy the ground floor room - was told it’s easier with pets but room was beside the courtyard and constant people just outside our window. Travelled with our dogs, but did not feel safe leaving them in room for any period of time. Lots of barking - rooms not sound proof. Very good location overall for shopping and convenience. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Our room was very spacious and clean. We reserved the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite and it was perfect for us. There was a nice kitchen. Breakfast was good. We would definitely reserve a room here again.
