The check-in was a little challenging. The desk had a small box of assorted keycards.The first two failed to function. It is extended stay, so they provide some cookware, deskware, glasses and utensils, upon request. The room is good as is the bathroom and shower. You need to provide everything except towels and toilet paper, toiletries are not included. The TV is small. They do not provide enough pillows (3) for the two person queen bed. The most disappointing item is the 'breakfast included' that they state is provided. It is not provided. Breakfast provided consists of a small cabinet that opens up. They provide two coffee urns (same black coffee) and one hot water urn, powdered cream, asst sugar and substitute.They provide 3 flavors of pre-pckgd oatmeal, 3 flavors of pre-wrapped granola bars and 2 or 3 pre-pckgd flavored muffins. Cups and napkins are provided, although there were no cups at 8:45. They refilled upon request. Breakfast closes at 9 AM. The 'breakfast' cabinet was not staffed, but stationed near the check-in desk. No tables/chairs available. Breakfast is 'to go' back to your room.

The location was great. The price, though high, was reasonable for the area. Coffee bar available 6-9.30am. The "grab and go" was not available for 4 days.."shipment had not come in, didn't know when". No ice machine. Was told that there were trays in frig (nope). The parking lot was to be redone the week of stay...total confusion. There were notices posted at entrance doors and elevator, but was not mentioned at check in, nor was vehicle info requested. The parking lot schedule changed, but notices were not updated (as far as which part closing, and vehicles to be moved). Windows only opened up about 3-4 inches, so hard to get fresh air.

The first room they gave me was not cleaned. Bed unmade and towels/washcloth on floor. The second room they gave me had a toilet that did not flush at all. Advertised breakfast on website, but only coffee available. Was told they were waiting for a truck to deliver breakfast foods.

Outdated. No glasses for beverages. My guest needed to show ID which they ran through electronic scanner database to make sure they weren’t a fugitive or previously banned from property. Two guests, one tiny bar of soap.

I paid for a Queen bed I'm sorry that was no Queen. Only had 3 pillows. 2 people four pillows Yes? When I checked out no one asked how was my stay. Breakfast consisted coffee with coffee Mate. No Half and half. For $200 I expect Breakfast.

I know it’s Late July so prices are higher but this was not a $225. Room. At best $150. Tv didn’t work any the fan which was the only switch for the light was so loud I couldn’t turn it on. Showered with the door open.
