At first glance, it was nice! We got a suite with a separate living area with a pull-out sofa for the teenager. When we unfolded it, we found dirty linens covered in crumbs and pink sprinkles. I went to the desk and asked for a set of sheets and changed them myself. The room was stocked with 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. We re-used the towels, but asked for more wash cloths and were graciously given 1 more. The next time we asked, we were told they had none available… We had trouble with our toilet flushing. My son went to the front desk, and was given a plunger. Really??? The entire stay, not ONE person came to service our room. I dont care if our bed is made up, but refreshing wash cloths and pulling the trash seems pretty important to me! By day 3, we had fruit flies…so I pulled the trash myself and sat it outside of the door when we left that morning. When we returned about 15 hours later, the trash was still there. I went to the front desk to get new liners for the waste baskets and pointed to the bags outside of our door (that was about 30 feet from the front desk and clearly visible to front desk staff and anyone else that approached the front desk. The employee did apologize and collect the trash from the door. He said we were scheduled for housekeeping the next day. Spoiler alert: they never came. Six days with zero housekeeping, a plunger, 2 wash cloths, and fruit flies. Never again. I understand hotels no longer provide daily service-but this was TOO MUCH.

Nice clean room. New bathroom sink and shower. Extra sink and countertop outside of bathroom was a great idea. Two people can get ready at the same time. Loved that new feature! Would definitely recommend.

Was on the third floor and at the elevator had a strong sewer or gas smell. The room was great and very clean. Breakfast was just okay.

Newly remodelled, a little ultra modern, ok breakfast. Coin washing on 2nd floor a nice touch, several restaurants on the plaza, just off I69 far north side. reasonable price

We stayed the night due to my father needing surgery at the nearby hospital. It was a quick stay but we enjoyed the property and the breakfast. My mother and I both forgot our toothbrushes, so it was very nice that the front desk was able to provide those for us.

The stay was great BUT the hotel description stated that it was pet friendly. Nowhere was it mentioned that there was a $25 cost associated with it. So disappointing. I will stay somewhere else where all costs are stated upfront during the booking.

Quite, comfortable, bed could use a little help! Pillows too soft! Staff could be a little more smiley. Charlie was awesome, always a big smile on his face always greeted me. You need to give him a raise….A Over all very pleased with accommodations.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed 2 days. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was friendly, very good breakfast choices and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Hallways were a little dim so I would recommend brighter lights but otherwise everything was very nice.

The folks in the room next door had a dog that barked early in the AM. Even heard the man yelling at the dog, so lost several hours sleep. Room wasn't cleaned or replenished with towels over the 4 nights we spent there. Asked the front desk for wash cloths and he said they didn't have any right now but would bring me some. They never did so I asked the cleaning lady for some. I won't be staying there again. Breakfast was just a so so, but manageable.

I liked the convenience, secure, parking, walkable to plenty of restaurants, right next-door, in the morning’s breakfast. What I did not like …. The bath towels were horrid, meaning holes in the towels, where you could stick your fingers through, the frayed edges of the towels, and for a white towel they were hardly close to being white. Personally, I would’ve not even washed an animal with what was presented in the room. That I would consider a total disgrace !

The room itself was nice. The fact that the toilet ran the whole time we were there was disturbing. Also, there were issues with the fire alarm. Which caused it to go off at 1:30 am and again 8 more times before noon.

We drove from Toronto to Fort Wayne it was a long trip and by the time we got here we were exhausted. The front desk staff was so polite and engaging. The lobby is really spacious and clean. We got up to our room and were amazed at how well kept it was, the bed looked neat and inviting. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we slept through the night with no issues.

The hotel was nice. Staff needs to be on the right page when it comes to Incidentals. Don’t say one thing, and I will be charged another. Other than that I would say not a bad hotel at all.
