Breakfast was not good but lobby is nice and staff were good. It’s very convenient to food and the Wonders Center.

Smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana, ac was off and window was left open so once we got into our room it was 90°, our room was so dirty hair everywhere, grease stains on the ceilings and walls, microwave handle was broken, cigarette burns in the sheets, floors were not moped, tub and shower were unkept, dryed urine on the outside of the toilet bowl, one of the staff yelled at me down the haul to ask if i was checking out or not. Parking was awful had multiple people parked in 2 spots instead of only one. Outside the hotel was covered in beer bottles and other trash.

Room was spacious, clean, and had A/C outlet close to bed for CPAP machine. check in clerk was friendly and addressed me like I had coming there for years. The cost was in line with in our budget. Overall a good experience.

Did not feel safe because of camper parked right by lot

Out of date. Beds too high for elderly. Pillows so old no stuffing left. Towels so old, stain and has holes in them. Little breakfast, no sugar free for diabetics. Location was convenient

Everything was great…room, staff, cleanliness, but the only thing I wish is that they offered HOT breakfast not just waffles and cereal.

Hotel was over all nasty. Room was dirty, sheets had cigarette burns in them. Although non smoking, room smelled of smoke. Would have decided to leave but no rooms avail at other hotels. Pictures on website are very deceiving. Would never stay at this hotel again

I was very disappointed in our stay and very thankful it was for one night only. The room was dirty, I'm not sure the last time it was cleaned! There was dried urine under the seat and around the outside bottom of the toilet. There was also dirt and hair on the floors. I did check the linens/bedding and they did seem clean. The only reason I did not ask for a new room is the the bed appeared clean and we arrived late after 16 hours of driving and we were leaving early the next day. When we parked there was a camper parked with it's door open, very scary and suspicious feeling and a dog ( I love dogs and we were traveling with ours). The next morning the dog was still there which makes me wonder if it's always there and if so it needed to be better fed. Thankfully the dog was not aggressive toward us or our dog, it just looked sad and hungry. I personally have no intention of ever staying there again & I will be back to the area as Dickson is where I grew up and my family still resides.

For a cheaper room, I was pleasantly surprised. The person that check this and was very nice and when I asked for towels for the pool, he was very quick into getting them for me. The bed was comfortable in the room was clean. It was a nice cheaper option instead of saying in Nashville we were on our way home from Branson and wanted to stop halfway through our drive.

Bathroom dirty

Desk clerk was very polite and friendly.

I went to my room and it looked like someone went through quickly to get the room ready. There was dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom and around the base of the toilet. The microwave had not been cleaned out. The inside top of the.microwave is covered in splatter. The freezer of the mini fridge looked like a coke burst in it and wasnt cleaned up. The shampoo bottles in the shower dont look like theyve been cleaned off. Theres old soap dried on it. There were toilet paper tubes under the toilet as well....the housekeeper said because the toilet is wobbly. Well so was the toilet seat. It was not screwed in tight. The table in the room was not cleaned off either. Hopefully the sheets are clean!! The person at the front desk offered to get housekeeping to the room and clean it. Well this guy came in and changed the pillow cases for w.e. reason and didnt even clean any thing else but the freezer. Grossest hotel room ive ever been in.

Sadly we thought id be better than it looks. We only stayed here cause we were traveling due to moving across the country. Ended up stopping at the mcd across the street n decided to stay here due to pet friendly and pet fee was small. Plus last minute booking. They seemed to overkilled on the perfume or spray used in the hotel to mask the moldiness smell or something cause it smells so strongly of perfume. Hard to breathe. We had to open the windows to let some of the smell out to be able to breathe better. Had simple breakfast but waffle mix mustve been old cause it tasted sour. Ended up just throwing it out. Since it was just a last minute night stay n affordable, we just stayed here but we would never stay again if we around here.

Excellent beds, slept excellent

I had two rooms. Both smelled like cigarettes even though it claimed to be non-smoking on the door. The hallway smelled like fish sticks and smoke. I think this motel is being used by a construction company. There were several work trucks and a lot of cigarette butts outside our window on the parking lot.

i had my do not disturb sign on the door and the day before checkout, the head housekeeper knocked on my door two different times, and even opened it, but i had the security latch on. I didnt appreciate that.

This property is very basic. It was clean. The staff was pleasant. The bed was super comfy. I asked for a better chair for my room as the chair was an office chair on wheels. They did look for one but there wasn’t anything else available other than a basic chair in the dining area which worked for me. The breakfast is minimal. The pool was great. The hotel worked for me because I was not in the room much as I was visiting friends in the area. I would stay there again.

Room could have been cleaner

Disappointed to say the least!! Corners cut to save money I understand but no relaxing comfortable chair in my room, worn out stained sheets on the bed and cigarette burn holes in the comforter on my bed! Thats just a blatant misuse of money in my opinion!! I am sorry but I will not be back!! Also the a/c spewed a horrible urine smell the whole time!! Ugh!!

Bathroom was clean. Walls had bodily stains and body hair on floor in bathroom.

My bed was a rock. No pillow top. The pillow cases had stains. Burn holes in the bedspread. Toilet wasn't bolted down so the whole fixture tipped. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Brown makeup or heaven forbid poop was on the bathroom light switch. Freezer was completely iced over. I complained about the tippy toilet after my first of 3 nights. They said they had no other rooms available. I told them they had the next day while I was at a convention to fix to tub and toilet. Came back to my room and the toilet was not fixed!! I said I would not stay my last night in the room with a tipping toilet. The front desk man made me show him how it tips. I did. He asked me what the problem with it was. I told him it tipped over anytime I moved. He said he didn't understand. So I told him I was going to be blunt. That when I take a crap, and need to learn to wipe, it nearly dumps me on the floor. They finally moved me into another room. I shouldn't have had to explain it like that. The second room had pillow top mattresses which made me even madder that I had spent 2 nights on a rock hard bed. The mirror in the second room was cracked across the whole lower 1/3 on the right side. I brought my bathing suit because there was a pool... But after seeing how they kept the rooms, I wouldn't set foot in the pool.

It was fine, nice pool

This was probably one of the worst stays we have had anywhere! The man at the front desk was polite however there were quite a few issues with the room and cleanliness. The moment we walked in there was a chair (a sitting chair) that was extremely dingy and dirty looking, I didn’t even want to sit in it. Proceeded to the bathroom, went to use a hand towel after washing my hands and it had multiple brown stains on the front AND back. It was bad enough that the toilet looked like it was going to give us splinters. I mean come on… toilet seats should not be THAT expensive to replace. Lastly when I got up to take a shower, the drain was extremely backed up and I was showering in a least an inch of two of water!!! Yuck!!! If every other somewhat decent looking hotel wasn’t “sold out”, I would have definitely found somewhere else to stay!!! Sorry but this was unacceptable!

Owners and employees are super nice and helpful comfortable bed no issue good place to stay for the price.

When I booked the room in comments I requested a room with a shower for a handicap person. Was told that when I book through another company doesn't mean I would get one.But even if you had showers with hand grips or even a shower stool would be helpful. 3 handicap rooms just isn't enough.

Homeless population was renting rooms by the week, Linens were rags, ac made grinding sound all night. Management said basically ( deal with it no other rooms available) heavy police presence do to homeless population, Expedia and Wyndham should not endorse this property.

Dirty linen. Floor dirty in bathroom. We will not stay there in the future.
