The property was well maintained and our room was very clean. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

This was the perfect hotel outside of Seattle that was quiet and close enough to the city. When you walk in the door it’s smells amazing. The service was excellent and the rooms are like new. If I’m ever in Seattle again I’d definitely go back.

Power went out to our room. The hall and outside was still lit. We received no communication from the only one person we observed on staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful from check in. Room was clean and easily accessed with my dog. There are good restaurants, grocery, pet needs, and drug store very close by. I highly recommend.

This place was what was expected from other reviews. Really pleased with size of the room and comfort of the main bed. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress and is not comfortable. The pool is quite small and cold, hot tub very hot. Towels provided by pool, good for kids. Very quiet apart from air conditioning, but this noise does not bother us and we slept ok. It was clean over all but bit dated. Would consider staying again if in area.

This property is quite new and we enjoyed the condition of the Hotel, the Lobby, the guest rooms, the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast!

We used to stay at this hotel and this time realize they did renovations for the rooms and kitchen etc.. It is clean and with everything we need for the stay. Free breakfast with lots of selections, and it would be great the breakfast hours can be extended til 10:00am, overall it is excellent staying experience with affordable pricing.

Intuitive highly attentive staff that CAN read my mind - as soon as you walk in - they take heavy suitcases out of your weary hands and check in takes MINUTES. If you have a yoghurt delivery - they will place it in the fridge and it will be crisp fresh when you come to lobby to pick it up. UTMOST respectful, caring, attentive, intelligent, bright, warm, polite staff. As a minority within minority (i belong to a very tiny group of immigrants in US and come from not very well known indigenous mountain tribe) I feel safe and equal in my consumer rights here at this property. I was abused at Comfort Inn next door but I feel safe and always welcome in Holiday Inn and I know I wont be treated with prison guard attitude, prejuide/ less favorably than others here. It even traumatizes me to see Comfort Inn from my hotel window (their reviews show numerous accounts of consumers who suffered at Comfort Inn and turned to other properties for better experience). I turned to Holiday Inn even though it was higher than my budget but i much rather pay higher cost for safety than give a penny or more to Comfort Inn which shares parking lot. I also hope that one day Holiday Inn expands and IHG acquires more land nearby and builds additional wonderful safe property for our community of low income/middle income tourists, including disabled and elderly, vulnerable people who may not be tourists but simply someone who is in challenging situation escaping violent cases at home.

Manager was friendly & made us laugh upon check in. Very clean rooms. Smelled good.
