We were there for 3 days. Housherping never came. We had to ask for fresh towels and soap. 3 times we had a clogged toilet for no good reason.

Great budget hotel. Clean, comfortable, affordable. Friendly front desk staff. Small authentic family run mexican restaurant downstairs. Have stayed at several places in the area and this is now our preferred for the price. They have a pool although we did not take advantage of it. Will stay again.

Absolutely great! We booked this last minute on the way to Joshua Tree and I can say that I am very impressed! Would stay here again. The front desk associate was fantastic. We checked in Friday around 9pm, so whoever was helping us was so welcoming and made us laugh. If you are looking for a place to stay near Joshua Tree for a great price I highly recommend!

The door doesn’t properly lock so that freaked me out. I had to put the ironing board against the door in case someone tried to open it during the night. Check out time was 11 am but room service opened my door without my permission at 10am which knocked down the ironing board on my air filter machine. How rude. I was disappointed with my stay. Also, no clothes hangers were found. The room’s tv was on when I first walked in. The cleaning service should be more on top of things. Also, one of the bath towels was stained very yellow. Yikes!

The pool was really dirty. My bathtub had stagnant water for hours. I was expecting a better place like in the pictures. And it has little animals in the bedroom. The restaurant was really good. The restaurant is cheaper and delicious. But the hotel needs more maintenance and cleaning.

Checking in was a bit rocky. We arrived and took all our bags in to find a sign on the desk saying out to lunch. We left and can back according to the sign, only to wait longer. Room was not clean and had glow sticks in the room from previous guests. I feel the rating is padded

When i checked in an hour after confirming on Exoedia. They had no reference. The staff refreshed a few times and the reservation came in. Only gave me one key and the elevator requires a key so when my wife went up i was stranded. Staff seemed confused but got me on the elevator. Why not a second key? 20 minutes later we wanted to use the pool. Staff dusappeared for an hour. No one at front desk. No way to reach them. Just a note. We checked 5 times in the hour and no one ever came. We needed towels to dry off and not wet the hallways. Oh well. We just wet the hallways back to the room. We banged. Yelled. Nothing. This was between 9pm and 10pm. Good facilities for the price clean. Restaurant is closed. Gym is a bike and treadmill. Chairs at pool were mostly broken so you could not sit in them. We just kicked back and laughed. Worst service in 8 days and 8 motels and 3 states on the road. We've some strange experiences of blind staff, zombie restaurant staff at attached restaurants. But never abandoned ship at the front desk.

The room was perfect; clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were just wonderful. I truly slept like a baby. The room was quiet, there were blackout curtains, and the AC worked just fine. The hotel is only 2 miles from the North entrance to Joshua Tree State park so it's a perfect location. In case you forgot to bring anything, there's a Stater Brothers right next door.

When we arrived at 8 pm at night, no one was at the front desk. There was a note - 'back at 9 pm.' One of our party was elderly, tired and hungry. The restaurant was closed. Did not see any vending machines. Then, only 2 of our 3 bookings could be found initially. We almost did not have a 3rd room! They said "It was a 3rd party booking," as if our 'confirmed' room by hotels.com might not be guaranteed. Finally, a 3rd room was found and offered an upgrade at same price. The rooms were comfortable and Oasis Inn is a good location for the North entrance to Joshua Tree National Monument.
