A bit loud. The people staying there seemed to not inderstand thatvother might be sleeping. Could hear a kid playing video games and talking to other players really loud in the next room, doors were either being slammed or closed roughly, and no matter what switch you used, it was the brightest bulb possible.

Front desk staff were not welcoming or kind
One never got up from her chair in the back to help answer questions. Another seemed to have been doing her hair in the other room. Had to ring the bell to checkout and she appeared with a plastic cap. And the last encounter was with a man who didn’t even greet me. Just looked at me like what do you want.

Good value for the price except the breakfast provided wasn’t much of anything.

We arrived at check in time and our room was not ready. There were several people waiting for rooms and the clerk said they were not ready. It was apparent that she was short staffed. Our bed was WAY too soft. The walls were paper thin and the people next door started talking loud enough to wake us up at 5am. They made this level of noise for several hours, making it unable for us to sleep. The front desk clerk was able to call someone in to clean rooms, but it was obvious that she was in a bind. She was understandably unpleasant at check in. I don't blame her, but you need to get a reliable cleaning staff. Also, the TV was broken, only showing a few distorted channels with a loud hum over the programming. Unusable.

Upon arrival, I was immediately told that I couldn’t bring my bicycle into my room. I asked then if there were bike racks or bike storage outside as an alternative. There were none. Desk person also offered no information about breakfast times or any other amenities (likely because there weren’t any). I was also given incorrect wifi info. Breakfast this morning was as minimal as I’ve ever seen, whether at a Days Inn or similar, plus they were out of coffee! Staff seemed far more concerned with patrolling exit doors than customer service.

The "free" breakfast was sad. Especially at the room rate that we paid.

Bathroom floor was covered in hair. No one to clean it, so they gave us a vacuum to clean it ourselves. Housekeeping never checked to take out our trash or give us clean towels or toilet paper. (We were there for 5 days). We put a pizza box outside our door and it stayed there for 2 days! Had a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee. We asked housekeeping and the manager for towels and a blanket one morning and never got either of them. Later in the day, we were told that they didn't have any blankets. We had a sleeper sofa in our room, but no blankets evidently. I'm sure that Wyndham would not be happy with this property. We think the people who work there also live there. There is a big sign that says no pets, but there was a large dog sitting on the sofa in the lobby. The employees are not friendly or accommodating. We won't stay there again.

The hotel was old and run down. Difficult to find. Stains on rug and torn bedding. No breakfast to speak of. Basically coffee and pop tarts.

It was fine for a single night. I got a room with no amenities in the room but it was very clean. Small shower head but the water was hot. I liked the location and check in and out was easy. You pay more for a fridge or microwave room. The only negative was you could hear when everyone left their room as the door slamming was very loud.

First of all, the pictures did not match at all the room we had. We arrived there and the tenant was high af, probably on wax because it was smelling bad.
Then, we took possession of our room and it was bad, like really bad. Not so clean sheets, crooked carpet and walls, no fridge, a poor condition toilet and shower, I think you can get the picture.
The most ridiculous part in all of this is that we paid for breakfasts and no matter at what time we arrived to eat, THERE WAS NO FOOD AT ALL. Just some snacks that were really basic and coffee.
The WIFI was not working, the floors were dirty everywhere, the elevator did not work very well.
There was no room maintenance, not even after 2 days. No Kleenexes even… Wall plugs were really badly located.
Honestly, I certainly won’t be back and demand a full refund.

No refrigerator in the room. No working ice machines. Left the room early morning to return that evening and found beds not made and used towels untouched. STAY AWAY!

Renting a room for 4 adults and only having 2 towels in the room... asked for additional towels numerous times and told they didn't have any... the tub was filthy and the sink wouldn't drain. For a non smoking and no pets hotel, the smell of Marijuana throughout the place and dog's sleeping on the couch in the lobby was not what we expected

Stayed for 10 days. Housekeeping did not come to room once our entire stay. Asked for fresh towels on multiple occasions and never got them. Wound up having to go buy our own towels. Floor in the bathroom was caked in dirt in areas like room hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. Would’ve stayed elsewhere if I was able to afford booking a second hotel. Still so upset I haven’t reached out to corporate. Do not plan on using that hotel ever again.

A very clean and comfortable hotel at a great price. One small thing -- there was no drinking glass (not even a plastic cup) in the room.

The place was noisy and our tv had 2 stations that worked. Kim at the front desk could care less when we voiced our concerns.

The property overall was dirty. Not enough cloths and towels for us during the stay. The didn’t work properly. The phone service no one ever picked up the phone. The continental breakfast was terrible. Coffee service stunk, warm water etc…. After that stay I definitely earn some money back. That was one of my worst stays at a hotel in my life.

Property hidden in the area. Even our GPS gave difficulty finding the Inn. My wife had to go to the desk to get two paper cups for room. Then, we needed someone to show how to work the cable tv. Very poor….

Absoutley terrible. Key didnt work, back to the desk. Room at a bare matress no sheets no pillows. Back to the desk. New room, tv didnt work- back to the desk and was told tvs arent working properly sorry. Back to my room to sit in silence all night. Contacted management was told oh sorry we will look into these issues have a great day. Place is run like a frat house.

Not very friendly, wanted another pillow, they refused. They have a limit of 3 pillows per room . Pillows were very small. Rude at front desk, no amenities in the room at all, no bathroom toiletries just towels and toilet paper. I could go on, we canceled our 2nd night. Would never go back.

The girl who checked me in had no personality looked unprofessional in sweatshirt and jeans didn’t talk about breakfast times, for the first time ever we had no refrigerator in our room, it was old and needed updating very badly

There was no refrigerator you had to go downstairs to get ice. There was no water in the coffee maker downstairs for breakfast. There was several damaged areas of drywall in the room that were patched and not repainted and both the sink and the shower had drainage issues.

It’s as if, at every decision point, management of this hotel said to themselves “what is the cheapest possible option I can get away with?”
Room has a broken dorm room style table and cabinet, shower couldn’t fully close valve from tub to shower, tv made loud buzzing noise on half of the channels, curtains couldn’t fully close. Advertised pool looked like it’s been closed for a long time. Breakfast was granola bars, pop tarts, and a vending machine. No working ice machine. Overall property seemed very dirty. Stay away.

Hotel is hidden behind a truck stop. Big sign on front door and desk said NO PETS, but there was a dog laying on the couch in the lobby. Dog belonged to friend or family member of the front desk clerk and was there for several hours ech night of our stay. Room was tiny, toilet seat in bathroom was broken. Asked for extra pillows and were told they didn't have any more. No fridges, coffe makers, pens, papers, drink ware in rooms. Rooms do have ice buckets, without liners, but no working ice machine on property. Website says free breakfast, but they only have a small coffee maker and a small selection of granola bars, pop tarts, and cheese cracker snack packs available. The gas station on the corner has a wider selection of fresher food. Pool looks like it has been closed for months. With no amenities, broken facilities, and unhelpful / dismissive staff, I would say this was the worst property I have ever stayed at.

Not as pictured, this should be considered a motel not a hotel. And the nice picture of the pool listed on the website was covered, weeds everywhere and no place to even sit. What food was left in snack machine was outdated. And a Kurieg coffee for "contenential breakfast" that turned out to be "lite snacks". Not worth the money, even for a quick stop over.

This was the first time I actually felt unsafe traveling alone.
I checked in late at night and thought maybe it would be ok if I just hid in the room till morning. Then, I saw the crap around the toilet bowl and knew I couldn't stay. I was in and out of the room in less than 20 minutes but there was not even a partial refund for my 2 night stay. DON"T DO IT!!

To say this hotel was out dated is being generous. It advertises a pool of which was shut down and not accessible. The "continental" breakfast consisted of store bought pop tarts and fruit cereal bars. Our 2nd morning there, NOTHING was left out at approximately 8:40.
The hotel hallways and main common area were below satisfaction. One incident that i found to be odd was the youg employee working the desk seemed to have her family members there with her during her shift, along with a dog. Yes, just sitting in the common area for hours.
Also, we were a family of three and simply asked for 1 more towel and washcloth on Saturday morning and the male staff member refused to give to us. There was a set of 2 in the room. So upon discussion, i had to bring down a dirty washcloth and towel in order to receive more.
The elevator definitely needs some attention.

We stayed here for a quick stop-over driving from New Jersey to Maine. It was fine for the night as we arrived around 10pm and left by 7am. The staff was pleasant when we arrived to check-in, just a little delayed while they were cashing out. The room was base clean but pretty old and run down. It would certainly benefit from some repairs. The breakfast the next morning was very minimal. It felt very much like a quick stop for travelers but I'm not sure I'd stay for a few days.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The TV had very few working channels. The breakfast was coffee, no juice no milk. Food was just limited snack bars. The woman behind the counter was not friendly. When told about the TV he didn't know believed it might be satellite. The pool was closed for two weeks. No ice available on the property.

The second room that was booked had dried blood on both sheets. Upon complaining to the receptionist, she got extremely nasty and essentially said it didn't matter, and that if the sheets were thrown out for every stain, they would have no sheets. Gross receptionist for a gross motel.

Desk help were preoccupied on the phone with people waiting to check in. Breakfast consisted only of snack bars and coffee.
