Very nice hotel close to the shore and a short walk from facilities and a drive from the harbour. Good access point for Seattle via ferry and Olympic Mountains

Pros: The views are wonderful. Every room has a balcony. It is also very peaceful. And each staff person was very polite, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated how hard working they all were. And appreciate the phone call the day I was checking in to get more detail for my arrival. I was also not so sure about how breakfast would work since you order your breakfast and it comes to you the next day. But once breakfast made it to me, it was really good and surprising for a hotel.
Cons: This place has not been maintained at all. The list is fairly large but things like no screens for the sliding glass doors, an unusable gazebo, doors that sometimes can’t open until several tries with the card, hole in the curtains, and a private beach that really can’t be used. This along with most rooms with no chairs and or tables available on the balconies and not even the one picnic table pictured near the beach area made this trip very disappointing.
I hope someone puts some time and effort into repairs as this could be ( and probably was) a cute little place. The 3 stars was for the view, staff, and the breakfast. And would be only reasons I would even think of returning.

Great breakfast options and close to everything in town

Beds were made, looking taken care of but sheets were not changed. I found it very disgusting.

It was great for the value, but they were in the middle of renovations so there were a lot of exposed wires and dirty carpets. They often got our breakfast order wrong or had things missing.

I didn't stay the night in question

Love the breakfast delivery

The only thing I really didn't like was in order for my daughter to come up to our room with us for a few minutes she would have had to show her i I D. We were there to visit her. She lives there, we are leaving in Georgia. She was not going to be there overnight

Pretty view of bay. Rooms old and smelly. Carpet filthy. Linens were clean but not soft.

This is an older hotel but they do their best to keep it spotless. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise- really good eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit and pastry brought to your room if you want - delightful! We will stay again!

Location was pretty. Breakfast (included) was good.

It was a wonderful place to meet halfway and visit my daughter

Staff was nice. For the complementary breakfast you have fill out a slip of your choices and they have it ready on a tray. With how run down the hotel is we didn’t dare have them prepare our food. The smell in this hotel is absolutely terrible. We can’t even describe it. The grounds were very unkept as well. I would never stay at this place again.

Room was fine, balcony view of lake, nice and clean. However it’s an older property, no elevators in second building (don’t know about main building) and 1st floor is Downstairs. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, or picked up but no sit down area in the motel itself. Food was fine.

Great find. Friendly staff. Spacious room. All the little things done well. Don’t be put off by the exterior. Ask for balcony room over Oyster Bay

It was a beautiful area. Nice place to stay.

The unit we had was the best that we have stayed in.

It's an older motel with some insignificant cosmetic issues, but the rooms are very clean. Also, they provide a genuine free full breakfast which can be delivered to your room. Basically a great stay and I'll stay again if I'm in the area.

We stayed here two nights. The beds were very comfy, and view fabulous. There were a couple of things we asked them to address, and they did so promptly and with genuine care about our experience. It is an older building so there were signs of wear on some of the furniture, but it was clean. I would stay again as a good deal in a good location, esp with such nice staff.

3 rooms in 24 hour period. First room looked like it was still under construction with fresh drywall patches and mismatched carpet patches. 2nd room leaked through ceiling at 5am when upstairs room started showering. 3rd room was best of the bunch in basement having to pass 5 broken washers and a hall where the staff takes their breaks. Room also didnt have toilet paper or remote control batteries. Seems like a place where homeless are put into the rooms to stay. Horrible experience.

It was a good trip. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Thank you.

The check in was not what was expected. Although the lady was polite asking me to come back 3 to 4 hours after check out to get my cash deposit back is not a realistic option. That person mentioned that the room needed to be cleaned and checked before getting it back. We had a lot of cleanliness issue when we arrived in the room.
First the stained carpet welcomed us not just by the door but everywhere in the room.
The bathroom had suspicious stained on the wall and mold trace on the bathroom.
The towels were also stained as well as the bed skirt and sheets, lamp shade .
The breakfast that was paper ordered and delivered to the room was also disappointing. Cold seran wrapped bagel, hard bacon .
Only good thing was the view and the little balcony.

The staff was very friendly, the property felt reasonably safe, and the room was clean. It is just a little worn, older furnishings, bedspreads, curtains. But the cost savings was worth it so I felt it was a fair deal. Dignified and cared for.

Visiting family and very much enjoyed this location and the chalet was wonderful.

Nice motel. Needs updating in all areas. Old but clean.

The housekeepers came in every day which was very nice. The view from our room was wonderful! Staff was great, and we had a very nice stay. :)

It was a decent place to stay but kind of old. The staff was very friendly

We like being on the water, hot breakfast ready for us, spacious room with fridge and good TV for Olympics. Hallway smelled. Yard outside was unkept and not very nice for hanging out near the water. We had hoped for a picnic table to have our dinner on next to the water.

Very nice place with self order breakfast, a nice touch

This was a great place to stay for the weekend for the price. It had a great water view, breakfast delivered to the room free of charge, and a solid comfortable and clean experience. It's also great that the entire hotel is non smoking.

You can’t beat the beautiful view from the balconies of this hotel. However, be prepared for a very long walk down 20 steep stairs to get to the dog walking area. There are also no elevators in the building that we were in. The hotel is rather run down and many of the important items in our room did not work (shower, door lock, etc) , as well as the room had not been cleaned. We also unfortunately had a very bad experience with an individual on a roof next door at the waste treatment plant screaming and threatening to kill people at 3am in the morning and lasted for about two hours before the police got there. Management said that was an unusual event.

Great time away to help watch the grandchildren and get plenty of rest at night 😀👍. Great service, loved the breakfast delivered to room. Eggs a little over cooked, but otherwise very good. Loved the balcony view of water.

I really liked Oyster Bay Inn. It was good value for money, with friendly staff and safe area. A lovely view of a lake, sailboats and oyster beds. You can walk down to the beach at the lake which is relaxing. Nice big room too.
Definitely prefer this small hotel and we even got a breakfast. I would return and recommend.

It's good value for the money but the property is definitely dated and due for upgrades.

Started with wanting to put us in a dingy basement room with no windows, we said no, then they said they had another room but we ended up in a apartment size room with a view, which was ok, no coffee in the room, not the cleanest..

Great view of the bay. Clean and quiet. Bathroom door looks worn. Barely warm water. Omongbout of bathroom sink, shower nice & hot.

A little noisy the first few nights . Then was quiet, nice and quiet,

We loved Oyster Bay Inn. It is an older facility that has been well cared for. Oyster Bay is a short walk across the back yard of the hotel. Just beautiful. The employees were friendly, professional and wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast as well.

I usually do not comment on furnishings but the sofa was high sided on one end that was just odd. Only place to sit was sofa and no table and chairs. Big highlight was the hot breakfast that you could have delivered or pickup. Refrigerator had separate freezer. We will stay here again as family close by.

Breakfast tasted like it was made over the weekend then reheated during the week. There was a man yelling profanities for a few hours from 2–4 am. It’s an older hotel, the view was the best part.
