Computer was glitching on check in and I had to swipe my credit card multiple times for the deposit. Checked my statements after and I was indeed charge 2 times deposit, due to this glitch.

Mattress was uneven so that when you slept you leaned to one side causing discomfort. Whe I explained this to the front desk attendant in the morning he simply said they would look at it but no reconciliation was offered if they discovered that it was a bad mattress.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were amazing. So was the shower. The TV was not plugged in, and the microwave had to be unplugged to plug in the TV. Once plugged in, it DID NOT WORK. Although the TV was not essential, it was part of the package that was paid for. No solution was offered for the 3 day stay. The breakfast was adequate, but a whole grain bread option would have been appreciated.

The hotel sell package with breakfast but the dinette area is so small that it can't accommodate the guest. More so there no one managing the dinner area to make sure we have enough stuff..other than that all is good.

It was walking distance to the waterfront which was nice, but overall the building looked run down and some doors didn’t work. You could not drive up to the front door as they had pylons there. There was no accessible entrance, every entrance had a step to get inside.

We stayed for one night. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was not as clean as I would like. The bedside tables were dusty and there was a hair in the bed. The breakfast was simple and good.We liked the early start time at 6:30 a.m. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.

We went to this property with a group of friends. Our overall experience of the stay was NOT at all pleasant. (1) The reception area was not welcoming (2) They gave lots of hassles to allow 2 additional guests joining us in terms of cost and process (3) air conditioner/fan in our room was not functioning and due to heat we could not sleep that night (4) they did not help with small needs for supplies, such as toothpaste, etc (5) they did not provide irons or ironing boards in the room. They have only 2 irons and one ironing board for the entire facility and we ended up borrowing them from each other which wasted a lot of our time (6) No system of gathering guests feedback and reporting them to the management and, therefore, no improvements are likely to happen for the guest complaints.

Had a lovely sleep here. Had to climb the stairs to second floor, and the hallways were hot and humid, but air conditioning worked in the room, so I'm happy. Continental breakfast is pretty solid (make-your-own-waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, some fruit, yogurt, pre-packaged boiled eggs..)

The room next to me had a guy screaming and crying that he was going to murder someone I have it on video and the hotel wouldn’t issue me a refund. Felt extremely unsafe couldn’t sleep all night. Will never stay at another super 8. Walls were paper thin could hear everything

Our room was comfortable. The desk clerk was very helpful. I love the Centennial Park in Sarnia, and this is close/walking distance. The best part of Super 8 is that I can stay there with my dog.

The room was clean, however the lock on my door did not work. The air conditioner was not functioning properly so during a heat wave it was uncomfortable for sleep. I spent two nights and my room was not made up nor did i get the fresh towels i requested. Checking in there was no one at the front desk, i had to go look for someone. I have stayed at this property before without issues. So i am quite surprised and disappointed.

Problems include our room was on the second floor and I walk with a cane = NOT GOOD I asked of ice in the room = NO ICE IN THE BUILDING yet there is a fridge in the room with a freezer section. All they need to do is get a few ice cube trays. No coffee maker in the room. We asked for one and got two?????????/ We will not be back to this place again
