The room was really dirty. Hair in the shower dirt on the floors. The sick didn’t drain and the bathroom door did not close. Housekeeping could not fix the issues because they were gone for the day. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the conversation next door perfectly.

Breakfast was great. My first night, other guests were running and noisy till 11:30 PM. I wished someone at front desk had asked them to be more considerate.

This day was fantastic in a very difficult situation due to evacuation of Hurricane Milton I was evacuated twice once for the initial storm and then secondly due to the mobile home park I live in evacuated us again due to no water or electric they were a lifesaver they gave me at least one day Of a cool place that electricity and water very clean everyone extremely nice and helpful it helps with all the stress thank you

The front desk staff were not friendly. They did not explain anything (breakfast, pool, etc.) until I asked. The entire building needs an upgrade. It wasnt as clean as other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at. There was hair on the biscuits at breakfast. The hotel staff i notified pretended not to speak English. I am a fan of the Holiday Inn Express brand but will not stay at this location again.

Unfortunately, our experience at the Hotel [Hotel Name] was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, they were unable to find our reservation, resulting in a long wait and a lot of frustration. We were eventually assigned a room designated for people with disabilities. While we understand the importance of these rooms, it was not what we had booked or what we needed. The room had an uncomfortable bathroom and the bed was low and uncomfortable. In addition, it was located in front of the hotel's cleaning room and next to one of the exits, resulting in constant noises of doors opening and closing throughout the night, early morning, and morning, preventing us from resting. I want to highlight that the girl at the front desk was very kind and she did everything she could to help us, but unfortunately, our overall stay was terrible.

We had to ask for towels, they got upset when asked, we told them in the AM when we were going out the dirty towels were in the bathroom, and if they could get those and bring clean ones they said MORE TOWELS!! That night when we got back the towels were still in bathtub we had also adjef gor a toll of yoilet paper and there was none. SO. We went downstairs and asked the VERY NICE AND HELPFUL gentleman if he could help us and he didn't have a problem at all. He also told us we were not the only ones with dirty towels...wouldn't stay hrre again

We stayed here twice before that’s why we went back. Breakfast was excellent room clean and bed comfortable. The only issue we had was the extra refrigerator in room made too much noise.

overpriced hotel, very old basic hotel, obviously it has not being renovated in years which does not justify the nightly rate of $285!!! not worth the price, but I guess everything is expensive in Sarasota...disappointing paying that much money for a holiday inn that looks more like a $39 motel.

The hotel was very outdated. There were two elevators. One didn’t work and the other got stuck multiple times during our one day stay. The room was wet with humidity and the bathroom fan was constantly on to try to mitigate the moisture. Even during the night the air conditioner was at 65 (we didn’t set it to that) to keep it cool yet we were wet. The tub drain was broken and curtain to the bath was discolored. The carpet had stains everywhere. My son was on the pull out couch and when we opened it it had food crumbs everywhere. The climate of the room agitated my husband and son’s asthma so bad we had to leave after one night.

Stayed for 2 nights in a Double Queen Room, Beds are comfortable however the Bathroom showers need an overhaul and tile on floor is kinda grungy.

It was terrible. The rooms were not clean. We came back from visiting family and found the room the same way we left it. No clean towels, no coffee supplies, bed was undone, and the bathroom un sanitized. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
