Had a really fabulous stay at L'Aigle des Neiges! Great hotel in a fantastic location. Unfortunately I broke my ankle skiing and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful - it definitely made an awful situation better! Special thanks to the bar/restaurant staff who made it possible for me to make it downstairs on my last night and to the hotel van driver who picked me up from the medical centre. The hotel also accommodated a late check out which was really appreciated. We will definitely be returning next year!

Stayed there for 5 nights while skiing in Val. The hotel is in excellent condition, very light and airy in the public areas, good service all around with friendly, chatty and very engaging staff. The bedrooms are spacious and light. Good shower pressure! The food is very good for both breakfast and dinner. Loved the pool. Only criticism is the pillows in the rooms need to be softer and larger. I found them uncomfortable after a day skiing. I haven't enjoyed a hotel stay this much for a long time and i do stay in hotels a lot.

Very good location close to the ski lifts and many good restaurants. Hotel was comfortable and staff was very helpful.

This is an excellent hotel and one of the best I have stayed in France for skiing. The food was of excellent quality and the staff could not have been more helpful. Nice apres ski ambiance too. Highly recommend.

Lovely room and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was how long it took to get our car when we were trying to leave.
4.6
Staff was great and servable. Clean hotel and waking distance to gondola.

Great location; super helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent service and attention to detail by the hotel staff. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel spa is great and guests get free access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel also has its own ski shop and ski rental store. Ski slopes are very close by.

Lovely convenient place to stay close to ski lifts with really efficient and friendly staff who gave us a great welcome and did everything to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We would definitely recommend L'Aigle to anyone looking for accommodation in Val d'Isere.

Wonderful stay at L’aigle des Neiges. Close to the slopes and the restaurants. Excellent staff and a special thanks to the team at the ski lockers , they are so helpful!
Minor comment: the snack service closes at 7 pm at bar and they should be serving a bit later or the kids.. and bigger variety of light snacks for those who are not too hungry.

Nice staff, poor restaurant, small but comfy room. great breakfast
4.6
Very friendly & helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Everything was perfect
4.6
The hotel is tight in the centre of town and minutes from the piste and Olympique and Solaise lifts. The staff are so helpful and booked all of our restaurants as well as recommending some new ones to us that were amazing. The breakfast is divine. So much choice and fresh waffles and pancakes every day. At turndown you get sweet treats on your pillow. It’s the perfect ski in ski out hotel!
4.6
Incredible hotel. The staff is so friendly and wish to make your stay as lovely as possible. They are so thoughtful- the front desk called to see if I wanted dinner delivered to my room upon arrival. The hotel has a private driver to take you around if needed, their is a ski/ snowboard shop in the basement if you need rentals.. the staff there is also very friendly , quick and efficient. You’re only a 2 minute walk to the mountains. The sauna and pool are great. Breakfast is very fresh and incredible food. Overall- I had an amazing stay and look forward to my next stay!!

I was upgraded to the superior room. It was really comfortable. It was almost big enough by for a young family!
4.6
Great location, very nice staff. Guest rooms are a bit below expectations though.

Definitely recommend it. The staff is amazing. I travel a lot and I can say this is one of the best staff and service I have ever seen. Everybody is friendly and go beyond in every single interaction. My Family and me had an amazing time. The hotel is walking distance from everything and ski in ski out. Thank you and congratulations

Great place and fantastic customer service !
4.6
Great service from staff in all departments- front of house, restaurants, bars and housekeeping plus super friendly staff in the ski room/hire shop. The restaurant staff were all very professional but also provided a personal service which made our stay more memorable. We look forward to our next visit!
4.6
Fantastic location literally seconds from the slopes. Brilliant staff both in the hotel and resident ski shop. Common areas are very modern compared to traditional ski lodges and it has the feel that a little love and attention is due especially in the rooms
4.6
Fantastic location and lovely staff! I’d love to return and stay longer!!
4.6
we had a large room which we did not expect. Staff was frienly and ready to help.
4.6
This was our first time as a family ski holiday and the hotel made it with the while as the staff were really helpfull and the location is perfect
4.6
perfect staff, very hospitable and nice . beautiful mix of modern, alpine , and french esthetic. Our room , apparently one of the last was very small, but it seems others were larger.
one drawback was no gym, but ski shop downstairs was excellent. Spa nice but a bit small for the christmas crowd.
would gladly return with hopes of larger room at lower rate by reserving in advance and not last minute
4.6
Our car would not start at the time of departure and the front desk staff went out of their way to get us back on the road. They were very friendly assured and efficient, making sure that we were able to maximise our time on the slopes.
4.6
Warm comfortable and cozy room. Gracious staff and a ski shop on the lower-level.
4.6
Nice hotel, great location - very very close to slopes and village. Bar and restaurants very good. Spa and pool lovely. Rooms ok (had a superior room). Ski shop in basement - guys really good and helpful and hire rates reasonable. They can also arrange lessons through independent instructors (strongly recommend Thierry) which was brilliant. All staff really helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel however get 'half board' if you can as eating in or out costs a fortune.

We have just returned from Val d`isere last week (April 09) and we had a lovely time. Fantastic ski resort.....all you could want. This was a great hotel......from arrival to departure the staff could not have done more. It was comfortable, relaxing, good breakfast and a fab bar atmosphere on an evening. We would definitely go back.
