There is no mini bar in the room but if you ask to reception, then they bring a kettle and tea sets.
Indoor Parking is free .

Faculties are good, clean and spacious. But limited restaurant around it. You have to travel to get to the city proper

2-3 star, not a 4 star hotel as advertised

Beautiful hotel. Minus the need to change the hallway carpets. Most staff were incredibly friendly, minus who I believe was the hotel manager. He was rude to other front desk staff and was kind of rude. Restaurant was great. Location is close to tram station and had good parking for cars.

Housekeeping were really friendly and did an amazing job. Luggage storage was great fornthe last day. Easily walkable to the local tram stop and to the local food shops.

Place was lovely and welcoming. Very nice food places around the hotel and transport to centre of Milan was easy.

Very old hotel

There was no tap beer at the bar, and no food at 9 in the evening. Not even peanuts. The curtains were broken and the location is really far away.
The breakfast was not great either.

Faucet wouldn’t drain. Bathroom vent fan didn’t work at all and filled with dust! Floor a bit sticky

Honestly, for the price, not bad but lots of things to improve. There was no table between the beds, and there was no coffee machine (first time I had seen this) the hotel was a little bit old and comfortable but average

We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect. We took the train to go to the city center. Breakfast was good too. Thank you!

Hotel and bedrooms very warm and stuffy
..had to sleep with the window. Even my wife opened it in the middle of the night and she's always cold!
Located on the outskirts, not alot of bars or restaurants around within walking distance though close to tram stops/buses

I’ve stayed many times at the Cosmo. It is convenient for me and the staff are excellent. Food including breakfast is good. Furnishings and carpets just a bit tired.

Reception and restaurant area nice but room was dirty in parts and wallpaper peeling. It is a long way out of town - 40 min walk to the Metro.

I understood there's a show in Milan this week. Great, they want to make more money.
The price of hotel is not even for a *** one. 194€, no breakfast?
Bed, furniture, cleanness, not the best. Shower water pressure, inexistent.
Air conditioning disconnects at night. Which at actual temperatures means, no sleeping.
4th floor vending machine, not working.
Went to the 3rd floor one. The chocolate bar I took was wet. The reason, some bottle or other may have broken inside the machine, the collection tray flooded.

The room was spacious, clean and staff was pleasant. There was an issue with their system, we went in to the room but electricity was not working, we were given another room and it worked, but when we came back from town there was no electricity again for few hours. Breakfast was nice except omelette.

Staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant was tasty and very convenient. Far from downtown and airport, but close to Monza!

Breakfast was good and had vegan options, staff was very friendly. The hotel is a bit old, so there are some things that don’t work properly. The first room we were given had a faulty bathtub drain and bathroom fan, so we had to switch rooms. However, staff was nice and quick to accommodate. Rooms were clean.
