Services were excellent and Rooms were wonderful.

Executive room was large. Grounds were beautiful. I had one of the best 50 min deep tissue massages for $30. Liquor prices were reasonable and chips at the casino were only 50 per cent.
They had fixed prices for taxis-which were beautiful new cars with professional drivers. $14 to the Argentina falls-$32 to Brazil.

Staff was super friendly, room was big and clean. Overall experience was great. Definitely would visit back!

Staff very friendly

The staff was very helpful in setting up the taxi as needed. There was no coffee maker in the room. In the morning we did not get hot water for shower.. Both my wife and me had to get cold shower since we had a flight to catch early. The power went out few times and took few minutes to come back once. Very very disappointed and would like to get a partial refund…

For a 5 star hotel the food was mediocre and the breakfast was below average

It is a beautiful and quiet hotel, with a great service, very good food. And its location is very convenient if you want to visit the Brazil’s side of the falls. We love it!!

Nice location. Attentive staff. Good spa.

Beautiful property and natural surroundings. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Although there is one main area, the choices and the staff are superb. There is another restaurant on the property, but we did not go there. Instead decided to go a restaurant in town called De La Punta (Or something like that), Which had the best food. Casino is very good as well. Not too small!

Great property and friendly staff. Breakfast has plenty of choices-
Only few miles from Igauzu fall on Argentina. Car service pick up from airport and drive to Brazil fall entrance was very low cost and very professional.
Casino on location was surprisingly big and with full of people. Good table game options.
Definitely a good choice to stay again!!!
Checkout process is not as fast as one would like. Must check bill for errors…

Property is unfortunately quite dated and in need of a facelift. The floor in my room had a huge unidentified stain on it and the carpet is past the point of replacement both in the room and hallways. They charge extra for services that are typically included for a resort hotel. They even tried to charge me for a lost plastic key, which seems completely over the top. The food was pretty terrible all around and due to the location, it is hard to go somewhere else. The spa was the best part about the place but I would not come back.

Decent hotel, very comfortable, got a room upgrade upon check in.
Superb pool and gardens, would stay again

Local is a little outside the town and it’s not safe to walk after dark but taxis are cheap. There is no Uber.
We had to change rooms as AC noise is deafening in some rooms in ground floor and we ended with a smaller room but without the terrace.
AC works intermittently
Staff are very nice, helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet is very extensive and the the food at Le Jardín restaurant is very good.
Nice wine menu and very reasonably priced.
No currency exchange on site but you can charge everything so not too inconvenient. You can charge taxis to your room and town taxis take credit card to return.
Gardens and pool top notch.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! The spa is simply wonderful, and I highly recommend Paola for a massage. The food is great, and the tango show is truly outstanding. The pool is warm and inviting, and the hotel itself is just so beautiful. The atmosphere is fantastic, and it's perfect for families with kids. The service is top-notch too!

Excellent hotel with Casino and Tango show, gym, indoor and outdoor pool, it really was a very nice place to stay. But its most relevant feature is its proximity to the National Park containing Igazu Falls.

If you are looking for an amazing place, with kind and helpful staff, to-die-for continental breakfast, convenient heated pool for children, and the list goes on and on. Truly a wonderful experience, I will be back to this beautiful hotel. Iguazu is a magical place, and this hotel was one of the best I have been to in my life, and I have been to many!

It was an old hotel with not being maintained properly. This is the best a 3.5 star hotel. The carpets in the hallway and rooms were very dirty.

So pleased I chose this hotel. Very high standards and not crowded. In fact on the Monday we had the whole place to ourselves fantastic. This is a club/hotel. It's an hour away from the falls where there are dozens of hotels in the rain forests however they are chain hotels near the falls but miles from anywhere so your effective locked in to eating the usual predictable homogenised hotel food. I much prefer to get out and get involved with what's local and to put my money into the local community rather than the big chains. We found three excellent restaurants within 500 meters Vernancio Parilla, El Quincho del Tio Querido and EMPORIO GOURMET. The bus station is only 20 minutes walk so get a bus to the falls and the Brazilian side dont wast your money on a guided tour its quicker easier and faster a lot cheaper to do it yourself.

Check in staff fails to tell us that we have 20% off on meals. No "independent" taxis, you have to ask staff to call their "arranged" taxis or your own taxis

Good sized property with a great restaurant on site. Within walking distance of the Puerto Iguazu. Pools were never crowded. Jetted tub. It was great!

Great hotel! Large rooms with good beds and a nice clean bathroom. The swimming pool, gym and spa are nice as well. I took a relaxing massage, very zen!
The service in restaurant is unbelievable slow but I think this is an Argentina thing.....
the front desk people are very gentle and polite. Thank you for this amazing stay!

Tango night quite expensive, but highly recommended.

We loved the hotel; the room was great and facilities were nice. We enjoyed their breakfast and we liked that they allowed us to check in early as we arrived around 9 am. However, the reception guy Martin was the only blemish in our lovely stay. He was misleading with regards to information about services pricing. He informed us that the hotel provides roundtrip transportation to the falls for 190 pesos and we confirmed this price more than 3 times as it was a great deal. To our surprise upon checking out, they charged us 1600 pesos for the transportation!! Martin first acted as if he didn’t know what was going and then apologized for the mistake. When we insisted that we were not going to be responsible for his mistake, he called his manager and even denied the 190 pesos quote! Both my husband and I heard him and confirmed that price multiple times. The manager was nice and sympathetic but the problem was that Martin kept denying the whole thing and then stayed away from us as we argued with the manager, so there was not much she could do except to take half the price off. We appreciated her way of trying to find a solution even though it was still unacceptable to be misled and deceived by Martin. We didn’t want to keep arguing all day with them as we had to head to Brazil so we decided to just accept the manager’s solution. Everyone should be aware of inaccurate info provided by the front desk and must confirm everything in writing. Really shameful!

Had a great stay - got upgraded to a garden suite. Extremely spacious room. Very comfy bed. Great amenities provided and very efficient (and cheap!) laundry service. Location is great if you want to view both sides of the falls as it’s very close to the border. Travel agent and money exchange in hotel we’re both great and we arranged local trips with them when we got there. We were very happy with both the service and prices. Massive portions for lobby bar snacks and great steak in La Terraza restaurant - again, all very reasonably priced (especially for a 5* hotel). Beautiful outdoor pool area too.
My only negative is skip the in-house tango show. It was a disappointment.
Overall, I’d highly recommend a stay here.

The main restaurant is not available to people staying in the hotel unless they want to do the entire tango package. We had to go off site to get a dinner.

Amazing. Fabulous view. Fabulous cabin. Great service.
Great grounds.

Lovely, relaxing place to stay. Helpful staff despite limited English. Food was good as was the Spa treatment and other facilities. Bedroom was wonderful; they treated us very well. Clean, efficient, effective, warm and classy.
