Good stay in Niagara Falls. Friendly and helpful staff, close to the falls, cute hotel and beautifully decorated lobby and restaurant.
1.5
Be aware they charge $35 to park in THEIR lot. They will then charge you an additional $17.99 for water, coffee, and WiFi. They have no idea if any of it is used but will charge it as a standard fee. For the price of the room, those things should be included. Nice place to stay, desk clerks amazing but the hidden “facility fee” will stop me from ever coming back

Easy check-in and great on-site restaurant for dinner/breakfast

Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet for so close to the Falls and pleasant people at the desk and in the restaurant.
I'd stay there again.

Everything was wonderful. Loved the rustic/home feeling.

My husband & I have stayed at this hotel before with family. Not sure if we used the pool then. The service was good at the front desk & cleaning service. They have luggage carts which are helpful.

I have stayed here many times before. The Flour Mill Restaurant is superb and the staff are excellent. My beef is with the extra charges....50.00 for my 6.5 lb dog and parking of 35.00. Where else am I gonna park so I have to pay the fee or find somewhere else to park - really? Then a $250.00 deposit for pet damages (which I get back). I get it that sometimes dogs wreck hotel rooms however at the same time so do people (I used to work as a chambermaid years ago so I saw it first hand). It was not the pet that destroyed the rooms, it was the people. However overall I love this place and it is among my top choices to stay in Niagara Falls.

Great hotel, service is always top rate. Perfectly located for casinos, concerts or to just tour the falls and Clifton Hill

A nice place, but it’s really time for an upgrade of the card key system for the room doors. The cards demagnetize very easily, resulting in guests constantly being locked out of their rooms and having to go back to the front desk for replacement card keys. The front desk denies that there’s any general issue with the card keys, but quick chats with other guests suggest that the problem is a common one. For a guest, it’s a very frustrating experience, especially given the amount spent on a room.

Great place to stay

This is one of the most underrated hotels in Niagara. It’s a very quaint and charming hotel. We’d definitely come back again.

No refrigerator in the room and the air conditioner is too noisy

Front desk staff were not polite.
I was not told there was a $17.99 charge every night for facility fee!
This was not mentioned in nightly rate.
Very disappointed! Dissatisfied!
Will never stay there again!

Dear Old Inn Boutique hotel.
My spouse and I had a disappointing experience at your hotel on September 7th 2024, in room 133 which was not up to expectations in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. To make matters worse, the hot water stopped working the following day, and our attempt to report the issue to the front desk was met with discourteous responses from both the attendant and maintenance staff. We were left with no choice but to bring the issue to the attention of the manager on duty before checking out without showering. Based on our experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend your hotel to anyone, it was a disappointment and deserved a rating of zero.

I would say front desk cold and indifferent. No greeting. They had no interest on any needs we might have, no concern on how our stay was going. We chose to stay there but could have stayed somewhere else. Show some appreciation for your guests. By the way, whatever you’re doing to the outside of your hotel is hideous.

Funny story - we arrived early and our room wasn't ready so we asked if we could hang out by the pool. Traveling by motorcycle, we had our backpacks with us and fell asleep on the lounge chairs. We were awakened by a maintenance man suspected us of being interlopers. We showed him our reservation and all was forgiven. We were happy to know that security was tight and that there was someone there to keep an eye on everything. Thanks

overall the property was okay.....I was upset that they advertise having cable but only had a snowy analog TV. It was raining outside which made the experience worse.

Very nice and quaint, property was well kept, pricing for dog fee $55, wow, parking fee $40/day, both seem excessive, including a $20 facility fee daily. Buyer beware
Otherwise was a clean and quiet hotel, with nice pool, found restaurant $$$$

Room was dirty, sink was clogged.

Cute hotel, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, this was our second time staying where we had no hot water when showering in the morning.

Didnt like paying for parking. Didnt like not having free breakfast. Didn't like not getting to sit in main dinning area at restaurant. Food was great but too costly.

We enjoyed our visit! Room was clean and everything was walkable!!

Last year it was fantastic, this year it sadly disappointed. I had to go down every time I wanted access to the room due to 5 different keys not working. The door got stuck underneath so we had to push every time, hot water ran out while showering the girls, and the AC was… meh.
Good thing is the new marketplace, overpriced but that’s how things run in the region.
Not having a microwave in the room is still annoying.

I arrived and wasn’t helped for about 25 minutes. There was a pet fee and parking fee that I had no idea about until I arrived. The room’s tv also did not work. Cute place, but after traveling for 10 hours and looking for an easy night of rest before traveling again, I do not recommend this place.

The entrance lobby of the hotel and the restaurant/wine bar are fantastic, but it does not transfer to the rooms. Ours was dirty, and the tv was old and had so much static you couldn’t watch it. There was stuff all over the curtains and on the walls and mold all around the window. The entire room looked like it needed a massive deep clean, and the staff during the day just looked like they didn’t want to be there (but the gentleman checking us in at night was very nice). For what we paid, we’re incredibly disappointed in the room and amenities.

We booked last minute due to a family emergency. Paid for a king room with a fireplace, were checked into a room with two queens and some serious motel 6 energy.
When we called the front desk to ask for the queen the concierge was surprised we asked for a king and I explained we just wanted what we paid for, he wasn’t sure if there was a king room but he found one.
We were charged about $70 more than what the website said (were expecting less than that, but were aware of the city tax and parking). Concierge was possibly high and furniture had stains.

The staff were not very friendly. They seemed bored with everything around them and I didnt see a single staff member smile or offer a friendly greeting to anyone when we waited to check in. The next morning when we checked out we were not asked how our stay was. Just an "ok. The charges will go on your card." The room we got was overlooking the indoor pool , which was a little strange. So we had to keep the blinds shut the entire time. The upside was that the room itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall: I would stay here again for the comfortable room, but not the service/staff. I hope they were just having an off day. As of August 2024 the parking fee was $35 an $18 hotel fee.

My family and our pet had a great stay. It would make our trip even better if the pool could be opened at 7am.

A/C worked intermittently. Hotel is out dated and is in the verge of going out of business.

Beautiful decor, lots of photo ops. Rooms are basic. But if you're just sleeping there who cares. Bed was cozy. Clean. We liked it. Good value
