Hotel needs to be updated and it smells overall if you need a place to sleep for a night it’s ok
3.2
Spent one night. Paid for two queen beds, but was given a room with two full beds. The very nice desk clerk insisted they were queens and I didn’t see the point in arguing without a tape measure but as a couple who sleeps in a queen bed at home, these beds were definitely full/doubles. The hotel was very noisy throughout the night in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Our door was filthy and hard to open. Would not stay in an Extended Stay again unless I really needed the kitchen.
3.2
We booked a with two queen beds (which we paid for) and we got a full size beds. When we asked about the rooms the rude women at the front desk stated “your lucky you got that we are over booked”. The room was not so clean the hallways stunk like weed. All employees at the front desk are less then helpful and RUDE AS HELL .
3.2
Kitchenette with no kitchen items
Very disappointing

I went home after 5 years of not seeing my family to be greeted in a hotel that was horrific. Non smoking facility, our room smelled like a stale ashtray. The smell of Marijuana reaking the halls and rooms was awful. The furniture was chewed by previous animals. I complained? They wrote it in a book. End of story. My 3 year old grandson was subjected to this. My husband whos asthmatic lived on his nebulizer while we were in room. The area where to walk your digs and deposit the dog trash was filled and over loaded with beer cans. People are actually living there through state voucher. This is not a recommended place for a family.
3.2
This hotel was very old and tired. There are no amenities you even have to go to the front desk and ask for a bar of soap with which to wash your hair. Breakfast is prepackaged muffins and Nutri-Grain bars. It was very disappointing.
3.2
Great location quiet area
3.2
Door locks did not work
Tub did not work
Breakfast was just snack
3.2
It was an extended stay hotel - a previous occupant had a cat. Strong cat urine odor and they didn’t have another room to move us to.
3.2
Its cheap. Its a low rent apartment. Many neighbors are being subsidized in some way or eaking by. But everyone is pleasant. Place is calm and quiet. Some staff and neighbors are lovely. There is often no breakfast. When there is, it’s small muffins instant oatmeal, granola bars and surprisingly decent coffee. Kitchen works but they only had about half of the promised cookware. Wheelchair accessible room was quite spacious. Roll in shower was terrific.
Overall. It’s not luxurious by any stretch but it’s fascinating, cheap and not really unpleasant.
3.2
Half the lights didn't work and we found condom wrapper under the bed
3.2
I booked a queen got 2 small beds! Bathroom door couldn’t close due to kitchen counter being in the way. Glad I came with just my husband! Floor was beyond sticky. Tons of police activity going on, seemed like they were searching the place!
3.2
There were mushrooms growing in the hallway. Battery pack hanging out of exit sign. Patched ceiling in bathroom not painted.
3.2
it was clean ladies at desk were very nice
3.2
I will never stay there again. Dirty, damaged walls, and furniture, poor wi-fi, barking dogs, and pathetic breakfast offerings. There was no coffee the second morning. There was garbage in the hallways that wasn’t picked up for two days. The rear door was left ajar so no card was needed to get inside.
3.2
Poor Wifi, inconsiderate workers requiring re-training and professionalism. The rooms need an upgrade for the amount of money being asked. My rating is a (1).
3.2
Ad was different than what the real property looked like!!! Our room was a dump!!! Bugs, damaged refrigerator, dust everywhere, shower did not work properly!!! I will never stay here again and I will never book through Expedia ever again!!!
3.2
When I checked in counter tops and nightstand weren't wiped off. There were grease marks. But the biggest issue was the smell in the room It smelled like a dead rodent inside the room or the walls.
3.2
Could see the “god-knows-what” stains of the mattress through the single sheet they put on the bed under the comforter, bathroom and kitchen were dated and dirty, TV was barely functional (single strip of color in middle, black & white on sides, remote barely worked and was sticky), staff was clearly understaffed and underpaid (they were more worried about the schedule then checking us in), and was overall more of “rent-by-hour” hotel, if you catch my drift. Highly not suggested
3.2
Upon entering the room, we found sticky floors. The efficiency kitchen's garbage pail under the sink was filled with the garbage left from the previous occupant. The hotel entrance was a mess. The painted concrete is in deplorable shape. Badly in need of repainting. Staff can be found outside all day sunning themselves on beach chairs---which may account for the above. The girl at the front desk was nice, but there was no hot breakfast as we are used to in most places and as advertised on Expedia. Just thermos coffee and a packaged stale muffin or snack bar. No amenities like shampoo or lotion . No housekeeping service until you check out. We were there for a few days, but if there for a week it would be pretty bad. Nobody emptying the tiny wastebasket. Nobody changing the sheets or towels. If you should want dry towels you have to pick up the wet ones and hand deliver them to the front desk and request new towels. Seriously?!! Not cheap and very dissappointing.

Do you like the smell of rotting soup? Are you like- hey I wish I could feel like I was in a Tennessee Williams play where my character has no options and life is depressing? Do I have a place for you! I don't know what was the most charming part- the lack of working light fixtures, the smell everywhere (dear god the smell), the bullet proof glass upon entry, the half painted walls, the broken furniture, the misaligned windows, maybe it was the filth ring in the sink, the moth eaten curtains, or the fact that just about everything you have to order from the front desk- Not to mention the police have their own spot right at the front door.... all of it makes you go- huh, next time maybe I'll spring for the hotel that's $20 more for my own sanity. The ONLY redeeming thing I can say is the bed (minus the stained bedding that encouraged us to sleep on top of the made bed rather than risk going under the covers) was in fact extremely comfortable. Which is wild because the aircon only can blow across your feet all night because it is fixed to point at the ground. Also shout out to the extended stay across the street because that one is THE PLAZA compared to this one. If you long to have a halfway house experience- look no further. If you have family visiting that you hate- here you go. Otherwise... dear god, book ANYWHERE else unless you have a lack of smell lingering from long covid.

I reserved a room with a king. The desk clerk told me they did not king beds so they had to upgrade to an apartment at no extra cost. Upon entrance into apartment we noticed it was shabby. Taped together counter tops, outlets did not work. Some lights dod not work. No shampoo or other amenities. Clost doors and ra k missing. No coffeee pot. No restroom in lobby. Plus room did not look clean. Sticky floors and could see see wipe marks on furniture
3.2
The floor was pretty dirty, though the sheets were clean. Though when you got into bed, the dirt was on your feet & now your clean sheets are not clean anymore.
3.2
Hotel had dogs in it people living there smells really bad will not stay there again
3.2
Friendly staff, near shopping area. Nice and clean.
3.2
Room didnt have a microwave which was weird considering it had a kitchenette with a full size fridge. But it was nice anyway.
3.2
The promo was really cleaned. The problem was when the sink was turned on as well as the shower it was leaking. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Plenty sockets to charge your devices as well.
3.2
It was ok
3.2
The property was not as advertised. Turns out it was more of an extended homeless shelter. Further, our information was not even on the receipt. Shady, unsafe feeling and maybe some sort of scam. Please take this property off your site. Please check this property before a guest gets burned there.
3.2
Breakfast was advertised but not provided. Queen beds were advertised but only full size beds were provided.
3.2
staff could’ve been nicer at the entrance
3.2
I was not expecting a $100 deposit. I had no idea
3.2

100 dollar Deposit for a 2 star hotel is crazy
3.2
Dirt, don’t go.
3.2
It is a clean place with a friendly staff.
3.2
I was told we had only ice cubes in the freezer and there wasn’t any, this location does not ha an ice machine . What hotel didn’t have ice?? Ruined my night .
3.2
This place is renting to locals that live there. It looks to be it is subsidized by section 8. The caliber of people staying there I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and this will give hotels.com a bad name. Also I was there to attend a family funeral. I came back Saturday night from the funeral and the telephone rang. It was the front desk. This person was so rude to me and pretty much accused me of me bringing my dog in without telling them for a additional rate . When I booked the room I checked pet online and when I checked in my dog was with me at check in. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE
3.2
System was down we slept in the street they didnt let us in
3.2
The rooms need an upgrade, especially the lighting…
But it was ok, the room was clean….
