Front desk was very friendly. Room was small but very clean. Good water pressure in the shower. Best bang for your buck in Menomonie.

The night manager, John, was great to work with in resolving an issue with our room. He was attentive and focused. He came up with a solution and it worked well. His customer service made our stay more comfortable. Many thanks to you - John.

Everything was fine and very accommodating. We went to ride the Red Cedar bike trail and see the fall colors. There was a connecting trail right next to the hotel.

Motel staff do an excellent job, admirable under the circumstances. Room was way too cramped for 2 adults. A/C could only go down to 68; sometimes too warm for comfort in late summer. Motel 6 corporate customer service is TERRIBLE! We will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again, unless they really step up and change their business model.

Room was clean but ac vent smelled like mold when turned on. Overall, the stay was comfortable despite this one issue. I would still come back if coming thru Menomonie because of price, convenience, cleanliness and nice staff.

It was confusing to find… tucked away behind other motels. Refrigerator did not work and sink drained very slowly All staff was very kind and helpful ☺️

Supposedly non-smoking, but people had been clearly smoking in there. Hallway and room had an overwhelming odor. I won’t stay there again.

Needed a spot to sleep on our way to Michigan that was pet friendly. Nothing fancy but clean, friendly and convenient. Would stay again. The bathroom was actually quite large and updated with a corner shower/tub. Mini fridge, microwave and desk provided good storage too.

It’s nothing super fancy, but it was clean and the staff friendly. Motel is dog friendly so that was why I stayed. Parking is decent and on-site. Motel is close to the highway, but once inside, I couldn’t hear the traffic. Perfect for a quick stop to sleep and get back on the road.

The carpeting was pretty dirty, dusty with lots of crud in the corners and along the walls. The air conditioner was noisy and blew directly at the bed, I froze.

Place was clean and the staff were very nice. Great for a one night stay. Just a side note though...They don't allow the air conditioner to go below 68 degrees which is fine for me but absolute horror for my husband haha. It took him hours to cool down and get comfortable. For this reason alone we wont be able to stay here again which is simply an us problem not a Motel 6 problem.
