Finding a place to eat was difficult, not all restaurants are open, everything is outrageously expensive.

Went for a weekend outing with a party of 7 couples. We all loved Borgata for its luxury, ease of access and friendliness of the staff. There was lots to do around and we got lots of advice from the hotel staff on modes of transportation as well as recommendations on entertainment etc. The room itself was great with lots of space (sepate toilet) and good linen and towels. We absolutely loved having brunch at the Borgata Buffet as it had loads of delicious options and was value for money.

The front desk service was painfully slow and they were unable to locate the second room on my reservation. Hotels.com fixed the discrepancy for me, which was great. I was very disappointed to learn that only one restaurant at the casino was open after 10pm. There were few full breakfast options and the one we had was mediocre. The hotel rooms were large, great bathrooms - with an "executive" toilet, always the best. Very clean, comfy bed (pillows were sad), nice products in the shower, and big open view.

Stay well room after a day at the spa was wonderful. We loved the bed and the shower was great. Perfect for relaxing. Went as a couple.

When you arrive and use mobile check in there is not a lot of direction how to get to elevators. Was not impressed based on how much the room cost. The bathroom could be cleaner and there was smoke smell in hallway even though it was non smoking.

Pleasant experience. Room was not ready at check in but the wait was short. Was able to make a room key at a kiosk after receiving text. Room was clean and smelled great.

Best place to stay in AC! Check-in was a breeze with the app, along with a digital key to get in your room! No need to go to the desk. Comfy and cozy room.

The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable and spacious. We ate in several restaurants and all were very good. The casino floor was clean and busy and had lots of fun games. We look forward to going back again.

The Borgata is a really nice property … but the “check in” experience was less than stellar. There were 3 associates working the front desk and all 3 of them seem to be struggling to check in their guests. After waiting in line for over 25 mins (only 1 person was in front of me when I entered the que) The associate did not even greet me with a “welcome” or an apology for waiting in line for an extended amount of time. The whole “check in” experience just seemed like it was an inconvenience for the associate. I think you could get better “check in” service at a Motel 6. Less attitude and more friendliness would go a long way at the Borgata front desk. Fortunately the room was beautiful and extremely clean. Casino dealers were very friendly while cleaning out my wallet 😂

Maria at the front desk was knowledgeable, patient, and, understanding. She provided quality service, which exceeded my expectations. I’m not certain if she is a manager, but she should be considered for a position of higher authority because she certainly possesses leadership skills.

We could not get past the smell of smoke EVERYWHERE. Been to several other hotels in AC that do a really good job of respecting guests who do as well as don’t smoke. This was awful and our second night we had to leave and gamble and see a show elsewhere. We smelled of cigarettes just walking around the hotel. It was gross.

The Borgata used to be the premiere destination in AC. Unfortunately seems to be going downhill. When we checked in our room's bathroom was dirty - hair on the toilet and floor. We changed rooms (never do this) and the second room was WORSE! Long black hair all over the bathroom floor, everywhere. Wasn't going to change rooms again so we just put up with it. We ate at B. Prime in the lounge area - very good for drinks and apps, but entrees, while tasty, were super expensive and small. Service was also slow and we finished our apps before we even got our first round of drinks. We saw them sitting on the service bar for 15-20 minutes. If you're paying that much for dinner you'd hope for more attentive service. We had a great time gambling - dealers are very friendly and pleased we could find a $15 blackjack table on a Saturday night. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful time but I definitely noticed the facilities are looking tired and service is lacking. I hope they turn it around!

The hotel needs updating. The ceiling in our bathroom was bubbling from moisture. It was also very dirty - there was used gum on the floor in the bathroom.

Great stay at a decent price. $30/day resort fee is questionable though. Plus $10 for parking. No free waters in room or front desk. Otherwise all was good.

Worse pillows for at a hotel. All very flat and uncomfortable. Friend in another room commented about them as well.That is what will stick out in my mind. Will bring my own pillow if I stay there again. Hotel was clean and friendly staff.
