A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain. I asked a lady who was entering the building if she knew the access codes. She did not but pointed me towards a number to call outside reception hours. Without her help we wouldn’t have seen this number as it was tiny and not well signed. After getting into the room we found the blinds broken, being stuck down and unable to be lifted up to let in the light.

Old building, but it’s clean.

As a couple, we wanted value for money, within 15 mins walk from the train station and transport hub with a kitchenette. This was provided.

10 minutes walk from Gare de Orleans and centre of town. Comfortable and clean. TV had only French channels. Apart hotel, so facilities to cook and eat there in the room. Very hot water in the bathroom. Quiet area.

Superbly appointee. Excellent beds and heating. Great bathroom and complimentary soaps etc. Ample and well stocked kitchenette area.

Room is small but laid out to make quite good use of available space compared to other places. Except there is a bunk for a 3rd person set across the top of the double bed, which I kept hitting my head on! And little heed seems to be given to Do Not Disturb sign placed on our door. Other than that the service was accommodating.

Well situated - five minutes away from Orleans old part of the city - friendly people at the reception

Sejours and Affaires is nice because they provide everything you need for cooking, including microwave and electric stove, plus a small refrigerator. Really quite nice, and suitable for a longer stay.

The hotel is near the old town, which is handy. However the room is too hot during the heatwave without air condition and fan.

Never made it. Hotel is really a place for students and there is no one there after 6 pm. Stayed at the Ibis hotel by the train station.

A one room apartment, with a kitchenette, comfortable for singles or couples

Check-in was mostly easy, although the staff member was not confident in his ability to speak English. The room was OK. No English channels on the TV. I appreciate having the kitchenette with 2 stove tops, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a market one block away to buy food to cook. The most annoying thing was that the hotel did not have wireless internet, and the ethernet cable they provided was too short to reach the desk or sofa bed. Maybe I could have asked for a longer cable. If I return, I would bring my own ethernet cable.

Easily found. Small studio flat (took me back to my student days). Offer secure parking for six euro. Staff very friendly and helpful. A short walk from the stunning cathedral. Plenty of places to eat close by. Very cheap and comfortable for a short stay.

A short walk from main tourist attractions. Good size room with a kitchenette. It came as a pleasant surprise that my room had a two good size beds, rather the advertised sofabed. The only drawback was that the check-in hours are rather limited. Will stay there again if I find myself in the area.

It's great that there is a small kitchen to use, but the rooms need renovating. It felt more like a hostel, and should be priced accordingly.

You are getting essentially a mini apartment. There is a small kitchen, pull out couch, TV and free internet. My room also had a large balcony but it was too cold that time of year to use it. I liked having the kitchen (complete with dishes) as i could get food from the local grocery store to cook myself and save money. About a 15 min walk from the train station, near the conference center and theatre. I would not recommend it for more then two people as it would be too crowded but was perfect my for purposes.

The hotel itself is nice -- it's actually an apartment with all the amenities, including a microwave, a small fridge, a small stove, a closet, a television, etc. Unfortunately the reception is a nightmare. Be sure to call and confirm your arrival and MAKE PLANS just in case you arrive late. I did and it was a minor catastrophe.
However, the neighborhood is good and it's within walking distance to the Place de la Révolution, the Cathédrale Saint-Croix, the train station, and a good many other major sites. Furthermore, it's well connected to the internet.

Arrived around eight pm, no name on building corresponding to our paperwork so hard to find. No one around to help us, no message on locked front door to tell us what to do. Met resident who let us in and told us there was a safe (inside!) with keys in, but you need a code. Discovered later the code should have been emailed to us - still waiting. Rang all the numbers we could find for the company - all recorded messages - somebody rang us back 36 hours later. Eventually, after meeting several residents of the apartments, who seemed to be either students, families, or people living in semi-squalor, kind people helped us with the code and we got into our room. Had we got here when the staff were available, probably wouldn't have had such a negative opinion, but not a good experience. We could have been stranded, late at night, and forced to find and pay for alternative accommodation. Also, car parking supposed to be free, cost 6 Euros a night and very complicated way of getting in and out of underground car park.
