Was over the top! Did not want to leave. Everything was excellent especially the staff. They were really attentive to all our needs. The views are spectacular and the sunsets amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for an upscale visit.

Unbelievable experience at this quiet and breathtaking hotel. George and Mongi were unbelievable in arranging our transportation, reservations, and excursions. Close enough to walk down to Fira for shopping but still quiet and private. The most amazing view on the Caldera. This was top notch from top to bottom. We will be back! Pam and daughter Drew

We felt so honored that we could stay in the most artistic, unique, and supremely enjoyable beautiful hotel. We can't wait to share our wonderful experience and joy with our family and friends.
George and Eleni welcomed us and introduced every detail of the TC villa. We were surprised by the numerous collections in each room, we lived in a museum! The gorgeous breakfast was delivered to our table every morning with beautiful tableware. All the supreme services make us feel like we are in a palace. The beautiful swimming pool that connects the sea to the sky gave us an illusion that we are in paradise.
Thank you, George and Eleni. Thanks to all the staff!

You come to Santorini for the views, the food, and relaxation. This place has it all. Absolutely jaw dropping views over the caldera, an amazing pool, clean quiet rooms decorated impeccably, and some of the best staff I have ever met. This hotel is 5 star quality. Upon arrival, the staff basically re-wrote our plan for our stay and it could not have turned out better. They helped us with transportation, got us hard to get dinner reservations, and recommended off the beaten path places to visit. Cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

This place is amazing. George and his staff made us feel extremely special. The rooms are spectacular, the view is incredible and the breakfast is fantastic. Everyone here treats you like royalty. This is the hotel to stay at whenever you are visiting Santorini.

George and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hospitality was world-class, and the food was top notch. The hotel also has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the caldera, and in my opinion, Firostefani has the most beautiful view of any town in santorini, with its unrivaled privacy and unobstructed view of the caldera-facing sunset. George also arranged a daily itinerary for our family to enjoy the island at our pace, and if we wanted to sleep in, breakfast is also served until 1pm. Having visited over 50 countries, the Tsitouras Collection was absolutely without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I look forward to returning to Santorini and staying at Tsitouras very soon.

The property was immaculately maintained. George’s passion and enthusiasm about the island and the property was contagious. Our room had countless interesting art and historic pieces for the occupants to enjoy, including rustic doors, maritime furniture, and trading certificates from the 1800’s. We even had an original Picasso ceramic plate in our hallway! Thanks to Mr. Tsitouras for sharing his personal art collection. The hotel had twice a day maid service and was centrally located in the middle of the island facing the caldera. The view was stunning. Seeing the sunset from the hotel beat the sunset we observed from Oia, royally! They also serve complimentary sunset cocktails nightly. This was our first vacation that was completely without itinerary planning. George and Monzi took care of all that, providing us with all the recommendations based on the times that we started and ended our days. It was a vacation without worries for us. The only regret we have is that we didn’t stay a few days longer... thank you George, Monzi, Jayjay, and Lucille!

The place was amazing, built into the cliff of a volcanic crater. There were original art pieces on the walls and the service provided by George and his staff was unparalleled. Breakfast was great, his recommendations for everything from restaurants to things to do were great.

Our stay at Tsitouras was amazing. Eleni, Mongi and the rest of the team gave us the warmest of welcomes and plenty of good advice that really helped us get the most out of our time in Santorini.

The Tsitouras Collection is an amazing gem that shines brightly with stunning decor, presence, and hospitality. All rooms were renovated this winter but more than that, the owner is an art collector who proudly displays fine art everywhere. We stayed in “The Sea” room where among many other fine pieces of art was an original Picasso - a bowl titled “Three Sardines”. Even the towels and pillowcases are embroidered with a beautiful olive wreath.Beyond the decor is the location - high on the edge of the caldera, the view and sunsets are stunning. Swimming in the infinity pool on the edge of paradise is surreal! The included breakfast is decadent and they’ll gladly serve you wherever you’d like - in your suite, on your patio, by the pool (which is what we enjoyed most!)But perhaps most important are the staff. Eleni and her team are warm, attentive, and every so helpful in every way. They were quick to help arrange reservations for dinner or excursions, confirm existing plans with drivers, or just offer recommendations on where to walk around! We moved to another hotel for the end of our stay, and as we were leaving Eleni said that she would gladly be at our disposal throughout our stay on the island and if there was anything else they could do to help (even after we’d checked out) to not hesitate to call her personally. It was so kind and we were so touched.Don’t think about it twice - just book your stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

When we arrived home after over a month on holiday and I was helping one of our little boys fall asleep despite jet-lag, he asked me, Dad, when are we going home? I replied, We are home, and he in turn No, I mean home with Mongie and George -- the manager and the owner of Tsitouras Collection, respectively. Despite a month of travels through half a dozen countries that started out visiting overseas family and then sightseeing while staying in many fine hotels, just a few days at the end in the Tsitouras Collection, and our children concluded that was home. That is just how unlike the many impersonal luxury hotels this is while still being thoroughly luxurious, and how the Tsitouras Collection team treat you like family. From a demanding travellers perspective, the hotel itself and its location are spectacular, lacking in nothing and a pleasure to come home to at each days end, and to wake up in after a lazy sleep-in. If traveling with two little angels like ours, be prepared to keep a sharp eye out so they dont do anything silly as there are plenty of dangerous heights, but its quite manageable. Our children arent the only ones who cant wait to go back.

Totally blow away from the moment George walks you around the hotel (is it a museum ) where they treat you like family. Everything was perfect as well as every restaurant recommendation.

...terrific location with stunning views of the caldera. Ownership clearly prides itself with highly attentive wait staff and inviting surroundings. Our host, George directed us to the best places to eat... even working us into a place that had no open reservations. Our room (suite) was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. We were surrounded by museum art pieces... you clearly felt this was a special place. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it suited us just fine... and tended to twice a day. The pool had to be one of the best in the area, and because of the hotels location, relatively free from on-lookers from the surrounding facilities (which seems to be otherwise common). Our sunset moments will not be forgotten. I highly recommend this fine hotel.

This is an incredible boutique hotel. The property is immaculate. Rooms are tastefully decorated with artwork and no two rooms are the same. The views are FANTASTIC! You can watch sunsets from their gorgeous infinity pool. The staff is friendly, professional and always ready to attend to your every need. The owners George and Eleni are very friendly and helpfull. They always greeted us with a smile and a sincere interest in our activities. George arranged every detail of our daily activities- from car rentals to restarant reservations.
This is by far the best hotel we stayed in while in Greece.
