Very clean, comfortable room with underground car parking available for an extra cost. Cheap taxi rides to and from the old town. Sunday breakfast was MANIC as everyone turned up at once which resulted in long queues for the coffee machines!

Excellent option to stay, however outside the hotel everything was close.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little far from old Toledo so we had to take a bus to get there.
I definitely will keep this hotel in mind if I have to go back to Toledo

It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker.

Receptionist handled our arrival perfectly! Friendly, professional, very responsive to our questions. He went way beyond our expectations.

Very accessible to public transportation. However the room had a annoying smell.

Great service! The staff was well trained. Wonderful answers to all our questions!

The hotel was extremely nice. The young lady receptionist was so nice and helpful. Lobby was very spacious. The restaurant was also very large. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and basic.

The hotel is good but for a four-star hotel it’s lacking. There is no tea kettle in the room, there are even no Kleenex in the room. Very few electrical outlets, and in bathroom ceiling I see mold. The air conditioner temperature of the room needs to be a little colder.

This is a hotel with no bar?????

Great staff, clean, spacious, modern room. Not right downtown but walkable and felt safe walking at night.

Everything was great about this property except for the bed which basically was all springs and maybe a half an inch of cushion for a four-star hotel I would expect beds with much higher quality that you can actually sleep on very disappointed with the bed but the staff was excellent great food very clean establishment just get some new beds

Hotel seems to be due for demolition or at least a major renovation.
Seats are broken in lobby. Showers don’t work. Walls are discolored.

We were given rooms underneath the dining room. The dining room has marble floors and heavy wooden chairs. The noise in our room was unbearable - it went on from 6 p.m. until after midnight and started at 6 in the morning. The staff at the desk had to know that they were giving us BAD rooms. Never stay in a room on the first floor! (For example room 101). It was not a very good stay and EUROSTARS hotels should know better.

The hotel is fine, except a bit far from city center. The lobby is nice but guest room hallway and inside a bit updated.
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They helped order taxi service really quickly and help keep luggages after I checked out.
Overall I feel a bit pricy at this level of facility, but I guess hotel is somewhat expensive and May is the travel season in Spain. Room has nice window view overlooking city from hill, so night view is nice

Nice hotel with great staff - even nice on Christmas Eve. The breakfast was great and had local specialties to try. Great views of Toledo from some rooms.
1.5
It is situated in a residential area, so quiet & restful nights. It is 15 mins downhill on foot to Puerta Bisagra, which is the entrance to the old city, but returning to the hotel means an uphill walk! A regular shuttle service there would be nice. Its a 4 star hotel, yet no coffee making facilities in the room. The room is also dimly-lit. Since it tries to be eco-friendly, shower gel, body lotion & shampoo dispensers should be installed, instead of having them in tiny disposable containers. Paying 11 euros per person for the buffet breakfast is too high, since breakfast is available in a few other cafes downhill from the hotel at half that price! It was nice to offer guests cold water infused with slices of lemon & fresh apples at the reception daily. I think a hotel near or within the old city would have been a better option.

It’s a nice hotel, nothing fancy about it , but it has parking, and like 10 minutes walk from downtown Toledo.

Walking distance to the walled city and a $6 Euro cab ride to the train station. Simple, clean room. We had a view of old Toledo.

The hotel was very good in itself, but on a slight hill about a 15 minute walk from the old city, or a taxi ride. Once this was dealt with, very quickly, all the old city was available. There were no other problems with this hotel

Reachable with taxi to go to city centre

The hotel staff were very slow at check-on, to answer questions or to get someone go service fee bar. They were not helpful about parking. They were on the phone quite awhile while we waited. Great hotel and great valie

I used a GPS navigator to find the place and the GPS took us to the street and number, but there was no hotel there. Turns out the hotel is about a 100 up on another street. It is quite a walk from the hotel to the city center and IT IS ALL UP HILL as Toledo sits on top of a mountain. The hotel was fine -- clean, service was good and staff is friendly. Breakfast was okay.

A nice hotel a little bit away from the crowd of the old city but inexpensively accessible to the city center. Hotel rooms were spacious. Restaurant was great: food was delicious and everything was reasonably priced!

Toledo was my last stop on a road trip around Spain and Portugal. The hotel was just outside of the main town. It was an easy walk into the city. There was parking available near the hotel.
Breakfast was good although the dinner menu was limited.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Toledo is a beautiful city to visit. I highly recommend it as well as this hotel.
